Damit mein Umzug überhaupt stattfindet habe ich dann dem vorgezogenen Termin zugestimmt. Da mir ein ganzer Tag zum Packen gefehlt hat hatte ich jedoch einiges an Kartons weniger als vereinbart. Direkt am Umzugstag bei Movinga telefonisch nachgefragt wegen Preisnachlass (wie vorher eigentlich in der Beratung vereinbart): Preisnachlass gibt es nicht, Movinga hätte ja trotzdem alle Arbeit gehabt mit der Organisation usw. Nur einen Mehraufwand hätten sie nachberechnet!? Die Rechnung wurde dann auch auf die volle Summe ausgestellt. Beim Transport ist noch ein kleiner Schaden am Kleiderschrank entstanden, den die beiden Jungs, die den Transport gemacht haben, gerne im Protokoll ausgespart hätten.. Auf meine Reklamation bei Movinga erhalte ich seit 4 Monaten keine Rückmeldung, stattdessen bekomme ich laufend Mahnungen von BillPay, weil ich für diese miese Leistung noch keinen Cent bezahlt habe. Mein Versicherungsfall wird angeblich auch seit 3 Monaten bearbeitet, aber bisher kam keine weitere Rückmeldung dazu. Wenn ich BillPay kontaktiere und erkläre, warum ich nicht bezahle, werde ich für meine Reklamation immer nur an Movinga verwiesen. Nach allem was ich hier lese, bin ich in guter Gesellschaft was meine Erfahrungen mit Movinga betrifft. Bezahlen werde ich weiterhin nichts. Vermutlich landet das ganze also irgendwann vor Gericht. Da ich einen Teil meines Umzugs selbst machen musste hätte ich mir das Geld für Movinga und den Ärger gleich sparen können. Zum Glück habe ich noch nichts bezahlt. Dass ein Unternehmen auf eingehende Mails jedenfalls 4 Monate lang nicht reagiert sagt schon alles über den ach so tollen Kundenservice. Fazit: einmal und garantiert nie wieder Movinga!

Der Dafür zuständige Handwerker brauchte ewig, und weil die Schränke vordergründig okay aussahen und alle Umzugshelfer schon auf dem Sprung waren, habe ich unvorsichtigerweise nicht so genau hingesehen und alles unterschrieben. Beim Versuch, die Schränke einzuräumen, kam uns dann erstmal die Tür entgegen, weil sie nur mit einer einzelnen Schraube befestigt war. Die Kleiderstangen waren offensichtlich beim Transport eingequetscht und massiv verbogen worden, zusätzlich Außen- und Innenwände vertauscht und daher keine sinnvolle Bodenaufhängung mehr möglich.
