We were moved by this company and I can not
Recommend them enough.
Our move was organised by a very nice gentleman by the name of Joel who carried out the move with his two colleague's in a most expeditious way,nothing was too much trouble.
They worked from 8am till nearly 8pm as it was a large move, and I could not think I coud thank them enoughfor the way they treated our belongings not a single item broke or scratched.

Excellent service. My house hold stuff was removed and transported + placed in the storage house safely and with such expertise that everything got fit in a moderate sized room. They took responsibility of transporting all my stuff in my absence to my new flat 6 months later. This was a great favour of their part as I was unable to get off work that day. The various stuff was carefully handled and placed in the flat and I realised nothing was damaged. I highly recommend this removal team to everyone; in particular to my family and friends as I know they are dependable and very reliable ( something which busy people like us desire ).I shall be moving in another few months and I would only want them to handle and move my house hold stuff. No one can do the work better.

Joel and the team from TVC Removals are absolutely brilliant. They did most of the loading of our house the day before the move, and finished by 9.30am the next morning. They were incredibly careful and diligent, and extremely helpful, it was great to experience such exceptional service for once! They were equally good with the unloading at our new house over 100 miles away from Cardiff. They also went to a lot of trouble to tape down protective sheeting to protect the floors and carpets upstairs and down at both houses, which was a real benefit as it rained steadily throughout the loading of the vans on both days. I would thoroughly recommend TVC Removals for any house move, and we will definitely use them again if/when we move back to Cardiff.

From the first time I enquired Joel was great. He asked me lots of questions and wanted to ensure he got everything right as I was very stressed out. His attention to detail put me at ease.

When they arrived nothing was too much trouble. They were on time and looked after my belongings making sure they were safe.

I moved from yellow storage in Cardiff to Tonyrefail and I was on a really steep hill that was really awkward but you could tell how experienced and professional they were as the team moved everything easily.

We used TVC Removals to take a large house worth of stuff out of storage and bring it to our new address. They were on time, really quick and really professional. They had lots of different bits of kit to make sure that all our belongings stayed in one piece and were very tidy in the new house, making sure that everywhere that they were going had mats down.

I would definitely recommend them as the price we were quoted was on the bottom end of the scale and they offered insurance for your belongings which some companies didn't for the same amount. The three guys were also a good laugh which made the whole experience pretty much stress free.

TVC Removals were extremely friendly and professional. They made our priorities their priorities. No request was too big or too small for them, they handled our belongings and furniture with great care. We've had no breakages (and that includes a glass candle stick and grandparents china!). They went the extra mile to give very helpful advice about our packing as we opted to do it ourselves, and the dishwasher when they plumbed it in. Their communication was excellent in the run up to and during moving day. They gave us the most reasonable quote. Highly recommended!

When deciding on who and what to buy or use I always look at reviews to give me an indication on their performance. Well let me tell you you won’t be let down by this company led by Joel he is extremely polite, knowledgeable and empathetic to your needs. I contacted him regarding a part move and was treated with a first class service from start to finish nothing was to much trouble and items were treated with the upmost respect. We used TVC Removals in April this year to move into our new home, and would certainly recommend as a professional, efficiently reliable and friendly removal company.

We chose TVC as they provided a very informative and thorough initial quotation consultation via a video call, which provided us with confidence they had quoted accurately based on their professional knowledge. The call also instilled confidence in their Covid-safe procedures. The quote provided was also fair against with other quotes we obtained.

Joel was very reassuring and empathic to the stress associated with moving.

On the day the team arrived on time, were efficient and well coordinated, and evidently enjoyed working together as a team. They took care with our belongings, and were sympathetic to our concerns around keeping our cats safe and out of the way.

We were in very good hands throughout, and will definitely recommend to friends and family for their removal needs.

Cannot reccomend this company highly enough. I was impressed with the efficiency of the quotation process conducted by videocall, assessing the size of the vehicle and team needed. Was also impressed to be told how theyd care for my goods and property on removal day.

Removal day itself they turned up on time and lay down covers to protect carpet before setting about wrapping furniture in clingfilm or padded covering.

What took weeks to pack up took them few hours to pack the van and unload at the other destination. They even disassembled an awkward wardrobe for me which I couldn't have done alone.

They totally put me at ease and made the experience stress free.

Joel and his team have done a fantastic job relocating my home across the country. Their communication from start to finish has been responsive and efficient, keeping me up to date at all stages in the process.

Their service has been both professional and friendly, helping to take much of the stress out of moving. They took apart and reassembled some furniture which was a real help. Everything arrived at my new home in good order and they have even offered to take away the packing boxes!

The personal touches and excellent service were much appreciated. I would highly rate and recommend them without hesitation.

TVC Removals moved my mother's furniture from Cardiff to Surrey. The quotation was very competitive and response times were quicker than other companies. At all times, Joel and team were helpful, responsive, very pleasant and highly professional. The loading was undertaken quickly and transported very efficiently. Despite the rather long walk to the Apartment entrance, the furniture was unloaded carefully and the customer service was wonderful throughout. I thoroughly recommend this company.
