Trek Removals

Excellent service - when there was confusion between my wife and I over the quote (we ended up doing the packing ourselves) the office promptly sent an amended quote, and the booking, estimate and payment were all dealt with efficiently. The move itself went perfectly - we were a relatively straightforward job as we were only moving from a 2-bed flat and there were no problems with parking etc. Still, all our furniture and boxes were moved with a minimum of fuss and with maximum speed and professionalism. Would not hesitate to recommend Trek to family and friends in future.

We moved from east London to Stroud in Gloucestershire in June 2017 and the guys from Trek made sure everything went without a hitch.

The planning was very professional and the survey and quote was accurate, with no nasty surprises. We had just the right number of boxes delivered (included in the price).

On the day, loading was accomplished in good time and the guys easily solved any problems we encountered, even removing and replacing a door (in 5 mins flat) to get our sofa down the back stairs. They turned up bang on time the next day in Stroud and everything was unloaded and put in the right place in good time. They had all the right equipment for stowing and securing stuff and absolutely nothing was damaged.

I can recommend Trek without hesitation, especially if you have a substantial move planned.

We couldn’t imagine anyone having been better. From start to finish the service we received was superb. The price was competitive, the residents parking situation well handled and they always replied to our queries extremely quickly. The Crew were really excellent over the two days. Polite, hard working and faultless. Nothing was too much for them. There was no moaning, no ‘banter’, and we were really amazed just how fast they worked. Nothing was broken, not a thing, and nothing was lost! Total professionals in every sense of the word.

We found Trek removals online for our move within London.
They were prompt, there was always a sense of direct communication with their team, and their level of service throughout was fantastic.

The guys who came and packed our belongings away were courteous and got on with the job without fuss or bother.

All our belongings were really well packed and nothing got damaged in the removal whatsoever - nothing short of a miracle.

then the following day another team came and delivered, unpacked and reinstalled all our belongings. the whole time they were cheery, smiley, nothing seemed too much for them.
as for the cost of the service, we did a gocompare-type review online, and cross-referenced Trek Removal's quote with a few of other firms. it wasn't the cheapest out there, but I'd say you pay for a quality service, and when it comes to moving, you're paying for piece of mind and the knowledge that someone else is taking a massive weight of your shoulders (literally!).
once we'd unpacked all our items, we simply called the firm and they sent a guy the next day to pick up all the empty boxes etc.
this review is totally genuine - I couldn't recommend these guys enough, they're a class act.

We had 4 men arrived to load the lorry , the day was very wet and they all worked efficiently and with as if 4 men humour to complete task, they dismantled a wardrobe which had stumped me, no fuss, kept the house as clean as possible in wet weather and safeguarded some nuts on a bed that I had left in situ. with sticky tape ( not discovered until end of move).
2 men came to wales again worked well with humour and care. again in wet weather , everything was put where we needed it, they helped in things that were above and beyond their task.
I would use this company again with no hesitation and recommend them to anyone.
