Efficiency par excellence. Very helpful both in pick up and delivery. Hope not to have to do this again, but if I do have to, Best London Removals is the only firm I would use!  Phillip and his team most understanding of a traumatic experience (I've never moved before!)
Delivery of boxes for personal prepackaging were delivered when requested. Prepackaging by Phillip and his team the day before moving was both efficient and timely. I could not ask for more. The cost was reasonable and certainly competitive.

They were efficient and swift and really excellent but offering the reasonable prices in the market. The move itself went very well and rather fast thanks to the professionals. They packed everything in order one day before the move so it was very easy for us to unpack next day. We were extremely satisfied by their move so we asked them again for internal removal one year later. ivelin, the manager, is very friendly and helpful and would answer to any questions you may have. The movers who came on the day of move were also friendly and helpful and you don't feel intimidated by the men in the house which happened once to me.

Excellent service would highly recommend. All staff members were polite and helpful, from the initial contact right through to our furniture being delivered. The staff were always cheerful remaining professional and courteous throughout.  When we had a problem with our moving in date we were shown great understanding and last minute changes were accommodated which really helped to keep our move as stress free as possible. The service we received from Ivelin and his team at 'Best London Removals Ltd' was faultless and we would definitely use them again.

I used Ivelin and his team for a third time in April and again they delivered a flawless service.  On this occasion they moved my mum back to Ireland.  We arranged for the team to arrive in the morning to commence packing.  We had to leave the team in our flat and gave Phillipe a set of keys as myself and my mum were flying over to Dublin that day.   Phillipe travelled overland to Holyhead and took the overnight ferry to Dublin, arriving at our new property in Wicklow, Ireland. early the next morning.  We were extremely impressed that they turned up on time, with no problems or telephone calls to say that they could not find the small town in rural Wicklow! The guys proceeded to unpack and reassembled a bed,and a wardrobe, kitchen table etc. Nothing broken and everything done with the least amount of fuss.  Phillipe and his team were back on the road and able to catch the afternoon ferry back to Holyhead with plenty of time to spare.  When I arrived back at my flat in London everything was in order and no mess left. I can certainly recommend Best London Removals and have already done so to friends and family.

I can't express how delighted I am with the guys at Best London Removals. We had a last minute and fairly urgent move and Ivelin and his time were honest, realistic with what needed to be done and were happy for me to assist to minimise the cost. The team were careful, diligant and really took ownership with what needed to be done and made sure this was as stress free as possible. There was even time for a drink and chat with Ivelin who was very personable and runs a good business that delivers. I will happily use their services again.

It is hard and stressful enough to be moving into a new flat but this week it would have been the 3rd time I am using this company. They are amazingly helpful, if you don't have boxes they can help you out, they don't let you lift a finger. I will forever use this company and 100% RECOMEND ANY ONE TO USE THIS COMPANY.
They are super quick and efficient on time and very kind people. As a single mum moving a lot they have been nothing but helpful and on point. I can't strech enough how thankful I am for their service.

I have already recommended this company to friends as they provided the best quote and provided an outstanding service. If I ever move again, I have no hesitation in using them again. Ivelin, his son Stefan and Iliyan helped me to move this weekend. All of them were excellent. I did not do anything at all and they all quietly got on with packing around me and had brought everything with them. They were extremely tidy, friendly, honest, polite and highly professional and efficient. They looked after my possessions as though they would their own and my furniture was very securely packed so that it was not damaged at all. It was the most stress free move that I have ever made. .
