I would like to say how professional and pleasant your two boys, sajid and Kaiser were. They were a pleasure to work with. They went over and above what was expected of them for removals and I was very impressed. There were such awkward (and v v heavy) items of furniture which your boys seamlessly got through some difficult spaces! I would not hesitate to recommend your service to anyone who is moving.

I'm not sure why some people have written negative feedbacks on some sites. You told me clearly that if there was extra vehicles required, then naturally it would cost more. I wasn't charged any extra and I appreciated that. You were very fair in your charges which you outlined at the start

We are very happy that we moved with Europe Removal and storage. It was on such a short notice but they managed to give me a stress free move. The people in the office were nice, all the necessary information were provided to us and the crews and supervisor were nice as well. they dismantled and assembled all the furnitures that needed too. All the packing were wrapped and packed carefully and nicely. It was a very happy atmosphere so I would say Europe removal is certainly the best company.

They were so nice and through each step of the process .they all handled
My job patiently and their price were quite cheap compare others.
We don't know about u what u r looking but I preferred these people for doing our jobs. And at last I love to tell u about them they are very friendly and had good communication level. They are on time when I booked them and secondly came with in proper uniform and cap.
Always one supervisor come who have special efficiency for handling all difficult work in a second.
We all family were v happy personally .

I used this company to move my belongings from my current property to a storage place then to my new property after 2 months. I used their storage. Everything went well without any issue and they handled everything from beginning till end. All together my move went smoothly. The team worked really hard and with a dedication. The office team were helping throughout my move. I am really pleased that I have used this company for my move. I will not hesitate the slightest to recommend this company.

I Had recently moved out of reading and shifted to Birmingham I was searching the net for a removal company within my budget and found Europe removal. I was being quoted £2500 else where so I gave these guys a call and They sent a surveyor who quoted me with an unbelievable price £1890 which I could not refuse .Mr Atif was very helpful explained all the aspects of the move in/out he assured me all my furniture will be wrapped up and labelled if needed . I was extremely worried about the fragile items but he even assured me He would double /bubble wrap then too . On the day everything went well, no additional costs were occurred. So I'm happy I chose the company .

Recently moved from reading, one of my work colleague recomended Europe Removal. We contacted Europe Removal they sent surveyor on the very next day. The surveyor was very polite explained all the aspects of the move in detail and assured us our furniture will wrapped up and protected.

On the day the team arrived on time, loaded our furniture with care and unloading at the other end was equally fast and carefuly delivered to right room in the new property. Iftey, the supervisor and workers on the moving day, were very polite to deal with and provided great service all round. Will definately recommend them to my friends and family, thanks guys.

Moving with this removal company was absolutely a good choice.  The customer service I received was brilliant. The sales petiole were fantastic and helped me. They answered all of my questioned and queries. The level of customer service I received was brilliant. The crews were fabulous, being energetic from beginning til end. They were nice and poliTe. The supervisor was very helpful. I asked him a lot of questions durin the visit and he did answer all of my questions. Even though the price was high, we negotiated on the quote and was able to give me a good quote even though other companies offered me cheap. BRILLIANT OVERALL!

I chose this company based on their price (£270) and their customer service on the phone - which prior to the move was good.  
My experience of the service on the day, however, was extremely negative. Moving house is stressful and Europe Removal and Storage managed to make it far worse.  
The quote I received for Europe Removal and Storage rose to £400 as soon as the truck arrived. The 'supervisor' stated that we had more items than previously stated (despite the fact that had phoned the company earlier in the week, to change the amount of items that I had originally stated and ask for a revised price). The 'supervisor' tried to add £50 for each additional item.  
When loading the truck the men did a good job and worked hard. However after we were all finished, I got a knock on the door:
1. Firstly the supervisor said that the truck was overloaded and he was illegal to drive it, because the wheels weren't inflated enough. Why aren't the trucks kept in a good state of repair?
2. Then the 'supervisor' said that they thought the postcode that I had given them was for Guildford (much closer), not Gloucestershire (despite me having sent the full address in writing via email). He said it was too far and they would lose money on the job. I said that as I had sent them the address in writing - and received a written response, that really that was the company's responsibility. He put me on the phone to his boss. She said she was too busy to speak to me, but although she accepted that it was the company's mistake, she couldn't allow the company to lose money, so I must pay more - the job would now cost £1000.
3. I told the 'supervisor' that I absolutely refused to pay £1000 (bearing in mind that the orginal cost was £270) and I would like him to unload my items. He said he would only unload them if I paid 1/3 of the cost of the delivery. I was now in a situation where I was being held to ransom for my own belongings! The 'supervisor' also made some unpleasant comments and I felt quite intimidated (I was on my own).
4. Eventually I agreed that I would pay £550 to have everything delivered (strangely at this point the problem with the tyre and driving illegally was totally forgotten).
5. At the destination the 'supervisor' then requested that I fill in a form stating that I was satisfied with the service I had received. When I refused to sign it, he again became aggressive and unpleasant.
Europe Removal and Storage took advantage of me when I was vulnerable (with all my worldly possessions on their truck!). The boss showed a total disregard for customer service and prioritised her profit above all else. Don't use Europe Removal and Storage even if you are desperate.

