I had my mother and Dachse r & Kolb Weingarten move to the nursing home from Überlingen to Ravensburg and I am really very satisfied. Great service on the day of the move, friendly staff - as you wish! The advice in the office was also very professional. Particularly with such a move, sensitivity is required from the staff. My mother was also really excited about the boys.
I would like to recommend Dachse r & Kolb to everyone else moving house.

We moved with Dachser & Kolb Weingarten 2 weeks ago from Meersburg to Ulm with the complete package of packing and unpacking and dismantling / assembling the furniture. Everything went perfectly and not a single damage was caused. Right from the start it was great advice and all promises were implemented 1: 1. The final bill was hardly higher than the offer. Here, bait is not cheap and billed expensive, but the amount is estimated perfectly. That is exemplary for me and must be mentioned here.
Super friendly moving helpers, everyone knew what they were doing and all services were done to the fullest satisfaction.

Relocation from near Frankfurt Main to Lake Constance. I got a third company. Everything was very poorly organized by Dachser / Kolb. Company has a truck that is too small, no proper moving boxes / clothes boxes and no elevator. We asked specifically because we lived on the 3rd floor. Bigger trucks and lifts didn't come after a call either !!

As a result, everything through the stairwell, which damaged it and took a long time. A lot is damaged during loading and the mattress was simply pushed over the dirty truck floor.

When unloading everything was ok, only building furniture was problematic. The newly painted wall was also dirty.

After a lot of phone calls only got half for loss of value all damage to the staircase and furniture !!

NEVER AGAIN. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY.

Said company was entrusted with the move from CH to DE. After a professional inspection, the evil awakening followed.

The company hired a subcontractor which was neither prepared for the job nor professional in any way. They didn't even want to make an inventory list at the beginning

No, she also wanted money for disposal, which was part of the contract and was addressed.

The worst, however, was when the documents were handed over after unloading and I did not find a customs stamp / customs number of the German customs. You drove through Switzerland / Austria.

Now I can use my furniture, but a customs procedure is still open. Funnily enough, the company then sent me a follow-up invoice!

I have now had the judiciary answer this bill. That this company still exists is absolutely incomprehensible!

According to the customs authorities there are more problems with this forwarding company. So I would advise anyone to give orders to this company, as it is absolutely not worth it.

The move from the Allgäu to Dresden was rather .. modest.
The preliminary talk and the inspection were good and punctual. The move itself was a disaster.
The moving car arrived half an hour late. The reason: traffic jam on the autobahn. The vehicle was much too small. It was stabbed and pushed as if it were going to the recycling center and not another apartment. I have some minor and major damage to my furniture .Who's surprised.
Communication with the two drivers was also very difficult. They weren't really up to the German language.
I warn against the corporate finger off.

When a moving company subcontracts a parquet layer to move valuable furniture, things can only go wrong. Without straps or other aids, the furniture was grabbed somewhere and tried to be brought out of the house. That it then cracked and crashed and there was damage, could therefore not be avoided. I can only assess the company's subcontractor here and recommend everyone to exclude this contractually. There is apparently no quality assurance for the subcontractors. A written apology is still pending! Sitting out was always a good method!
