AVOID!

Let me down on the Monday of the week I was moving on the Friday!

I have used this company previously for 2 moves with no issues and so wanted to offer them return custom - I confirmed with them 1 month ago my move date via phone with the owner Tony all booked in - the date was free at that time and so was mine. I’ve messaged today 4 days before my move only to be told it’s been double booked and they can only apologise. I’m a single mother with 2 kids, which Tony knows. Where on earth am I meant to find a reliable affordable and doable movers in 4 days. Absolutely disgusting will not use or recommend again!

Helped me moved from student accommodation to an apartment, Tony and his team were very helpful and professional, they did the packing for my messy stuff with cheap price of the packing materials. Only takes not longer than 2 hours to finish everything. Moved my sewing machine and printer safely I didn’t need to worry about anything. Recommend for students and all types of house move with reasonable price. They are the right one if you want hassle-free moving experience. Will definitely use them again.

These guys have have made my day less stressful than the last company that let us down.
Rightmove removals came to my rescue with only one day away from my moving date.
Tony and jordan have been great and went over and beyound.
I had a wardrobe that wouldn't come down the stairs, Tony had the tools on his vehicle to strip down this and saved the day.
Definitely more than a five star service.
I wouldn't have no hesitation in using this business again.

Went through a removals comparison website and my original mover let me down, I went to Rightmove and from the moment they had the job they made sure I knew what was going to happen on moving day, they made the extra effort at no cost to come and assess my fridge freezer (doors needed removing) and all round made me feel comfortable and at ease.
On moving day they turned up early and were extremely friendly, professional and polite which is important when you're a lone small female letting men into your home! They never charged any hidden add ons or went over their original quote and they drove extremely carefully with my furniture all wrapped up in thick cellophane and wrapped with blankets.

I'm so happy with their service I'll use them for all my future moving/courier needs :).

Service cost: £160

Setting: I required a Man with Van transfer for student items (boxes, suitcase, home appliances/items) within Derby (from a storage facility to my new accommodation). This was required on short notice.

Quote: I was provided with an upfront quote following a telephone enquiry. This service currently provides a student discount, which I received. Although the service cost was fair in and of itself, the short notice made the overall value of said cost greater (prior services I'd liaised with charged an additional fee).

Communication: This service provided me with frequent updates regarding the driver's location. Professional and direct.

Service: Arrived on time. Van was appropriately sized. No damage to any of my items during transit. Driver was attentive, professional and accommodating.

Honesty: A special mention has to be made regarding this firm's decency - During the move, two of my smaller items had been retained within the van. I hadn't noticed, yet the firm reached out to me both times, and returned them to me within four working days of the original move.

They came to our rescue after another removal business let us down.
Tony and his team went out of their way to ensure everything was packed and wraped.
Nothing was too much for them.
So pleased we had used this review site to find a company that had caring staff.
Set procedure attention to detail with. Would definitely tell all my friends and family.

Tony was the only person to call me back after leaving messages with 6 different companies to arrange a removal for my parents at quite short notice. He arrived on time, and after I showed him and his assistant, Joe, what needed to be moved, what followed can only be described as a masterful game of Tetris! Everything that needed to go in the van fit perfectly, and this was done efficiently and with care, and with friendly banter thrown in for good measure. Tony and Joe made what could have easily been a stressful day stress free, they carefully maneuvered large couches around awkward corners and were very respectful to my parents. I would highly recommend them.

Rightmove Removals offer a well-organized and Cost-effective service. They provided services I did not expect for what I was being charged. Having to move during lockdown the two-man team were not fazed by the situation regarding the Pandemic, all necessary precautions were taken. They made what would have been a daunting task, relaxing as my washing machine was set up and furniture reassembled in my new home. I recommend the service offered by this company as you will get value for money and professionalism.

We recently used Rightmove Removals to assist us with moving from a flat into our new two bedroom house.

The service we received was impeccable they were faultless in the way they went about packing up our belongings. I was very impressed by the level of hard work care and professionalism shown by both team members.

I would not hesitate to recommend them as a company to anyone requiring removal services in the future as they were fantastic.As this was our first time moving they were patient and guided us through the process with no fuss. Helping us safely install items at our new home also which was greatly appreciated I have nothing but praise for them!

Moving house is something I'd not done on a grand scale for 30+ years, so the prospect of doing this was somewhat daunting. Tony of the Rightmove team was very supportive and reassuring in the initial discussion, and provided a good selection of materials for packing. The wardrobe boxes were particularly helpful for a quick and easy transfer of clothing. On the day the team were uber punctual and their knowledge and experience soon came into play e.g. of moving of a washing machine from a horribly tight space. In the event, the moving day that could have been an overwhelming experience turned into something clearly manageable, smoothed along by team spirit and good humour. Thank you, Rightmove.
