UK EU Removals

I've been meaning to write a review for some time. My move took place at the end of 2018. I was moving my entire home from central London to France. It was difficult to make a decision about a removal company. I had to trust all our belongings with a business and hope that they would take them to another country safely. There are so many horror stories about removal companies - so throughout the entire process of getting quotes, agreeing dates and prices and the removal itself, I felt an underlying anxiety. However, on reflection, I needn't have felt that with this company. I found Maria and Nick to be very professional, polite and responsive. When I called, I was given a quote which went up after the home visit (performed by Nick) but it still seemed reasonable to me given the volume of stuff they were moving. On the moving day, they wrapped items and dismantled some furniture and worked solidly for about four hours to get everything into the van. There was a delay between collection and delivery - and I did feel some anxiety about my goods being locked in a van over a couple of nights. However, everything was fine. They even came back with an item that was mistakenly packed - I thought this was a very thoughtful gesture of them (I wouldn't be surprised if other companies would leave the item in France or charge extra). There were a few minor teething problems but I found a conversation with Maria could resolve that. I felt that they genuinely wanted my business and wanted to do the best job possible. They were polite and kind throughout the entire process. Everything arrived in the condition it left and the packaging they provided was sufficient for my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend UK EU Removals.

We used UK EU Removals to relocate us from a central London flat to a house in Hertfordshire. The team were really professional and friendly, as well as skilled in packing our belongings in a way that meant they all arrived with no damage. We had a delay when we arrived at our new property as the previous owners were not done moving out, and the team were patient. I completely trusted the team with all of our possessions and they really navigated difficult spaces well! Thank you so much to Andrei, Alex and team. We’ve moved from London to Paris back in November last year. I can not thank you enough to the entire crew, very pleased with the service. Had to move heavy oak furniture trough the stairs and an upright piano which was very old and fragile. No damage or scratches, very professional packed everything. Fast response from the office at all times. Before paying all was clear written not no have any miss communication. Overall was the best experience I had with movers in my past 12 years when I’ve moved over 5 times due to the work commitments. I would highly recommend UK EU Removals.

In a nutshell:
1. From their visit onsite for a quote to the actual removal, it has been overall a great job done by Alex and his team (2 other guys) who really cared, were really professional, and made their absolute best. They did a perfect job (including no scratches on furniture or walls). Plus they were friendly and really polite guys.
2. Maria in the office took the time to answer all my questions.
3. The pricing was fair and competitive.
I hope they continue to keep such a high standard, and I warmly recommend them. A very reliable organisation.
The move was from London to Brussels in November 2019. I chose them between 10 quotes.

After collecting many quotes from removals companies, UK and EU removals was the most competitive giving a set price for the job, and friendly when they surveyed our property. On the day they were punctual and despite being suddenly one man down (as his wife went into labour overnight!) the remaining duo spun into action with great attitude until the job was done. A day that we anticipated would be stressful went remarkably smoothly! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

We chose UK EU Removals for 2 jobs, one in London and for moving from London to Munich.
We liked Alex from the beginning as he was punctual, polite and friendly and he and his team remained that way throughout the whole moving process. We very much appreciated the amount of work and effort they put in this job, especially with an international move where they need to load, drive overnight and then unload!
There was an issue with the volume estimation given that we had things to collect from 3 locations but all was solved timely and professionally in the end and we would happily use them again in the future or recommend them to someone else!
