At first we were apprehensive with such a big move and with two young children but The staff at ReloUK made it sound so easy and stress free. We put our faith in ReloUK and thank goodness we did. The sales team gave us all the advise and documentation we needed to customs clear and insure our effects. Lyn insured that we were updated at every stage of the process. The crew professionally packed our home into a 20ft container on our drive way with no issues and made it look easy.

On arrival in Brisbane their agents unloaded into our new home and unpacked and reassembled our children’s beds ready so we could move straight in that day.

I contacted Relo Uk and their agent Victoria talked me through the process. she was very helpful and able to answer all my questions.
Relo UK collected my belongings the same weekend and also did the necessary paperwork in a timely manner,
A few weeks after my move to Australia, my belongings came via courier, in the expected timescale and in perfect condition. I was worried that the fragile guitars (although in a hardcase) would take a beating, however I can confirm they didn't have a scratch on them.
Overall I am very happy with their work and communication.

DO NOT USE THIS CO your piano will not arrive at the destination in the same condition it leaves your Property.
We used Relo and our piano arrived badly damaged down one side, No screws on top of piano that lifts up and is now not in working condition. To top it all they are now trying to get out of paying any insurance as they are saying it isn't their fault! Not the only piece of furniture that has been damaged!

I recently moved with ReloUK from Melbourne back to the UK. I had also used them for my original move to Australia 5 years ago.
Just a few words to thank the team who delivered my furniture. There wasn't a lot but it was important to me and as before everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The guys who packed in Melbourne were also brilliant.
Thanks again and whilst I don't think I will try moving again anytime soon (!!) I will definitely be recommending you.

A few Hong Kong shipping companies are using ReloUK as their UK partner, there have been numerous cases where clients are missing anywhere between 1-8 boxes i.e. all lost by ReloUK, in the past 2 months. A FB page has been created and more and more cases of missing boxes are reported, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. For those who are unable to find their lost shipment, they are things that are either (i) of sentimental value (such as photos, guitar) that no amount of compensation will suffice; or (ii) something they need (that's why they ship it!); or (iii) something that is expensive (amongst the missing items are TV, expensive cookware and massage chair). One of the Hong Kong shipping companies had made a public announcement today that they will terminate the partnership with ReloUK due to their unprofessionalism and completely unacceptable volume of lost shipment. I strongly suggests ReloUK to look into this matter seriously and as a matter of urgency to prevent any other clients losing any of their shipment.

DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS BEFORE YOU MAKE SURE ALL THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. Ordered reoluk for shipping items from US to UK. Before delivery I confirmed with the office that I do not need to reserve parking space, since "only a small van would be comning". The driver came in a large truck and demanded parking space. When I explained his office told me not to, he said "they do not know what they are doing back at the office" and continued to demand parking space in rude and condescending way "How am I supposed to park my truck here? Do you want I give you my keys and you will try to park it?" and so on. Luckily there was an opening. He then delivered all the items into a small room (approx 25 large boxes) and immeditely requested that I sign that nothing is lost or broken. When I pointed out that I cannot check that in 1 minute he again became very angry saying "you are the only person creating troubles for me" and "I never lose anything". I signed the document (which was a mistake) stipulating that the driver did not let me check items presence. Naturally, several expensive items were broken and he lost an extremely expensive one. I then called the office four times in a span of 2 months to ask to look for it. Every time I was assured by the operator (every time a different one) that they will look for it and relouk will get back to me. They never did. Instead every time the new operator had no indication that the item was lost and they should be looking for it. Every new operator gave an excuse, "you spoke to someone else, who since then has moved on" (so four operators have told me that three previous operators, who promised to find the item didn't actually initiate a search and just quit). It is obvious for me, that no attempt was ever made to look for my item and every operator just lied. Bottom line: do not use this company. Unprofessional and irresponsible. If you do end up using them, tell them you will only sign the document that your items have been delivered once you are given several hours to check their presence. PS: a nice touch was that the driver DEMANDED that I write him a good review on the spot (on a piece of paper). Yes it was the same driver, who was rude, blamed me for the lack of his collegues planning of parking and did not let me check the delivery of my items.

I’m pleased to say that all of my items that were shipped from the UK to Canada arrived safely. From the outset I have been very impressed with how the entire shipping process has been handled.

Quotes re cost were very accurate and on the day of collection I was genuinely delighted to see how much care and attention was given to my move.

When the items were collected and held before going on the ship I was given regular updates as to when my items should leave the country.

Once the shipping container arrived in Canada the Canadian shipping company contacted me and remained in regular contact as to what needs to happen re Customs and delivery.

Due to the distance I live from Toronto ( 400km) the shipping company kindly transported my items to Windsor Ontario which is only 20 minutes away. They used their sister company who came with me to Customs for clearance and then delivered the shipping items later that morning. All in all I was very pleased with the whole process. A note for people expecting the whole process to happen quickly they need to expect things could well take3-4-5 months from door to door.
