HMT Umzug - Hamburger Möbel Transport

Sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität dieser Umzugsfirma. Viele Schrammen und Beulen an den Möbeln. Türen und Schubladen sind nicht ausgerichtet und müssen vom Fachmann nachträglich gerichtet werden. Regale wurden an die Wand gedübelt und als alles fertig war, wurde gefragt ob das die richtige Stelle ist. Plattenspieler und Reciever wurde diagonal in eine Kiste gelegt ohne den Tonarm zu sichern oder den Plattenteller ab zu nehmen bzw. die kleinen Drehknöpfe drückten gegen die senkrechte Kartonwand. Die Schallplatten wurden waagerecht liegend aufeinander gestapelt. Staub wurde so zusätzlich in die LP´s-Rillen gepresst. Für die Installation der Schrankbeleuchtung habe ich nachträglich einen Elektriker kommen lassen. Für die Deckenleuchten wurden mehrere Löcher gebohrt, obwohl eins an der richtigen Stelle ausreichend gewesen wäre. Keine Empfehlung von mir für diese Firma.

Der Umzug mit HMT war absolut reibungslos und stressfrei! Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur finalen Möbelmontage lief alles perfekt. Das Team war pünktlich, freundlich und sehr professionell. Unsere Möbel wurden sorgfältig behandelt, und alles kam ohne einen Kratzer an. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die effiziente Arbeitsweise und die Flexibilität des Teams, das sogar kurzfristige Änderungen problemlos umsetzen konnte. Wir können HMT jedem, der einen zuverlässigen Umzugsservice sucht, uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

I was looking for a moving company at short notice and HMT responded quickly and organized everything promptly. All of my questions were answered promptly, the boxes for packing were reliably delivered, the fixed price asked was perfectly fine. On the day of the invitation everyone was on time, everything was handled with care, everyone was friendly and everything went very quickly. The core team seemed very competent. The next day we moved in. There, too, things went surprisingly quickly, the furniture was sometimes even better rebuilt than when it was in the old apartment. I am completely satisfied and would recommend HMT at any time!

Service cost: €2500

Even planning the move was bumbling and absolutely not professional. The most natural things like blankets, cardboard boxes and tissue paper had to be reordered by the employees all the time. 5-7 men were also contractually agreed. In fact, only 3 men were on site until lunch break. It was exactly the same at the destination. You even looked for completely strange noises from the street, which then had to help. Furthermore, the unloading of the truck was delayed by a day because the promised no-parking signs were missing. The unloading was then carried out in a rush, because they feared fines.

The boxes were extremely poorly filled. A lot was damaged or broken. If you put e.g. heavy lead crystal vases on the most delicate English porcelain. How idiotic was that ?! At the end of the day, various locker keys were missing, which is why we couldn't make any progress with unpacking. Why didn't you just put the keys in a bag and put them in the appropriate cupboard? Just like any kid would do!

Of course we have complained about this. But you don't get an answer from this lousy company. Just stupid emails that don't answer a single question.

And all of this, although we ordered an additional transport insurance for € 300 when we signed the contract.
