Hi my lovely viewers Word of mouth is always good way of finding a reliable removal firm. Make sure you pick one that knows your task properly like proper professional Europe removal and storage because last time they done my job last week from London to Watford nicely. I'm v happy and satisfying with them and love to refer other who are interested to looking for removal company. An other important thing about them is price. Their price is always less than other company because they try to compete other company price. People who are working in this company are very polite and helpfull. .

Service cost: £1200

The wrost experience ever! Be aware that the terms and conditions you are asked to sign are at the total advantage fo the company, unfair to the customers. To get the job they offer you competitive price then at the time of the removal they pretend not to remember the agreement made at the time of the visit and in paper! Result was: not all the items to be removed as agreed were loaded into the van; only 4 items were bubble wrapped although it was part of the agreement to bubble wrap 15 items, furniture are NOT PROTECTED and NOT DISMANTLED. Moreover we were told that not all furnitures would be assembled as agreed. We sent a written complain to the company about the way the removal went and complain for a higher price on the storage than what we agreed. What we received was an aggressive call from one of the manager, late confirmation of removal date from storage to the new home, damaged furniture (delivered in a black plastic). The poorest service ever experienced.

We had a bad experience with
Europe Removals. We had agreed a price with them and paid upfront so we did not expect to be made to pay more. The size of the van they supplied was totally unacceptable and to then turn up with 2 vans and demand more money before they unloaded the second van left us with no option but to pay.

On another point, they didn't even supply piano wheels to move our piano.

I'm just very sorry that I made the decision to choose them. Their website makes out they are a reputable family company but they are anything but.

My experience with this company was terrible on all counts. I suppose you get what you pay for as I went for one of the least expensive quotes I could find. I have learned from my experience and will know better next time. Here are the issues: - They came to my house to give me a quote, at which time we agreed a full price for packing and delivering. They assured me all the items I showed them would be taken for that price. They even convinced me to use their cleaning service. - On the day, they were late. It wasn't a huge issue, but then all the movers who came were fasting for religious reasons. I of course respect them doing this, but it meant that everything was slower than it should have been and I was penalised for that. - There was an extra trip required as they couldn't fit everything in one van, and they threatened to charge me 70% more for this. This was in the T&C, but there was no where on the quote that said my quote only included 2 vans full. I refused this. - They then tried to charge extra for garment boxes, which I specifically asked for in the quote. I refused. - The packing was terribly sloppy. They turned my kitchen drawers up and dumped into boxes. They didn't use the boxes I have for my glassware as requested. They didn't bubble wrap my nice pictures as requested. And they packed food! Which went off as we didn't open all the boxes for a few weeks. - They broke a drawer on a dresser, they butchered our new bed trying to reassemble it, my picture mentioned before was damaged, etc. Over 1000 pounds of damage that I found as I unpacked over the next few weeks. - I made an insurance claim and only after chasing them up 3 times did they tell me that their T&C say that all claims must be done on the day. Which of course is impossible because I hadn't unpacked everything. I did show their packing team the damage they did to the beds but didn't make a claim. I was leaving town the next day so couldn't follow up as quickly as I should have. - Their cleaners didn't show up on the day and we had to check out of our property late as a result. It was very difficult to reach someone on the phone to establish that they weren't coming. - They do not take care to not damage walls or floors when they are moving. - So, I will admit that a lot of the issues were in their T&C so I should have read more closely. But they are purposefully negligent and unprofessional. - Overall, a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Only use this company if you don't care about your items or your home, you are prepared to be ripped off, and you read all the T&C carefully!

One of the best company of London. Very good service. I really liked services of this company. I recommend to people. Try this company at least one time. I am 100% sure you will be satisfied and happy about company. Their staff is very friendly and mostly famous in London, so try one time. You will be happy about service and staff of company. London busiest and best company provide good and quick services, at least one try. You should know about the services and staff so I am sure you will be glad about company.

Moving with with this company was a good choice for me. I was moving from and to all the time. A visit could not be arranged so therefore they asked a list of things I will move. They made sure I listed everything. They gave me a price but at first seems expensive but still thepatience and the way they explained everything to me was helpful. The crews also did a fantastic job. They handle my move professionally. I will have no problem using Europe removal in the future.

