Didn’t turn up

Booked Bradway Premier Removals to transport theatre group set and furniture to theatre and back to our studio a week later. We booked and confirmed with Matthew by email.

Texted day before 25/11/23 with a reminder to arrive at 8.30 am. No reply.

Van did not turn up. Rang, but no answer. Found address online and went round there, to see the van parked up outside. A lady was in - it was a house rather than commercial premises. She confirmed he wasn’t in and tried her best to contact him or find someone else to fulfil the booking, but couldn’t.

We had a three hour delay as we tried to find an alternative way of getting our stuff to the theatre on a Sunday morning; eventually managing to book a self hire van at short notice.

Anyone can make a mistake, it’s how you deal with it that counts. This trader did not even have the courtesy to offer an apology or contact us in any way whatsoever.

Moving a few large items

Bradway Premier Removals were excellent in moving a few large items for us, they were punctual, very careful and professional and competitively priced, I would highly recommend them for moving any items.

Excellent, cheap service.

Used this company to relocate my family and the contents of a 4 bedroomed house and Garden from Sheffield to Cholderton, in Wiltshire.

When we arrived we found that my new property was up a flight of stairs, and that there was a further flight of stairs within the property itself.

Non of this was met with complaint, the lads packing up and unloading on both days worked tirelessly and without complaint. Similarly the unexpected staircase was not a problem and didn't incur any extra charges.

I would highly recommend using this company above any other if you are looking to move in the Sheffield area.

Collection and delivery of second hand item.

I have used Mat a few times for furniture delivery/moving, he is polite, well dressed, and has excellent time keeping skills, he takes care of the items and his vehicles are clean and tidy.I recommend Mat and his team at Bradway Premier Removals for small and big jobs alike. Very reasonable costs too. Nothing is too much trouble for this business, customers are always treated with excellent care just like the items he moves.

Very professional company.

Mat and his team moved me from Sheffield to Coventry. Very professional company who took extra time to protect my items and store them safely in their van for the journey. They were very polite, professional and gave an exceptional service. The price was very competitive considering how far the journey was.

Removals.

We phoned Bradway when another company let us down. They responded quickly with plenty of help to get us moved. They went above and beyond by disassembling and then reassembling our lounge suite to get it through a narrow doorway. They stayed late to get the job done. They were careful, efficient, friendly and good-humoured. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Student move.

I started an IT course in Sheffield, so I had to move my computer stuff (monitors, desktop PC, accessories), as well as other items, to my new flat. I was worried at first to let anyone else handle this expensive bit of kit, but when I saw how well the items were wrapped and boxed up, I didn't worry anymore.
Needless to say, none of the delicate items were damaged or scratched. Brilliant.

House Move

Excellent team. Going over and above what was required. Oct 2020 we had a first floor apartment and there were no moan, ifs and buts but just getting on with the job. I was able to let them get on with it without my assistance (first time ever) They took away a computer desk and chair to dispose of for us. Looked like our large settee wasn't going to get through the doors of our next property but they wouldn't give up and took the door off it's Hinges. Then after took a bookcase to my sons that we hadn't room for. Wonderful service. Will recommend to my son who is moving in new year.

Long distance move

Can't say enough good things about this company, this is the second time I've used their services. Mathew and team moved my home contents from Sheffield to Scotland on the 14th Feb 2021 without a single hiccup. They were polite, proffessional and nothing was too much trouble, even though they had a 600 mile round trip. Would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you again team.

Mathew and his team did a sterling job from start to finish.

Mathew visited us at our home in Sheffield to price us up for our move.
