First class removals.

We were recommended Smile Moves by a family member who has been using them for their business for years. Upon contacting Smile Moves we were quickly able to arrange a quote and a move date at very short notice and all the boxes and bubble wrap etc were delivered to us on the same day that we agreed to go ahead.
The three men who did the move were prompt, very professional and friendly and helped to put my wife, who was heavily pregnant at ease. Our possessions were moved quickly and without any damage. 
Overall I cannot fault Smile Moves and would recommend them highly to anybody. My only minor complaint, is that the packing tape they supplied with the boxes was not particularly good and we ended up buying some different tape ourselves. That incredibly small niggle aside, we were overwhelmingly pleased with the service provided by Smile Moves and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. .

Great service and a great team!

We found Smile Moves fantastic. Easy to deal with, well priced and friendly. The two guys packing were polite, nice to have around and extremely hard working. They knew exactly what they were doing and really cared about their work. On move day everyone turned up on time and the team ran things like a well oiled machine. A great company, who live up to their name. We will and already have been recommending them to friends.

Excellent, well organised and friendly.

Was recommended Smile by a colleague. Have to say was extremely please with the process. 2 men process who came largely on time - highly professional. They carried everything out in an orderly manner and everything arrived safely and directed to the rooms we wanted.

The price was for total of 4.5 hours and includes packaging materials. We had some furniture but no white goods.

I would highly recommend Smile for an easy peace of mind move.

Great guys - moves with a smile!

Hardworking, head down, great attitude I would recommend these guys. They moved us from London to Somerset in 3 vans, 6 guys, no fuss no problems just a smooth transition.
We packed ourselves but they provided packing materials, the perfect amount.
Everything was placed in the correct rooms and beds and kitchen tables make up quickly and effectively
Good prices compared to other quotes and we loved their can-do attitude.

Move from London to Kent.

An excellent professional service provided by the Smile Moves team. Service was indeed undertaken with a smile. We were packed and delivered to our new address in Kent by an extremely hard working team. There were no damages or losses. I would definitely recommend this company to others. One slight criticism was an unexpected increase in the charge that had been quoted originally but given the amount of work involved this was not a major issue for us.

Furniture Removal.

Smile Moves were truly excellent: efficient, punctual, careful and strong as oxes. Every furniture item was carefully wrapped and there was not one scuff left ona wall, quite impressive as they took a double bed and a large dresser down 4 floors! Would highly recommend Simon and his charming team. They took a large super king double bed apart and re assembled a replacement one without being asked too. They also took all their wrapping/ rubbish with them. All of this while being cheerful and polite too. In short they made a stressful job, as any move is, pass with ease in a relaxing manner, and I will definitely be using them again. In fact my wife has already submitted a future quote.

Friendly & reliable Service.

I used Smile Moves for a previous house move 2 years previously which went well and when I shopped around for this recent move Smile Moves again stood out for me as being the most friendly and professional. Simon who organised this move as well as the previous move remembered me and was very easy to communicate with and clear with regards to everything that was required. The checklist on their website was very helpful in planning my move and the rates are great for moving and materials for packing (boxes and bubble wrap). The materials arrived in good time for me to get everything packed leisurely. One of the removal men, Norbert, kindly mentioned a couple of things to me regarding the property I was moving into (gutters would soon require clearing and the front door lock required tightening up). This was very useful and valuable to know amidst the busyness of relocating from London to Haywards Heath, Sussex (the check box in this review form above didn't include this area so I stated Brighton as it was the nearest to it). I'm so grateful and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company, they assisted me in making the move stress free.

Prompt professional service.

Very good team, extremely efficient. I was impressed at how quickly they got everything done. Great thing about having someone else pack is that there is no emotion - they don't spend ages trying to "sort" whilst they pack, or looking through old photos/books/trinket boxes as you would probably do yourself. The team asked very specifically what we did and didn't want packed - think about this in advance if you want anything at the top of the boxes when you arrive. They also, thoughtfully, left out any keys they found along the way in case we needed to leave them behind. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

Fantastic team.

Simon, Norbert and team were brilliant from start to finish - the quote was very reasonable for a full packing and removal service. On the day, they were incredibly efficient and cheerful throughout. They arrived early. Everything was carefully wrapped and packed into logically labelled boxes which made unpacking at the other end easy.

They also dismantled and reassembled our furniture, thoughtfully constructing our baby's cot first so that we could put him to bed at his usual bedtime.

I'd thoroughly recommend Smile Moves.

Fantastic Company!

