CJS Removals provided a very reliable removals service. Our move went smoothly because of their professionalism, punctuality and experience. Paul and his team are very conscientious and kind people. During the move they even kindly offered their help with some new furniture items that happened to be delivered while they were here. This company were excellent from start to finish. They were truly professional in every way and took all the stress out of moving as far as we are concerned. They turned up on time, got on with the job, did a brilliant job and the. Moved us into our new flat without even being too obtrusive, just got on with the job. Very competitive pricing for a two part move, with some unforeseen delay of 4 months between moves with no pressure for part payment. Quick and efficient well manned teams for both moves maintaining a very good relationship and accommodating requirements for the stressful time during the movement of furniture and personal belongings. We would highly recommend CJS as a removal company.  They were professional in their conduct and communication with us at all times. From the moment Paul visited us to provide a quote, the suggested 2 day split was perfect for our circumstance's. Delivery of packing materials was done efficiently and was never too much trouble!  The office called to ensure we hadn't run out in the days leading to our move.  Even when our completion was delayed they accommodated us without any fuss making it as stress free as possible!

From start to finish CJS handled our removal requirements efficiently, professionally and with total care for all our goods. Moving from the UK to Ireland was never going to be an easy task however the team wrapped, packed and stored the contents of our home, garage and garden with speed and care. Nothing was too much trouble - they even transported all our pot plants from our garden!! The guys were pleasant, polite and helpful. They transported everything to Ireland, arriving on the agreed date and exactly on time. You really could not ask for more. A huge thank you to you all in CJS, especially Paul and to Chloe in the office for her help too. We could not have coped without you and the service was excellent value for money too!!.

Absolutely amazing! We cannot fault the care they took with our property, nothing was damaged or broken when we unpacked. They dismantled the bed and put it back together in our new home. They did face a big challenge with a 4 seater sofa but everything turned out well … obviously no challenge is too big for them!! They provided everything we needed to pack our belongings. CJS were recommended to us and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else looking for an efficient, reliable and professional removal company. CJS removals was highly recommended to me by friends and they were right. Everyone in the office was always very helpful and understanding when I rang with questions. The packers over 2 days were friendly and efficient and really made those days stress free. After 4 months in storage all the furniture and belongings were brought from Hertfordshire to Lincolnshire and unpacked in the same professional and friendly way and everything was placed just where I asked. Having over the following weeks unpacked the numerous boxes, all the contents, china, ornaments, books and pictures were in perfect condition; nothing broken or damaged.
Not only would I totally recommend CJS for doing their job completely professionally, but with the added knowledge of their helpfulness and consideration of my belongings and myself. Nothing was too much trouble. My grateful thanks to the whole company.

Paul and his team handled a double move for us (our home plus my mother's), storage for nine months (while we were renting and waiting on a new house to be built) and eventually relocation to the North. The team were all very helpful and supportive, offering a professional service. Everything arrived safe and sound in our new home. The cost for the double move (including all packing up), storage (for nine months) and relocation and unpacking was £7,500 and worth every penny.

I am extremely happy with CJS removals and can only recommend them to anyone that needs a good priced removal service that helps throughout the whole process.

They provided a professional quote that was prices well, they turned up early in the morning and helped us get in to our new house in a professional way.

They were all very pleasant and helpful and did above what was expected and asked, they even brought in extra staff just to speed up the move and made sure my family are safely in our new house the dismantled and assembled furniture without fuss.

They also provided all packing materials within the quote, I would recommend the extra late key service just in case and if you have expensive items insurance.

I would use them or recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

My husband and I were very pleased with, and grateful to CJS for moving our furniture from their storage, to a difficult location in Shropshire. We now live in the countryside of Shropshire, off of two small unmade-up roads. The weather was cold and it rained continuously on the day of the move. The larger of the two removal lorries was unable to get to us! So the CJS team moved all of our furniture into their smaller lorry and did this a total of three times, to get our furniture down to us.
They worked incredibly hard and quickly. They were professional and polite and made the job look almost effortless, which it wasn’t! My husband was particularly grateful to Paul, who managed the team very well and also used a tracking device on his phone, so that we could locate CJS whereabouts continuously, on the journey up to us. Many thanks to all of the team.

I never write reviews but I would like to share my experience with anyone who is looking for a removal company..

CJS was not recommended to me. I did some research and obtained a few quotes, CJS being one of them. I chose CJS as they were competitive, knowledgeable and courteous.

I had a complicated sale and onward purchase but they were flexible with arranging dates and then helped me to safely store my belongings at short notice. They listen, are patient, efficient and are great communicators (special thanks to Chloe and Paul).

Having had my items in storage for >1yr, I finally moved. The CJS team were wonderful. They kindly moved furniture which was already in the house into the correct place, reassembled furniture and took great care moving all items (especially over my newly sanded floors)!

I cannot thank CJS enough for their care and attention to detail. I definitely picked the right removal company for the job. They were so quick and worked tirelessly without breaking a sweat. They remained cool, calm and collected throughout. Thanks a million for the stress free move [Paul (x2), Jaimie, Gary, Tony and Chloe]. I cannot praise CJS highly enough.

No offence, but I hope I will not need your services again as this is my forever home, but if I do, I know who to call and who to recommend and entrust CJS with any moving needs. Btw, can you sort out the rest of my house for me?

Just like to add our review to the other good ones - they deserve it. From the first phone call, they were helpful, pleasant and efficient. They dropped the boxes at the last minute before Christmas and there was plenty of them. On the day, everything was moved carefully and professionally, including a piano. Beds were dismantled and put up again without a fuss, and when we changed our minds about where things should go in the new house, it was never too much trouble to move them from one room to another. They were always polite, kind and friendly. It was not stressful and an excellent service. We will be using them again and highly recommend them. Price wasn't the cheapest quoted of all the companies, but I'd rather pay more for a company that goes the extra mile. thank you again.

We used CJS 33 years ago when we last moved house and decided to go with them again and they were just as amazing all those years later! Everything was packed with great care including some expensive dining room furniture which was dismantled and reassembled with great care and attention. Their team worked so hard, were courteous and ensured that wach box was individually marked, which made unpacking so much easier. I would recommend them if you want peace of mind at a reasonable price!!

As CJS had been used by family members some years ago, we decided to get a quote for our impending move to North Wales. I have to say, accepting the quote and signing the contract was one of the best moves (pardon the pun) we have ever made.

We paid for the full packing service and it was worth every penny. Everything was efficiently wrapped and packed with great care on the day before the movebytheteam leaving just our beds, sofa's and TV for the night.

The team arrived on the morning of the move to load up the remaining items then it was off to Wales.

The team, Chris & Jamie, arrived at our new house in the late afternoon and were happy to offload everything that same day which meant we had our beds to sleep in again that night.

I cannot praise this company high enough. From start to finish their professionalism shone through and made what we expected to be a stressful couple of days go like a dream.

Paul and his team provided a fantastic service during our recent home move. After first getting in touch with them, Paul and Sarah were really helpful accommodating a completion date that changed twice and eventually booked the move in at short notice. Moving over 3 days proved to be a fantastic idea. Packing on Monday, final move out on Tuesday (completion day) and move in on Wednesday meant we could get keys and weren't waiting for money to be transferred between solicitors. The team who packed everything up, moved us and unloaded were great - they did a really thorough job at pace but with great care too. A pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

In the past 8 years we have used CJS on three occasions. The last being just two days ago. Paul is an absolute pleasure to deal with and responds to email requests quickly. The guys and girls that came to carry out the move were very friendly, very careful and considerate and just cracked on with the job at hand.
