I was looking for moving my goods from US to India and searching for some good movers, then online got the information of Universal Relocations. After the Goods were shipped I got weekly updates and also during this pandemic situation they provide the updates and an delay .Though the delivery was a bit late (which is understood because of Covid restrictions) Universal team replied to all the queries and provided updates and last week I got my goods delivered smoothly and hassle-free. Universal Relocations i an amazing company who came forward to help families and organisation during this covid situation in India. Sai the owner is an amazing man with a great heart to help. I have shipped about 100 O2 Concentrators to India through them and they are the best in what they do. I have no complaints and they have done an amazing job with transparent model where you get the update on time and the delivery is on time.

They have an amazing team who works along side of sai to have a very good communication. Huzaina from Universal Relocations has helped us with proper communication and very responsive with any question we ask and with any feedback we give.

The Huzaina represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process complex transactions among a number of parties.

I am proud to say that Universal Relocations did a terrific job in shipping the O2 concentrator to India. Right from the time it was shipped from NJ to India, I received periodic updates from their team and did not face any problems. The Concentrator reached India on time and without any hassles. Universal Relocations provided the best service. I sent an oxygen concentrator from USA to India (Delhi). They charges very minimal amount. They used to keep providing regular updates with the shipment status. In India (Delhi) also, Pickup was very easy. I didn't provide any much addition documents, they took care of Custom part too. I will highly recommend Universal Relocation. Had a great experience with my move during the Covid times. In USA, packers were very professional,

they packed the 4 bedroom house in a day.

The shipment took less than 45 days to reach Mumbai port. Because of the covid Mohammed and Raja helped navigate remote custom clearance and was little difficult because of Covid.

Couple of things i would see them

Improving upon is:

1. The size estimates was wrong, not all things fit in my 20x20, few items needed to be shipped in shared container.

2. The packing on some items was not done properly, few broken pots anf glasses. Some wooden furniture were scratched.

Overall a very well managed team of professionals with good service orientation. To start with, the team arrived on time to pick up our boxes which were then neatly labeled and packed… time lines were mentioned and all charges explained. Had been receiving timely updates until shipment arrived and customs cleared. Finally the shipment arrived with all things intact. Would like to specifically Thank Chennai team @ Hussaina for her customer centric efforts in helping provide updates especially during the lockdown period, which was the only reason for delay in delivery.

I shipped 2 packages from Colorado, USA to Kolkata, India by Universal Relocations in the mid of pandemic. I was really impressed! They are trust worthy, affordable and having an excellent, responsive customer care service. They picked up packages from home via FedEx. After 4 months I received both the packages intact, not even damaging the packaging box. However, they took a bit more time than promised. I think, it is the pandemic that caused this delay. I contacted with customer care and received prompt and convincing response. I Highly recommend them for shipping from USA to India.

It was a very smooth experience with Uni Relo for our move from US to India.

An international move after two decades is always chaotic but Uni Relo team took care of the physical move very well. Constant communication , providing assurances with transparency and good tracking information were plus points of this service. Highly recommend Universal Relocation and will definitely consider them first for future relocation needs.

One suggestion would be to have a secure forum where Uni Relo customers can discuss with other customers on what items to move and suggestions related to change in lifestyle that may be expected.

Unreliable, callous, irresponsible with a no care attitude. Provide good service till they don't get your money and then disappear. I was totally conned. we were treated like a ping pong ball, unable to get a number to file in our grievance. One of their agents even screamed and said " what can we do. You'll get insurance for a reason. Go to the insurance company". They provided wrong information to insurance and in spite of their callous packing, we were unable to receive any reimbursement for our broken furniture, expensive glass ware. The packers in India were totally senseless and weirdly packed plastic containers in double bubble wrap and the glass items were just thrown in the cartons. I strongly recommend that their service not be used from India to USA for sure and do not be fooled by their sweet talk to get your business and money.

Reliable Moving & Relocation Services from USA to India. Overall I had a great experience right from the packing in USA to delivery in India. Our entire container was very well protected, packaged and organized in the container. All of our stuff arrived in their original state. Although the container took a little longer than expected, it was totally reasonable considering the pandemic situation. Most importantly we were kept up to date and informed. I'd definitely recommend their services and use their services again if required.

We recently moved our furniture, clothing, kitchen ware and other household items from US to Chennai. We booked a 20' container. This relocation brought all our 2 decades long cherished items safely to our new abode in India. The entire journey lasted almost 3 months from door-to-door. Universal Relocations helped in transporting my boxes from OH-USA to Hyderabad- India. It took about 110 days to reach final destination. Once the items are picked up, they have started sending me weekly updates, once it was loaded into a container, in about 3 weeks from the date of pickup. Whenever I had any queries like the one about Port Charges in India, they have replied me promptly and my overall experiece with their service is very positive and the items reached in good condition. I would like to thank the team members-Madhusudhan,Shyamala,Huzaina,Shreya,Sandhya and others of Universal Relocations. Once it reached final destination city, Sandhya from their team helped me by sending prompt updates, till the items were delievered. When I was searching for relocation services from the USA to India, my brother-in-law suggested to try Universal as he had bitter experience with a different company. I am very glad that I selected Universal Relocations to cater to my needs of moving boxes from the Los Angeles, USA to Hyderabad, India. I had great experience in working with Palani during the port clearance process at ICD, and Sandhya during the delivery scheduling and destination handling. All my packaged boxes were handled with care, and everything was intact.

Recently I used the packing & moving services offered by this company from Chicago to Arizona (7/22). Based on my experience with other movers/vendors, this time, I thought of going with a branded company like Universal relocation to have a smooth and hassle-free experience. I took packing & moving services from Universal and purchased additional insurance through this vendor to cover any damages. I paid premium price + extra insurance to this vendor, but I got the same horrible experience with this vendor. Universal relocation services/promises are no different than a local agent moving service. My household items were delivered late, and there was much damage. Till today, I am struggling to claim my insurance even though I had extra insurance and all evidence for the claim. Horrible expensive packing service. My advice - Go for a local moving company/agent and save a lot of money. Both (local movers and Universal relocation) will deliver the same services, so why pay more? Things look great on the surface but slowly, you see the true face.