From the initial contact with Simon through to the unloading in Penzance, (NB: this was not an option in the drop down menu) my whole experience with Smile Moves was brilliant. I was given a very competitive quote and plenty of information throughout the build up to moving day. The removal guys were prompt, hard working and efficient and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Even after the 6-7 hour drive from London, they were fully ready for the unloading and made quick work of the job. I would thoroughly recommend the company to anybody.

Pack and Move our 4 bed house.

Smile Moves came highly recommended and when all was said and done I could see why.
It was seamless from packing to moving to arrival. All done as per estimate and within the timescale advised beforehand.
Nothing was too much effort for the men who attended the packing and moving.
I can see why it is called SMILE MOVES as there were certainly smiles on my families' throughout the day.

Well managed two day move, one packed, one moved.

Strong team, managed well from the office and by the moving team.

Nothing broken, everything placed where we wanted it.

Great pack and remove service.

Smile Moves came recommended to us and they lived up to the recommendation. The team, Eric, Andrasj and Sam, were brilliant. They were on time, incredibly hard working and lovely to have around on our big move day. The pick up location had lots of narrow stairs and we were on the top floor. They went up and down them countless times without complaint and with good humour. They were really flexible and made the move stress free.

Highly recommended.

No hesitation in recommending Smile Moves. We booked with them for our move from Hammersmith to Newbury after reading plenty of positive reviews. They sent three guys and managed the move in a single day. All of them introduced themselves and shook hands on arrival (a nice touch and a great way to start). Excellent service and value.

This is the second time we have used Smile Moves and on both occasions we have been very happy with their service. For the most recent move from London to Fleet we also used their packing service, which was excellent and very good value for money. This avoids many of the problems faced when packing yourself. The dismantling and reassembly of furniture was particularly helpful.
The removal men were very professional and worked pretty much non-stop both days to get the move finished on time. They showed excellent flexibiliy and took great care with all our possessions with nothing broken or damaged. Highly recommended.

Have used Smile Moves 3 times for various house moves and have never been disappointed.  They are always on time and there has not been one single breakage. The service this company provided was excellent from start to finish. From the pick up, to the storage of my belongings, to the move to my new property. Smile Moves.

A superb and excelent small removals company.
A visit and discussion of needs and wants from the director, followed by a quote as well as packaging being dropped off.
The removal van was well equipped for very safe storage and transporting of mirrors and large sheets of glass/breakables.  The removals guys were happy to assist in removal and packaing of large, heavy wall-hung items.
On arrival, each item was delivered to the correct allocated room, with questions being asked if there was any doubt.  There was no issues of breakables or damage to the new property & the guys were more thyan willing to re-assemble beds, desks etc.
Overall a very freindly, efficient and professional service for a move across from S.E. to W. London.

Brockley to penge.

Excellent service, great value, the two guys worked brilliantly and with a positive attitude. They communicated really well with us and almost made it a pleasure to move house! Only issue was they couldn't get all our stuff on the lorry so had to do two trips but they packed it to perfection as much as possible. We thought we could leave drawers full and the guys weren't happy with that so worth double checking! Highly recommend them.

Definitely service with a smile - highly recommend.

We used Smile Moves twice - once when moving out of my flat at the end of 2015, and just last week (Feb 2016) when moving into my new home.

The guys that turned up both times were the same people - they were highly professional, helpful and even obliged to taking off their shoes when moving some of our heavy items upstairs, so as not to ruin our brand new carpet (though this isn't usually their policy for health and safety reasons).

I highly recommend these guys - cheaper than other companies, yet reliable, friendly and most importantly, they get the job done with no stress.

Hopefully I won't be moving again any time soon, but I'd definitely opt for these guys if I do!!

The driver turned up on time, was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. He stowed everything carefully. Simon and his team couldn't have been more helpful and proactive. They made our move seem relatively stress-free and straight-forward and are also a lovely bunch of guys to have around, which is hugely appreciated on the day. There were very few breakages given the speed of the move and the amount that needed packing and it was easy to unpack at the other end. We wholly recommend them !

Great service, would definitely recommend them. Picked up from 1st floor flat In Hounslow. Arrived on time and packed vans carefully. Arrived earlier than expected next morning in Liverpool.

We wanted some stuff delivered to the house and the rest to storage, nothing was a problem. Stacked the storage room for us too. Cheerful and pleasant throughout. Everything delivered with no damage or loss.

I have used Smile Moves on a few occasions and couldn't say enough great things about their service. Fairly priced, unbelievable careful and professional.
