Strong Move

Our move was not exactly a walk in the park since we sometimes don't even have the time to cook. Of course, we wouldn't want to have to lift everything by ourselves. Strong Move was there to help and the team was prompt, friendly and really efficient. The distance was not that big so they completed the job within a day. It was pouring outside when they came to pick up our stuff and I was a tad worrid about our furniture. Well, you know that the guys are professionals when they come prepared with plastic and packing materials so nothing gets wet or damaged. The delivery was on time and after the final check, everything was there in the same condition as we knew it.

The first impression I had of Strong Move was of a unknown company that claims to provide excellent removals service and no damage to the transported items. Well, everyone promises that but we decided to trust these guys because of their friendly attitude and sweet-talking of their sales rep. We were not let down and all of our furniture were delivered on time, packed tightly in plastic for protection as it was raining outside. It was as fun as unwrapping christmass presents and when everything was out we felt like we've moved with a snap of the fingers - the team was that fast and efficient.

Service cost: £120

We had our home inventory delivered by Strong Move. The job was a rather big one as we had to transport all of our items from Stratford to Mitcham in a day. The movers were rather elated and talked to each other the whole time - I guess that way the time flows swifter. However, when I made a remark on how loosely the dining table was packed, they meekly stopped and wrapped it some more. I'd also like to share that the price of the service was somehow higher than the pocket I've prepared but I was rather glad when everything was over and nothing was broken or misplased.

Collecting everything from all the shelves and closets was a bit depressing and generally, I didn't want to do it. It was promised to take me at least two days so I focused my efforts into finding a moving company. Strong Move's site looked awesome and quite professional so I went in the dark and booked them. Fortunately, they turned out to be nice and friendly and most importantly - delivered a high quality job. They even got caught off hand by the big dining table which would just not fit and swiftly disassembled the bugger and packed it tightly with the rest of the stuff. The delivery was a bit late but anyway, I liked the whole thing.

The movers from Strong Move were actually early for the pick up. In most cases, that would be a good and welcomed thing but I had taken some time off work and I was at the property on time. I had unintentionally made them wait for me and I felt a bit bad about it but what can I do, there was a time for the service and I kept it. The guys eagerly started packing and taking everything out as soon as I let them in. They were organised and even confronted the barking of the neighbour's dog without fear. The furniture and boxes were delivered safely and I'd recommend the company in a heartbeat.

The offered moving services were beyond good and that is my main reason for leaving my positive feedback here. The movers were of great help and their sales rep had obviously filled them in on what to be careful with and how to disassemble some of the heavy furniture. They were friendly and talkative and worked with a bang and the whole block knew we were moving out by the time the last of the boxes were loaded on the van. They had style and definitely lots of experience under the belt and delivered all the stuff untouched. Marc was the guy who booked us and really knew his ways and issues that might occur during a home move.
