Removal.

Excellent service, from getting a quote to the final delivery !!
The delivery guys were very nice and keen to help! And the office team was great in providing updates on the day / time of removal, the delivery and sending all the necessary documentation.
I have travelled A LOT in the past 15 years and have never had such a good experience.

As for the price : very affordable !!

Perfect Move.

JamVan packed our apartment in London in a perfect way. There was a lot of Art to be transported to Amsterdam, for which they made

Wooden crates. The whole packing went really smooth and quick and the guys were all great and very polite and helpful.

After being in quarantine in Amsterdam for two weeks, JamVans arrived with all our stuff ,that had been in storage for these weeks in London.

They arranged a hoist (platform lift on the outside) to bring all the boxes and other items up to the 3th floor.

It all went very quick and they were well organised and they’re very helpful and polite.

Before we knew it our stuff had found its place in the apartment.

So we would love to recommend JamVan to everybody who’s planning on moving house.

During preparation and organising period, they were very helpful and they always responded

Quick on emails and phone calls. Over all a great and very positive experience.

JamVans are great.

This was only my second time using a removal company, the first time I had a really bad experience with a different company so this time I took my time and did my research.

I chose JamVans because Shane who did my survey we do thorough and helpful, he went into a great level of detail and put together my quote and move plan. Matt was very helpful throughout managing my move, I got a pre love and post move call just to make sure everything was going well, which I think was a really nice and caring touch.

The team on the move were great and I couldn’t fault them. Denis, Alex and a you get guy that I can’t remember his name was so careful with my belongings, constantly making sure that they were putting everything in the right places and that I was happy. The is beyond the level of service I expect from a removal company, I will be certainly not hesitate to use JamVans again in the future.

Best moving company.

Very professional outfit. I was recommended to use JamVans by a friend who’d used them to move internationally so I knew I was going to be on safe hands. The men were very polite and knew exactly how to handle my pieces, some of which are quite expensive and required that extra attention to detail. What the team accomplished in the day was very impressive. A friendly and thorough service that I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Fantastic

We have received absolutely fantastic service from JamVans during our move which has been completed today. It has been very stressful in the lead up to the move as we didn't know if we were going to be able to move in before Christmas.

I cannot thank JamVans enough as they have really looked out for us. I was kept regularly updated by the team on the lead up as i understand it is an extremely busy time for removal companies. I received a call today (on the day of our move) to make sure that everything was going smoothly which i thought was nice.

The guys who completed the move were very curious, we were asked to remain separate from the team due to Covid which was quite a strange experience but we totally understood the need for this, its good that they are taking things seriously. There was a great vibe from the movers who had good banter throughout the day and actually made our move more enjoyable than I thought it would be.

We have literally just settled in and the news has been announced of the increased lockdown and we are so happy to be in our new home in time for Christmas. Thank you so much to the JamVans team, I would use JamVans again in a heartbeat! (Although we do not want to move for a very long time!)

A* Service from JamVans. I had not come across the storage service where the storage company actually come and collect before, this made my life so much easier. The price was really competitive and the service was swift. I only had a small collection which took just under and hour and it was roughly the same for the delivery back. I went into storage for 6 months, initially booking with Matt who was very helpful. Sorry but I do not remember the name of the guys who collected by Ben and Josh were equally as great when I received all of my items back from storage today, in the exact condition I left them in. Im so impressed and will definitely be using the Amazon recommend a friend policy they have in place!

SPLIT MOVE MADE EASIER

JamVans were brilliant in a complex and delicate situation. Only 75% of the house contents were being moved so this entailed care and patience when doing the full pre-move packing, and then to only take the correct items on the days of the move. JV's customer service was absolutely excellent. Every office member was responsive and attentive, and the 3 guys (Nick, Alex & Brad) doing the packing and move were cheerful, helpful and went out of their way to ensure a successful move with minimal stress, including an unexpected late finish. Thank you!

Excellent Service

Recently just completed a move with JamVans and it has been the best moving experience to date. We moved from London to Amsterdam, the lads were so helpful and did everything with good pace, especially considering the heat on the collection and the delivery date!! Man and Van / Removal Company Jam&Van.

Jam&Van was a great removal company for my small removal from Kings Langley to central Watford. They provided all my boxes and packaging which they picked up once I had finished with it. I will be using jamandvan in the future and I would stronly recommend them!

The best service I have used.

Fantastic from start to finish. Shane put the quote together for us and he was a really nice guy and very informative, I was hoping that his quote would come in competitive so that we could use JamVans. We were happy with the quote although not the cheapest. The team on the move were very nice and hard working.

2 Times.

I've used JAMVANS twice for moving. If that's not enough of a review, I'll continue. From the 1st contact with Nikki to arrange the move, to Shane, estimating our move costs, to Martin, delivering our boxes and bubble wrap up 3 flights of stairs, to the final 3 lads (sorry forgot names, you know who you are!) who did a flawless job of the actual move .. all aspects are covered by polite, genuine people, who seem to care about you and your belongings. No complaints, nothing broken. I'll be back ..

Moving 1 bedroom flat + storage.

A great experience overall.
Every member of staff has been very friendly and helpful at all times.
The furniture that was packed by them arrived in perfect state.
There could have been a bit more information around delivery times, but they did arrive at the slot that they said.

Great service and definitely made the move very easy and stress free! despite having to go through typical London narrow staircases with all the boxes and furniture, not once they complain or sounded negative about it. Friendly and helpful for a quick move.

Possibly not the absolute cheapest, but JamVans were helpful, quick and friendly throughout – totally stress-free, got everything into its right room, helped re-pack some stuff when a box broke (not their fault), and delivered packaging materials etc well ahead of time. Would recommend.
