Happy customer on both occasions.

Hi all, we have used this company twice and we have never been disappointed. They were prompt, polite and very skilled. Moving two flats into one on the first occasion between Chiswick and Richmond and then again this weekend moving from one flat to another in Richmond. The guys were very careful and did an awesome job. Cant fault them and the price was right. They had the tools, everything fragile was wrapped by them in bubble paper and they were careful to ensure our couch and other valuables were intact during the move. I would recommend them to anyone really. I am not sure why others have had bad experience with them.

Removal staff.

The guys are very polite, friendly, on time, hard working, looking after our furniture well, have expertise in dissembling and reassembling the furniture, making sure the walls and the carpets are not damaged or dirtied etc.  Basically they have all the qualities one would expect from a removal company!  I have used them three times in the past 5 years, and I would definitely come back to them when we need to move home again!

Don't do it!

A shambles from start to finish- removal time rearranged on the day, agents unequipped, and with poor communication skills.  Damage to goods, attempts to add further charges to the agreed amount (with no additional services/ goods to remove) AND disgraceful customer service to boot.  The standard response from the company to any customer complaint seems to be that the customer was aggressive and abusive (see other reviews for substantiation).   Please please take my advice- DON'T DO IT!  Cheap is NOT always best.  Astonished and saddened that companies like this survive in today's difficult economic climate, when others with the best intentions and efforts fall by the wayside.  Only truthful reviewing of companies like this will stop them in their tracks. Good luck with your removal.  I pray it is not with AM Removals!

Very Good Moving Experience.

Used AM Removals to move house last Saturday.  The men who moved us were very prompt and helpful.   They presented themselves well and were good with communication.  
Also handled parking smoothly in what is a difficult street parking area. All was done quickly and without any problems.
Were also helpful in ensuring that our pets didn't run out the door and in dissembling furniture when space was required.
Would certainly recommend them to others.

THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEB IS ACTIVE ON ALL WORKING DAYS & WEEKENDS. THE REMOVAL QUATATION WAS GOOD PRICING FOR ME ON COMPARNG VARIOUS QUOTS FROM OTHERS. ON THE DAY OF MOVE I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH GOOD TEAM WORKING AND TWO YOUNG MEN HELPING FROM PACKING TO LOADING AND UNLOADING TO THE FINISH. EVERYTHING WAS ONTIME WITH PROMPT ARRIVAL AND TO THE FINISH. MY EXPERIENCE WAS MEDIUM SIZE MOVE SO CAN'T COMMENT ABOUT VERY LARGE SIZE MOVE AND STORAGE FACILITIES WHICH I NEVER HAD TO USE. THEIR PACKING MATERIALS WERE GOOD STANDARD WITH VARIOUS SIZE BOXES, SHEETS, BUBBLE PACKS ETC.. THEY SUPPLY ITEMISED INVENTORY WITH INSURANCE AND COVER WHICH KEEPS THE JOB TRANSPARENT. OVER ALL I HAD POSITIVE EXPERIENCE ON BOTH THE OCCASIONS WHICH I WANTED TO SHARE AND WOULD CENTAINLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
