This team of people made our lives so much easier it was untrue. They were asked to move us within 24 hours and they did. from a phone call on a Wednesday they mobilised a team on the Thursday and Friday and moved us into storage.
We were in storage some 18 weeks and interim helped us regain some items from storage.
when it came to moving in the team again was exceptional nothing was ever a problem from all the guys from start to finish.
In addition the office staff were great always very helpful thank you Lynne. The guys I can not recall all your names but, Andy, Andy, Andy, Brandon and all the other guys.
I will never use another removal firm.

We’ve moved house numerous times and this was the first time we’ve used a professional removals company and I have to say, I don’t know why we haven’t used Bradshaws in the past as from start to finish they were worth every penny and made ‘yet’ another move stress free.
Our removal guys were friendly, quick and efficient and we couldn’t have asked for better. Paul, John and Matt, you’re a credit to your company, in fact every member of staff we had dealt with throughout this process have been excellent, thank you.

Do not use. My valuables were stolen by one of the staff at the Birmingham (Halesowen) depot on removal into store. Management evidently do not do adequate checks on staff. Britannia Bradshaw took no action in response except to ensure that they avoided any liability. I mistakenly thought that this was a reputable company.
Crew members were polite and courteous including the staff member that stole jewellery, cash and other items.
I will not recommend.

We went with Britannia opting for all additional extras we could to give us peace of mind. We felt that paying extra would be worth that peace of mind and also paid for a packing service.

On the move day, some damage was caused to our woodwork and walls but as the removal men had been very pleasant we did not want to make a complaint and just put it down to one of those inconveniences we would have to sort.

However, 13 days after moving into our new home, we unpacked a box to find a valuable piece of delicate electronic kit damaged and unusable. On contacting Britannia, we were told that all claims had to be in writing within 7 days of moving house and therefore there was nothing they would do. To expect us to have unpacked all boxes when working full time with 2 children is completely unrealistic. We would not recommend going with this company at all and we are disgusted at the complete lack of after care. They take your money, don't take care over your personal possessions and then refuse to assist when things have gone wrong due to their negligence.
