Removals.

We had a very positive expoerience with Alans removals. On the day they arrived promptly and the care and professionalism displayed by the team at Alans removals both in packing at current property to the new property was to the highest standards.

Despite being delayed by the completition process Alan removals were patient and extremely professional.

I would like to say thank you and if anyone is looking for a professional removal company with competitive rates, Alan Removals is the company you need.

House move.

The men turned up dead on time, looked and worked professionally and were courteous at all times. They packed on the Wednesday ready for delivery on the Friday, but as they had spare time on Thursday they, after asking, came over and moved a lorry-load a day ahead if time. On the day of the move they took time to place boxes and furniture exactly where we wanted them, even when we changed our minds. No mess, no losses, no damage. It could not have been better and even a very competitive price!

Amazing Service.

I have recently moved from Middlesex to Staffordshire. This was achieved in one day by Alan's Removals. It was a long old day but by 5pm we were sipping Prosecco in my new garden after getting everything in the house!

From getting the initial quote I have found the team, Michael in particular, extremely helpful and courteous with great communication.

I am hoping I won't be moving again for a long time, but would definitely use again!

I was amazed at the speed and care taken in packing and moving everything. So hardworking and efficient. They made my move as stress free as it could possibly be. No hesitation in recommending. Fantastic Removal Company!

I really cannot praise Michael and his team enough! They were polite, efficient, considerate and worked so hard to ensure everything went well with our move. The whole family (including grandparents!) came out to shake their hands and thank each member of the team at the end of the day as we were all so impressed.

Fantastic.

Michael's guys were absolutely fantastic- rapid, diligent, whilst being really nice guys.

We have actually used them twice, once to move house in London (a really big job), and once to move a lot of kitchen and other equipment down to Cornwall. We will recommend them to anyone who needs to move, they really made moving so much less stressful than it could be!

Moved contents to storage.

Michael came originally to provide a quote. He was polite and very friendly from the outset.
He advised me that he will not be there at the start of the job but will pop in during the day and true to his word that is exactly what happened.
His men arrived at 8am the first day and 7.30am the second day. 1st day was to pack which they did with the outmost care and attention. The 2nd day was to finish packing the large items e.g. sofas and bed and then move to the storage. I can't thank them enough as the storage I had purchased was still not big enough so some of my items then had to be taken to a different location. This they did for me with the same friendly attitude and at no extra cost.

Friendly and calming.

From the first day when Michael came around to provide a quote I had a feeling he would be great to have their on moving day. On what has to be one of the most stressful days of our lives, Michael and team were fantastic. They were quick but careful, and worked SO hard! We were nervous about whether everything would fit in the van they used for our moved, but everything fitted perfectly. We moved from a first floor flat and it can't have been easy getting a big sofa bed and furniture down the stairs and out the front door, but they did, and kept a smile on their faces. They were also very clean and careful to lay things down and didn't damage a thing. They were also patient as we waited for the keys to our new home. I can not recommend them enough - thank you!

Moved from flat to our new home.

I actually got in touch with Michael as I had seen first hand their excellent service when my sister moved house last summer. Although Michael wasn’t there on the day of the move, his team were exceptional in their hard work and their careful nature in handling all of our possessions. Moving is so stressful, I am so glad we paid for the service for Michael and his team to pack and move us, it was one less thing to stress over!

I hired Alans Removals based on the great reviews I read here and I was not disappointed. Michael and his team are super friendly and very professional. They helped me move out from a one bed flat where the doorway was too small to let my furniture out so they had to disassemble and reassemble it at the new flat, which they did perfectly. They will go the extra mile to make you completely happy, and always with a smile. I definitely recommend them!
