Where to begin? 
First and foremost, I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough.
Chris was the first person to respond to my online enquiries (I sent out 3 enquiries following research online), was very thorough in outlining Superb Moves' pricing which was also very clear, right down to the cost of tape and boxes! Throught the enquiry process, Chris was always very prompt in his responses and the final thing that made me choose them was the video on their website. Such a good idea as very useful to see how they work and the care they take with your belongings.
I can confirm that the care and attention captured in the video was completely replicated for our move. Chris and the team arrived bang on time, were polite and personable, very trustworthy, understood our specific needs (we were moving out of a part furnished flat so some items had to to be left behind) and took great care of our things.
Did I mention they accommodated us moving on a Sunday for a very reasonable extra £10 per hour?
All boxes were labelled fairly clearly and so far, we have not come across any breakages. 
The team worked hard and carried out the move at a good pace, we had no complaint about the amount of time taken to complete the move given the amount of stuff to be moved. Upon arrival at the destination (we moved from London Bridge to Greenwich), all boxes were unloaded promptly and stacked clearly in our new place. As it was an interim place for us, the full unpacking service was not required but I have no doubt that would have been carried out with the same care and attention.
When we next need to move or are asked for a recommendation, we will look no further than Superb Moves and suggest anyone reading this does the same.

I used Superb Moves recently. Their service was absolutely fantastic. The 3 guys were very hardworking and as soon as they arrived they just got on with the packing and loading. They really cared for all my items and made sure that my beds and sofa were wrapped very well before loading. They made my move stress free and as soon as they arrived at my new home they unloaded all my things safely and delivered them to the allocated rooms and reassembled my beds and sofa. I am so happy that I have found Superb Moves and will definitely use them if I move home again. I am also spreading the word to my family and friends if they move anytime in the future. We recently hired Superb Moves for a Full Packing and Un-packing move in London.  They were very competitively priced, and were on-time and very professional for all appointments, from the initial estimatation on through to the moving day(s).  Our move required 2 full days, one for packing our belongings, then another for moving and unpacking.  They were fast,  took great care of our things, and moved smartly and efficiently.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone else moving in the London area.

Chris, Tony and guys were great from start to end.  Chris was very flexible whilst we were negotiating moving dates with vendors.  He called the evening before the move to confirm which was very reassuring.  The team of four men and two Luton vans arrived spot on time and provided us with a prompt, professional and friendly service.  They cleared our house efficiently and arrived at our new house promptly.  Despite being kept waiting by our vendors, Chris and team were patient, helpful and supportive.  They moved our things into the new house very efficently.  Everything was kept clean and nothing was broken or damaged.  I would recommend  Superb Moves to anybody for their move - large or small.  For the service we received the cost was very competitive indeed. .

I booked Chris and his team after Pickfords blew me out due to come complication with my house purchase however these guys should have been picked from the very start.

Excellent presentation, thorough check with items to move which matched a highly competitive quote. Selected the packing service to be included and everything was done as expected.

Moved from a three bedroom house to a three bedroom bungalow so it was a big job!

This is the second time I've used Chris's company to move my two bedroom flat, and this time from London to Birmingham! As stressfull as it can be to move homes I was totally relaxed the day of the move knowing that all will be done in time and perfectly, and this is how it was.   They are really friendly and ready to help in any possible way they can.  That really makes a difference.   They managed to put all my stuff in their van, and everything arrived in perfect conditions. Prices are really competitive and it is worth every single penny! I did recomend them to one of my friend who moved to Scotland and she was very impressed also.
