Inline Removals & Storage Ltd

We booked Inline Removals for our move (28 to 30 May 2019) – from a 4-bed to a 4-bed house – so there was a lot of stuff and the whole thing lasted 3 days.

On Day 1 all our stuff was packed carefully into cartons – all done with great care and speed. On Day 2, everything was loaded onto the large removal vans and we got going by 2 pm. By the end of Day 2, everything was off-loaded into the new house before they left – as far as possible into the rooms where they were finally destined to go. On Day 3, they were back to carefully unpack everything and remove all the paper and cartons. So far (as of now 90% unpacked) not a single item has been damaged or broken – and we had many delicate items.
We cannot praise the company and team highly enough, from the survey to the quoting to, most importantly, the teams that attended on the 3 days. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so pleasant and helpful. They are sensitive to how stressed we are likely to be on moving day and they went out of their way to put us at our ease.

Just one more comment – we did get another quote (from a large and well-know removals firm); the quotes were almost identical, both in scope of work and price, so we were confident that we were being fairly quoted. We chose to go with Inline Removals and we are glad we did.

Excellent pre-sale service - prompt. The removal days went smoothly from my perspective although the firm had to change its plans as they had underestimated the volume of stuff. However it had no significant effect on us and the firm handled the change very efficiently. The team who did the removal were very polite and professional - only a couple of minor scrapes.
The main frustration was the lack of a proper receipt after the service which I required for an expenses claim from work. Rather frustrating frankly. Although the actual removal experience was 4 or 5 stars, the after sales service of not getting an invoice/receipt was very unprofessional and has potentially cost me a lot of money. I wouldn't recommend for that reason.

After a very stressful time selling my house, the packing, storage and delivery service to my new house was a welcome relief.
From the first call, everything went smoothly.
The guys arrived early and soon had everything packed away.
Online then place my items in storage for a couple of weeks until my new house was completed.
Everyone from the office staff to the packing and delivery guys were always polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Moving house after almost 32 years was a very daunting task. Lots of date changes along the way which were accommodated with good grace and humour by Lisa and terry in the office. The teams sent to pack and the team on the day of the move were fantastic - they could not have done more to help. Thoughtful and polite throughout. Nothing was broken or damaged (that we have found as yet)

Would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

I wanted to write to thank you for what has been a thoroughly positive experience with you. From the survey to the moment the crew drove away everything has gone so well.

I had lots of questions, which Lisa and Terry dealt with quickly, clearly and patiently. Packing materials, and additional packing materials, were delivered promptly and without fuss.

You dealt with the parking suspension, and passed on the need for payment in good time for me to meet Tower Hamlets deadline.

On the day the team couldn’t have made things go more smoothly. They arrived on time, they worked with a unhurried and quiet efficiency to have the whole house loaded in a very short time. They were friendly and personable, and if there was any uncertainty they asked for my directions. The few things that weren’t wrapped - a very large mirror - was wrapped by them with no fuss and loaded safely. The following day at the storage space ran in just the same efficient and good humoured style - despite it being both very cold and raining hard!

Both days were about as stress free as a house move could ever be, and for that I am very grateful. I got three quotes for the same move. Yours was the lowest, the others were substantially higher (the highest being almost twice your price), and yet I don’t see any way that the other removers could have beaten you on performance, and hence justified their higher cost.

The experience of selling up and moving out is a daunting one and can be extremely stressful. We have had bad experiences with removers in the past and so I was initially very wary of the whole process and the likelihood of a repeat. But, my apprehensions were completely dispelled as the experience with Inline has been impossible to fault. So, many thanks to you and Terry, and the team of movers on the two days. Far from being a source of stress it has been a pleasure, and I’d like to thank you very much for that.

I wouldn’t hesitate to have Inline move us again, and to recommend you to anyone looking for a hassle free, economical and efficient service.

Inline are great removers from start to finish - from the beginning there was great communication and flexibility even when I had to change my dates several times (which I found stressful, but they made me feel at ease).

Removers were fantastic, fast and efficient and even made me smile a few times and made a stressful time so much less stressful, they made it seem so effortless and no fuss, they even helped me pack a few boxes I forgot and nothing was too much trouble for them, we couldn't fit the table through the doorway so they even took it apart for us.

Reached the destination house before us, couldn't ask for more, we had a lot of plants to move also and a lot of fragile items and not one was damaged - will definitely recommend them again (in fact I already have to a friend)

I received a flyer through the door which happened to be perfect timing as we were going under offer so starting to plan our move. I called them up and got hold of Terry. He was quickly able to arrange a survey, in person as we were just down the road. He arrived, was very respectful of distance, etc due to covid and was extremely quick. Before I knew it, we had a quote and I was happy to proceed. Then came the tricky part - actually agreeing a date to move. Unfortunately our purchase suffered many delays. I was in touch with both Terry and Lisa who were always so understanding and patient with me. I felt terrible that day after day, move dates got pushed, but I simply received new dates that they had availability each time. They were also very considerate of the stress of the purchase which was wonderful. I am very sad to say that when we were able to exchange, the agreed date for completion wasn’t free for Inline so we couldn’t book them. We were so set on using them, that when we couldn’t book them, we decided to hire a van and do it ourselves. But boy did I wish it could have worked out. I could tell from my daily interactions that the team at Inline would have done a fantastic job moving me. They were honestly the only positive experience I had of our purchase, so I am glad to see just how busy they are and I hope many other movers will seek them out to help with their moves.

We used Inline removals to move from London to Brighton. They made a stressful time much more manageable. Terry and Lisa were prompt with quotes, answering questions and general communication. The guys on the day were fantastic. They were fast and efficient, while taking great care of our things. We have two small children and they were lovely with them, making it fun and exciting, when it could have potentially been quite overwhelming for them! We are really grateful to the team and would definitely recommend them!
