Amazing removals company that we would 100% recommend. Brilliant process from start to finish - best in Swindon area as they take the stress out of a stressful moving situation. Gavin was brilliant providing a non pressurised quote and was really good dealing with our large dog too! The moving team were outstanding, professional, friendly and courteous and kept checking in throughout to make sure all was well. I would like to thank all the team personally for the great service they all provided. Costing also included a storage unit pick up and delivery.

The move team, Lewis, George and Stuart were phenomenal - I can’t fault their professionalism, friendliness and most importantly, care and respect for our furniture and belonging. They went above and beyond at both ends to make sure we were happy - and insisted they reconstruct the bed etc and had a functional lounge and kitchen before leaving.

The only downer on the whole experience was dealing with the office - very communication had to be initiated by us, as we didn’t get confirmation of payment/bookings etc beyond the initial quote/pencilled in date.
Once prompted we could get that information easily, but it could have put us off what is actually a fantastic service.

The Pro-Porters team have just moved me from Swindon to Stoke and I cannot rate them highly enough from start to finish. Richard in the office was thorough and very helpful when my original house sale fell through, Gavin was efficient and friendly and came back several times as my situation changed! Finally the team today; Paul, Matt and Rich were outstanding; polite, friendly and efficient, they looked after my belongings with the utmost care and nothing was too much trouble. All this combined with some good banter. Definitely a well deserved 5 star company - great work gentlemen!

I can’t praise the pro porters team enough for there hard work in moving us to Cornwall. It was a difficult job to remove our furniture from a cottage which they did with good grace. A single bed refused to be moved so the boys chopped it up and disposed of it for us which was one less thing to worry about. I’d also like to thank Richard and Gavin for their professionalism when dealing with my worries they were very patient. Thank you so much for making our dream come true. Good luck to you all

From start to finish the whole removal team were polite, professional, cheerful and so hardworking. They were amazing and even managed a heavy piano up steep stairs with no complaints! Everything was beautifully packed and arrived undamaged. The approach to our new home was quite narrow and they thoughtfully provided a second smaller van in case the larger van couldn’t make it to the entrance. Thanks, everyone, you made the whole move far less stressful than it might have been!
