Wish I could give them 10 stars

The move was from Hurst Green to Gisburn so not a massive distance but there was a lot to move. Dan and his team turned up dead on time and grafted for 10 hours solid. They were polite, professional, as well as being a good craic. They went above and beyond with what they did, dismantling and rebuilding furniture and making sure everything was just where we wanted it. More than highly recommend this company!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Appalling service

Took 4 days to move our house contents just half a mile. The worst service I've ever received. We are now unable to contact chris he doesn't want to know. Storage was unnecessary at the exorbitant cost of £1200.00. The total move cane to over £ 3000.00. Think twice before using baxters removal they take your money and run .
- rudely have not answered my inquiries.

  Move by Baxters 25th March

Like others who used this firm I am missing at least 1 box and other unboxed items. It seems this is condoned by management as they rudely have not answered my inquiries. I also believe the charge was extortionate
- you’re ignored it’s just poor character let alone service

  Missing item

Here’s the thing, everyone makes mistakes but a good company puts it right. Peter and Chris just ignore your calls, txts or emails. In the middle of a housing boom we paid over the odds, there were few issues which in the current climate we an live with but when you see an item loaded but it was never unloaded and then you’re ignored it’s just poor character let alone service. Steer clear unless you’re paying less than £500 as you can get two Luton vans for this and not the £1100 we paid
