I would like to highly recommend Bolt Removals. Julian Popa and his team were very helpful and professional from the first quotation in the summer 2018 until the last box was in our new country home mid January 2019! The quote remained the same despite the delays in the sale of my house. I needed help with packing at the last minute and this was provided by the company at short notice. All packing and moving was done carefully and achieved within the time stated. They all worked so hard it was brilliant (they hardly paused even for a cup of tea!) Julian was also able to arrange for extra rubbish to be removed from my old house on the following morning. They made a stressful time as easy as possible.

Bolt Removals provided us with outstanding service and value for money. Julian and his team worked tirelessly to pack and move our belongings over two days. Their service extended to dismantling and rebuilding a large wardrobe that did not want to fit through one of our new doorways – this was beyond my expectations. The piano even kept its tune! The whole team were polite, helpful and conscientious. I definitely recommend this firm to anyone who cares about their possessions as well as their wallet!

We hired Bolt removals in Cardiff for our down size move.
Mr Julian Popa the Managing Director came to the house to assess the request. He was very professional and very helpful. He came in with shoe protectors so as not to damage any carpets.
He listened to everything we said that was going and not. He went through every room and outside.
He email me the quote in hours with various options that suited us.
On the day they showed up on time and started with mats down to protect the floors for moving everything.
Everything was moved carefully and delivered safely into the new house.
I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to move and have some of the stress of moving removed by them.

Professional team, I had a few quotes from removal firms I found Julian the most professional. The team arrived on time Stefan, Gabriel and Alin, they were brilliant, worked tirelessly, were professional, patient and supportive despite a number of problems, none of their doing. Arrived at 8am, house packed by 11am, there was a delay until 1.30pm not the teams fault. The house not being ready as the previous owner did not leave until 6pm, they worked over time to get us in and remained calm and professional, the whole time.
Definitely highly recommend exceptional team of hard working people. Thank you all so much.

Bolt Removals moved my house contents into storage in Cardiff, looked after it for a year, and moved it all to my new home in Aberystwyth. Very professional company, always reply promptly if I had a query and the staff were friendly and very efficient.
They put my beds, sofa and dining table back together before they left.
I highly recommend them. They were in turn recommended to me by a work colleague after a local large company let me down. I am so happy with their excellent service and professionalism.

Julian and his team are truly excellent. We used their full service (packing & moving) to get us from Barry to Cowbridge in South Wales. The most obvious quality you’ll immediately find is how professional they are. From my initial meeting with Julian to the packing day and then final moving day they were all extremely polite and hard working and efficient. We have moved internationally before (Australia) using a multi national company (Crown) and whilst they were good too, they didn’t come close to the overall care and attention Julian and his team take. We invited 6 removal companies to quote us and I knew straight away I’d be offering the job to Julian. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

We chose to use Bolt Removals having had quotes from a number of companies. Bolt was by far the cheapest quote and despite other companies trying to persuade us that the service would not be as good, we decided to go ahead with Bolt. This was the best decision we made as they were excellent! I found myself standing around on the day with nothing to do as they were so professional and took care of everything. Both men were extremely careful with all our possessions, covering sofas and televisions and nothing was too much hassle for them. We were moving 65 miles from Cardiff to Carmarthen and they got to the new address before us. All items were removed from the vans to exactly where we needed them in the house and we could not believe how proficient they were at their job.
The responses when booking were quick and clear and I would use Bolt with no hesitation if we were to move again. Highly recommended! Thanks for making the day easy and stress free.