This company gave a good quote initially but they charged extra on the day and refused to unload our belongings until we paid this extra. Please do not be fooled by their cheaper quotes. They will inevitably charge you move money for whatever (however small) items you did not include on your quote. Their English is terrible and their have appalling manners and attitude. The sales lady on the phone seems nice but everyone else is just terrible. Please avoid this company. I wish I spent more time researching removal companies as I never would have hired them. I'll be putting the word out to try and help others.

I am katie from lonon amd recently moved to bradford through this country. I am here to sharey views on the recent removal from this company. It was an excellent service, staff was very coperative, polite and experienced in their work. They provided me same day packing and removal service. They came on time and managed everything professionaly. Everything was in gopd condition, nothing was damaged and everything was properly wrapped. They worked very well even more than my expectations. I will sure recommend it to others.

I am Eris Elliot. Normally I don't like to write reviews, but this time I think I have to write something which I really have to appreciate about this company. I remember my bad experience with another company two years ago. About this time I was quite picky for choosing the company. These guys really worked well and there was no hidden cost and not even a single scratch to my luggage. This was quite impressive for me, because they came on time with full equipment and they deliver everything in good condition.

My name is olu awosanya. I booked this removal company service and found that this company quote was little bit less and they worked very good. they came on time and with proper equipement. Even, I was surprised that they came on time because I was not expecting that they came on time early in the morning exact on time. They wrapped everything especially the furniture as I was worried about it because it was new but they did good. I will sure recommend it to others and will come back in case of removal again.

So, I originally got estimates from many companies..Europe Removal & Storage Ltd was not initially the cheapest but they e-mailed and called to try and see if they could match prices.. they couldn't. However I did say that once I had a full inventory I would ask for an accurate quote.

When I did reach out to them they were clearly appreciative of the fact that I came back to them as promised - they tailored a quote specifically to my needs (some of my items were disassembled and packed by me, they'd need to do the others - I had a fair few items that needed to be handled with care).

No nasty price hikes.. terms were clear from the start - final quote was about £10 higher than previously discussed but their price was so good I wasn't going to even mention that.

Movers came, they treated my belongings as if they were their own - I.e. they took their time and handled everything with due care and attention. They offered advice on how best to store items so that they could be easily accessed and space best utilized etc. Maria was always approachable and happy to address any concerns I had.

This company made what could have been a stressful move very very easy and stress free.

We used Europe removal and Stroage ltd when we moved to SW London from elsewhere. They were great, can't fault them at all. We've since moved again and used a same company and I am again very happy with there services,I believe they're very helpful, professional and time keepers. These guys work hard through out the day and completed job with zero damages .offcouse if I moved again in the future I will used this company again and I will recommend this company to all my family and friends who are looking to move in future.

Hello, I had to move from London to Manchester couple of weeks back and I had various options for removal. I chosed Europe Removal and storage std due to recommendations of my colleagues and I am very glad that I chosed them because they're certainly the right guys for this job. The staff who showed up was so polite and professional that I did not have to panic once through out my shifting. I had some fragile items which were shifted with extreme care and to be honest, I was quite certain that some of my stuff will get broken as the stuff was antique and fragile but thanks to these guys, none of my stuff was broken or even had a crack. These guys gave me every reason to praise their work.
I will surely recommend Europe removal to everyone and use their services in future too. CHEERS!

I was move my house last week and I was use for removal Europe removal and storage ltd . Team was excellent thay know how to pack and move .moving is a stressful but they make very easy for me I m really very happy to use Europe removal again if I move my house again . I was move last year with a local companay two bed and one 2 side table but they did not don reassembling . In this time Europe removal team make bed for me in right place thanks Europe removal and team .

I hired Europe removal and storage for moving my house. They came to my house on time did not keep me Awaiting. They did the packing day before It was moved to another property. The packing was done properly took more time packing delicate items. The loading was done properly each item was placed properly in the truck. They do very good reassembling. The items were placed where I wanted them In my property.
If anyone out there who wants removal company to move to another property. I would highly recommend this company to You. .

I choose this company out of blue. I was really impressed by how the move was put together. Sales people were terrific as they talked me through the whole move, explaining all in details. They have provided the services up to my expectation and with standards. Will definitely recommend this company to whoever is looking for a hassle free and professional move. The surveyor who came to my property talked me through the move and gave me quote on the spot. I happened not to like the price and told the supervisor. He negotiated the price and gave me a good offer. .
