I hired this Company to move my house from Kingston to West London the service they provide it was outstanding they helped me with packing moving and unpacking the price was very reasonable and and the sun was keen to which I was very concerned about because my item is very valuable I am that I have chosen this company to do my move I would recommend them for any type of moves within London or nationwide I have been told that they do provide a nationwide removals as well

Hired Flexible Movers to Move our house from London to Newcastle. The stuff was very friendly and helpful with the move and everything went smoothly. We called them a week prior the moving date and we were confirmed by email with the booking confirmation and also got a phone call the day before the move date to confirm everything was as planned. Everything was loaded in 3 hours and by late afternoon the truck arrived in Newcastle. Thank you again for the good service provided by you guys.

DO NOT use them. That was the worst experience I had with men and a van. I used two other firms before and didn't have a bad experience.
First, when I added two items by email to the inventory, I was charged 50 extra. I stated that there will be a chair with a desk (obviously) and an extra box. They pretend to be cheap..
On the day of the move: they turned up late as the porter turned up late to the meet up with the driver.
The two men spent their time talking in Arabic and as I don't understand the language made me feel uncomfortable as I had no idea what they were saying. One example: one of the men nicely asked if the bookshelves was ok where they put them. I didn't have chance to reply as the other man snapped in Arabic. Looked like I didn't have the right to say where I wanted my furniture to be put.
In the inventory, there was a three doors wardrobe but the men didn't want to move it.
They had no consideration for the surroundings and walls have been damaged due to the way they moved furniture in both places!
I wore a wrist splint but they expected me to carry things as well.
To summarise: no consideration for the customer and the furniture. I ended up with damaged walls and furniture.
I emailed more than once to complain and their replies are lies and childish.

Today we used your "services". In the information it informed that the "man" will move all goods from and to the destination. After 10 min your "man" said that he wanted help from us otherwise he will increase the price. We paid for you to do the job, not to do it ourself. While helping him he disappeared and talked and taxed in the mobile. He also complaint about the noice outside the house and said "that it made him creasy".
We will NEVER use your company again and we will inform anyone we know to do the same.
