I cannot praise Eughan and his team at knights of Surrey enough.
From the initial visit to our property to the completion of our move, Eughan and his colleagues were prompt, polite and professional.
We chose to allow Knights to do our packing for us, and that was a great decision. We couldn't believe how quickly the wrapped and packed everything - it would have taken us days, if not longer, but the van was loaded within 3 just hours!
They also dismantled and reassembled beds, wardrobes and the dining table.
I would 100% recommend Knights of Surrey and hope that you enjoy the same excellent service that we did.

One thing I cannot stand is my time being wasted.. I got accepted for a mortgage after months of trying and due to work scheduling I had less than 24 hours notice to move. I send Knights a email requesting a quote. Someone called me the next morning at 9ish for a chat. I told them my requirements. 2 guys for a couple hours, with very minimal heavy lifting. He said he will get back to me with a quote and email me something. 3 hours went by. Nothing. I called back. He said "will do it now". 2 hours later nothing. I called back, this guy was not there, spoke to a lady. She had no idea what I was talking about. I repeated what I wanted. She said she would email me a quote. 1 hour later nothing. Called back. "Will do it now". Then at around 4.30pm, I get an email quoting me £480!! They also said because of high season, they cannot do a 2 hour service, only a full day service.
Why didn't they tell me this at 9am, when I spoke with the first guy.
What a waste of time!! These guys are joke.

Knights moved my elderly mum from a 4 bed home to a 1 bed annexe and I would thoroughly recommend them. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, especially Linda in the office and Eughan. Knights quote was the most competitive but I would have chosen them anyway as they seemed the most professional trustworthy company with a genuine desire to help. We had a packing service, and the team were punctual, efficient and quick, then returned with a smile the next day for the move. They were very respectful and polite, and patient with mum. It was a long day for them due to a slight delay in getting the keys, and I never got the chance to thank them in person. Guys, you were fantastic, thank you so much we really appreciate all you did.

Hi team at Knights moved us on the hottest day in June for 40 years. They worked tirelessly in the heat filling and emptying 6 Luton van loads of our house contents. Everything was packed well, handled and cared for and it all made it to the new house in one piece.

The team were very efficient, knew exactly what they were doing and did the job with a never ending smile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. Knights were also considerably lower cost than some of their competitors.

This is the second time I have used Knights in the last 3 years and they were as professional and helpful as ever. We had a very last minute large house move. I was juggling 3 children, school runs, a large stupid dog and was still not properly packed up, nor did we have keys to the rental property until the very last minute. They stepped in and took control of the chaos. I gave them keys to both houses for the 3 days of the move and they just got on with it. They need no supervision, they can dismantle are rebuild anything and they know where everything needs to go. They are trustworthy, careful and polite and don't complain about the really heavy or awkward items. A super company, with a lovely team. I will be using them again.

The quote was very reasonable and we were impressed that one of the removal men on day of move was the gentleman who orignally quoted us.
They worked very hard and fast but always ensured that all boxes, furniture and other items were carefully handled and packed onto the vans safely.
Communication was excellent and they always asked where specific boxes needed to go rather than assuming. Fantastic people and made our move reassuringly smooth and trouble-free. Would definitely recommend.

Knights were excellent in every way.
We did not have one broken or badly packed item.
The movers were thorough, efficient, extremely helpful and courteous.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone without hesitation and we have moved a number of times so know what good and bad removals companies are like.
The team on site really could not do enough to help during the packing and unloading and did not complain once despite it being a very long and hot day. They are also able to do jobs of any size and really took pride in their work.

I would like to thank Knights of Surrey for a stress and hassle free move. The team were polite, well presented and judging from the ease of the move, very experienced. We were all moved within the time they specified and they took great care with my possessions. This was without a doubt the best experience we have had with a removal company. The Knights team did a great job moving us from rented accommodation into our new home without any unnecessary aggravation. They planned the whole exercise carefully, turned up punctually, worked hard, solved problems along the way, and were pleasant and courteous throughout. The admin was easy too. They also charged 35% less than our previous (also very good) movers. That was why we chose them in the first place and we were a bit worried that their service wouldn't be as good - but we needn't have worried. Would recommend them unreservedly and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This is the first time we have used a removal company and the process was stress free for us. Eughan has been exceptional throughout from booking to the move days. During lockdown there was very limited availability and because of issues and delays in the conveyancing process, Eughan was very supportive and took the risk, patiently waiting for us until the last minute! The service was very professional, organised and efficient. The team were friendly and worked diligently throughout not even stopping for a break. I would without a doubt give Knights of Surrey 10/10!

What a fantastic team! From the original quote to slipping completion dates the Foreman and team were so professional and helpful. I was alone with three kids during a pandemic and these guys made it really go so smoothly despite a late completion time and squeezing my stuff into a smaller space. They rose to all the challenges without complaint and were so friendly and helpful all the way through. They made an incredibly stressful week run so well. Of all the stress involved in moving house these guys were the element I didn't need to worry about. I would definitely recommend them. I used the packing service too which was excellent and really took the hassle out of the build up to the move with the kids. Really nice bunch of guy working together as a great team and it showed. I had a few quotes too before I booked them and they were very competitive but honestly I picked the right guys they were so good.