RE: Europe Removal & Storage Ltd Avoid this removal company at all costs!! They turned up 2 hours late, then started making phone calls and saying that they couldn't move my wardrobes despite them being in the pre-agreement sheet. They demanded £200.00 more or otherwise they would refuse to move my stuff. The Supervisor arrived after one hour and started being really rude, demanding £200 more which I ended up paying as I had no choice because the guy who bought my house was waiting to move in. When they dismantled my wardrobes they were brutal and were punching the panels out, lost screws, broke them and refused to put them back together in my new home despite this being previously agreed! After reading the previous feedback on this company it looks like they do this regularly to get more money out of people, its not right and they operate like gangsters. I will be reporting them to the Police and the Trading Standards to say the least. Do not use them and please if you have had a similar experience please contact the police and report them! I will not let this go believe me.

I had an EXTREMELY bad experience with this company and its staff.  They gave me a very competitve price and then on moving day they packed half the items and then claimed they would need more money as there were 'extra' things.  This made no sense particularly because a) I insisted they come visit and check number of items for an accurate quote and b) all my packed items were put together in two rooms of my flat and so you could see how much stuff there was and c) the guy that came to do the quote was also the remover.  They basically held me to ranson and were so aggressive that I had to call the police.  They refused to unpack my items untill I gave them £600 extra.  In the end they settled for £100. 
The removers barely spoke english. They damaged some of my goods and were literally throwing them off the truck.  The entire experience made me so upset and violated!
Please read this and do not use these cowboy removers again unless you want to get ripped off like I did!

This has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
We had booked a removal for 10am, by 10:30 we had cleaners arriving and still not removals van so I called them up to see where they were. The woman did not know and could not get hold of the driver. I then waited another 30mins until 11am and called again, she said she had spoken to the driver who has 'broken down'. I asked when they would be able to get a van to us but was told that as it is a busy day, it is my fault for booking the van on this day and they had no spare vans.
This was now 12:00 and the other removal company had turned up to move into our flat, so I was now having to pay them to wait.
I was incredulous. This company still reminded me that this was all my fault and not theirs, they could not send a van as they had no spares although they said they were asking other companies, to be honest I do not think they were as this would have cost them money.
I had to therefore take the matter into my own hands and find a removal company who were willing to come to us at such short notice. Thankfully there are decent people out there and they arrived at 2pm.
After paying the other removal company £200 and the cleaners £190, I assumed that due to the error being the fault of European Removals and Storage Ltd they would foot the bill, how wrong was I. They still assured me this was all my fault.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Service cost: £275

This is a company that sends smaller vans than needed in order to get more money from you.  We ended up leaving 3 car loads (with roof box) of our belongings with kind neighbours to avoid having to pay this company for a second trip.  Even after a 'supervisor' came to visit us to take a look at what needed to be taken they still sent a small van - even for someone who hasn't moved very often I could tell our stuff wouldn't fit on!  They also do not take adequate care with belongings, much of our large furniture had chips as it wasn't wrapped properly, something that was promised.  The managing director of this company is extremely rude and his response was to tell us we should have bought there packing service and that the next van size up up was a £1000, which would have put them on par with the big brands.   They clearly go in at a low price to win business only to sting you later. Customers should also be aware of a £80 per hour charge for any delays.  Even if you have paid your deposit I would recommend going with someone else - moving days are stressful enough without using this cowboy company.

Happy customer here. Using this company was a good choice. I saw the reviews below and I had my doubts but then the lady in the office reassured me. On the moving day, everything went smoothly. they took good care of my belongings and the packing were done nicely. I had them unpacked at the new property, my belongings and fragile items were NOT scratched or damaged. The crews were amazing, hardworking and very nice overall and the lady in the office were super nice as well. Definitely a happy customer.

Unacceptable service. Avoid this company at all cost. We had a house visit few weeks ago by Ifty. A quote was written, specifying £450, we gave a £50 deposit. On the day they realised one Lutton van wasn't enough, they had to dispatch another one. Ifty came to my home, was extremely rude to my partner in the presence of my 5 months old. He first ask for an extra £350, threatened to go to court. Then went down to £200 extra after making my partner cry! The movers were 3 hours late in Newbury, I had to pay extra hours for having the storage open after hours. Ifty threatened us again of extra waiting time fees! Avoid them! Avoid! Avoid!

Service cost: £650

When I was quoted for the removal, I was assured that there was no need for a house visit as the van they would send would be bigger than what I would need for a 2 bed maisonette move. The removal team were friendly and efficient. However one hour before we were legally required to leave the property, an Operations Manager arrived and refused to pack the rest of our stuff unless we paid him an extra £195. When I threatened to take him to the Small Claims Court, he said he would unpack the truck right there and walk away from the job. He showed me their Terms and Conditions which states that his firm can walk away from a job without reason. I had no choice but to pay the extra money. Using Europe Removal and Storage made the move one of the most stressful days of my life. Their tactic appears to be to provide a low quotation at the outset and then demand more during the move when their clients have no option but to pay. Definitely a firm to avoid.

I have used this Company the services they provided was excellent. Helpful staff who were considerate and worked quickly. I had few antique items that I was scared might get damaged , but the team leader mr iffy was very helpful on the day of the job led the team well made sure they were moved with extra care. The porters were very helpful taken care of everything removed all the items carefully and delivered it to my new property on time.So I Would definitely recommend europe removal and wouldn't hesistate to use them again in the future if I was to move again.
