Flexible Movers

I was skeptical about using flexible movers to move goods from London to Manchester and was pleasantly surprised when, out of desperation, I contacted their customer services team and asked for a quote. They gave me a quote that was very considerate and good value for money. Considering the time of year of the move, I felt that their offer was too good to be true. The delivery person was helpful in loading and offloading goods from the truck and kept to the scheduled time promised. I have no regrets with using this company for any move in the future and am sure you wont regret using them as well.

I had my house moved into storage yesterday and the two guys that came were excellent.
The whole house was moved, it did take 6 hours but the two guys did not stop for a minute. They worked incredibly hard and even at the end of the shift they help me clear all the rubbish.

They helped me with all the adhoc DIY stuff I had to do, saving me money getting someone else in to do it. They took care of my stuff, like it was there own.

Very professional, reasonably priced.
Adam was also excellent - all the arrangements were quick and easy. I would highly recommend them.

Cannot rate flexible movers limited highly enough.
A very professional and courteous service provided. Adam extremely efficient and trustworthy. We had complete faith in him. The service was even better than we expected. The two removal men, Arkan and Yousif could not have provided a better service. The care they took with the goods was outstanding. their attitude was first class, so helpful, polite and hard working. It was a long journey from London to Newcastle and they were just amazing from start to finish.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone.

These two guys moved a flat full of furniture for me today, over to a local storage facility. I had asked them to arrive at 9:30am, but at 8:00am I called them to ask if they could come later in the day because something came up which I could not avoid. It was no trouble at all for them, despite it obviously messing up their day - they agreed to come at 2:30pm instead. They arrived bang on time and proceeded to work their socks off, emptying the flat (split level, with three flights of steep narrow stairs) of enough very heavy, bulky furniture to fill a luton van. Then, they took it to the storage facility, emptied the van and packed my unit, very carefully indeed, making sure things were extremely well stacked. After three hours of really hard work, they even offered to dispose of my unwanted bits and pieces for me, saving me the time and hassle. All this came with a courteous, friendly and happy attitude. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough, and will DEFINITELY use again.

Hired Flexible movers to do a flat move from london to Barcelona.

We managed to book them in a short notice and was able to have the booking confirmation in the same day. No deposit no hidden fees.

The service was outstanding. Everything was packed picked and delivered in 3 days.

At our new flat in Spain they took everything to the 7th floor and unpacked our boxes.

It is difficult to write a review given that they actually failed to provide the service. After agreeing the price, which seemed like a reasonable hourly rate, we confirmed time and details of the move. On enquiring as to the cost of packing (bearing in mind "no hidden costs") it was quoted as £220 without any idea of how much would actually be needed. On asking how this was justified the quote was revised to £3 per box - it was a joke that they tried to charge so much in the first place.

The day of the big move arrived, crucially the day before completion of the sale and so very time sensitive, and NO ONE TURNED UP. I called, I emailed, I texted. Eventually it would seem "Alan" just turned his phone off.

1 star feels generous, as it assumes there was a service provided to actually rate.
