Hihly profesional and economical.

Actually it was the first time I was doing a large international removal and I was afraid to pick up a company with a very low quote.
The communication was always perfect, full of brilliant advices.
The service was beyond my expectation and Miss Fauquet was very understanding.

Great Service.

We moved from the UK to Tarragona, Spain and booked the full load so we had a van to ourselves.
Nuala booked it all for us and was really efficient and helpful. The driver arrived just before the time and was also very helpful. Everything arrived today and we are really pleased. Thank you!

Hand off!

Hands off! Unprofessional and rude. I paid extra € 300,- for help from the driver with my stuff. The polish driver, hardly spoke even English, did not help at all, he wanted to have on a moving day € 500,- cash than he would help. Even if I made him clear that I paid extra for helping on the ground floor, he just went into his van and slept.

For over 6 months I am waiting for my declaration paper from the border which is needed to get my car insured in the Swiss, without this it is not possible and I have to pay still the insurance from Austria which is 7 times that high as in the Swiss. All my call, email was not only not answered, when I called them for the 10 times very rude, but unprofessional women also shouted at me like a maniac and hung up. I have to go over a lawyer now and sue them just not to get my refund for not helping, also to get my paper finally which they shulöd sent me a long time ago. All the promises from all I talked to that I will get the paper, of course, did not happen.

No refund after 8 months

We cancelled our move within the full refund period. We were promised a full refund 8 months ago, but still no word from the payments team.

The company will not allow you to speak with anyone apart from the sales team. According to the sales team, not even they can contact the payments team directly.

I think the company is structured to make it as difficult as possible to claim money back from them. They may be cheap, but you could be hundreds/ thousands of euros down if there are any unexpected troubles with your booking. I really wish I had paid more attention to all the negative reviews before I booked
