Rarely seen such a good move. Contrary to the information given above, the move was carried out in a city within the Rhein-Erft district (near Cologne). Movinga took care of our concerns by telephone in advance, during the moving week we were reminded of the upcoming appointment, formalities were coordinated. The move as such was PERFECT! The three gentlemen were punctual, their way of working was thorough, precise and thoughtful. Contrary to the agreement, even a bulky table was dismantled and reassembled at the destination! No objects were damaged. The price remained as previously agreed (mid three-digit amount), despite apparent additional work. We would take Movinga again and recommend it without reservation!

Pick-up from Hanover was planned between 7 and 9 a.m., the pick-up wasn't until 7 p.m.!

Delivery in Cologne was not made immediately, but only the day after at 4 p.m.

So that's not logistics,

I recommend: people absolutely refrain for such unprofessional ones.
It has no worth of rude drivers and storytellers in customer service.

Never again.

If the employees or drivers of such companies have spent an overnight stay in an empty apartment with no furniture behind them, they may take their job a little more seriously.

Never move again with Movinga.

I have never experienced such a level of cheek and unprofessionalism. The moving van arrived on time, but it was too small a car that was overloaded and stood on the highway for 5 hours because it was stopped by the police. The moving helpers spoke German very badly, and there was more phone calls and smoking than the car was loaded. I finally cleared out the cellar because otherwise the handover of the apartment would not have been possible on time.
At the new place of residence, the furniture was not brought in quickly but was still standing in the rain. My family helped with unloading, which was barely progressing. To do this, we had to let a helper of Arab origin molest us. As the client, I entered my rating on their wiping and was then allowed to listen to insults because I entered an honest, bad rating.
The no-parking zone that has been set up is still not removed, the move was on May 31st and I now have to pay the fine from the public order office because the customer service does not respond to any contact, neither phone nor email, nothing. The absolute cheaters, fingers AWAY!

Everything went like clockwork:
The day before, I received a call from the carrier stating the time window between 7 am and 8 am. On the day of the move again for the information that they will arrive on time.
Three nice men were available and put my belongings in the big Sprinter that drove from Munich to Cologne in no time. My washing machine was also dismantled - I was really grateful for that.
Nothing was damaged and everything went smoothly. My skepticism about the partly negative reviews has evaporated.

We wanted to move on day x between 7 and 9 o'clock the shipping company wanted to come so at half past ten we were worried and called the company because we were told that there was a delay. At around 2:00 p.m. and 5 phone calls later, we were informed that they would not come to our move date. One day later they showed up at half past eight. When the two young men looked at the furniture and boxes, they said it was way too much that they wouldn't take with them, but for an extra 120 euros on hand that wouldn't be a problem. I didn't get involved because almost everything was on the list that we sent to the company Movinga. So I called again and was told that you should take everything with you. We then told two men that movinga agreed and that they could take all things with them. The men wanted to clarify this personally again, so they called again when they were told that no customer had called: / AFTER TWO hours later it was resolved after many phone calls. Then they took everything with them at the pace as if they were sleeping and then asked for a tip, which I wanted to give them, but afterwards. Worst moving company ever, I hope not that all moves are like this .. !!

The move was supposed to take place in one day and dragged on for a whole week. The company always came later than announced. A lot broke while moving through the company. The craftsmen hardly had any tools of their own and, in my opinion, had no manual skills. Since Movinga works with such entrepreneurs, I can only advise against it. The agreed services were not fully provided and you have to be ready at all times, as the agreed times are not kept. The packers were careless and really messed up the hallway with the furniture.

This was my first move that I didn't do on my own. Everything went really well, starting with the acceptance of the order, packing the move, dismantling and assembling the furniture. I was and still am excited. The furniture transport company Klein top. Nice and friendly.
What was a bit sad is the fact that when I asked where my bill was, I received a payment reminder the next day and the bill another day later. The worm was in there somehow. Only by the way. The most important thing, the move, everything went very well. Would hire again at any time.

Briefly to the general data of our move:
420 km within Germany, 3 person household, approx. 150 boxes and a lot of small pieces of furniture that cannot be dismantled, 2 large pieces of furniture for dismantling / assembly. As well as bulky real wood garden furniture, winter tires, bicycles, etc. The boxes were packed by ourselves, no packaging material was provided. Loading 09.00 - 13.00, unloading 08.15 - 23.00 (including furniture dismantling and assembly)
Offer and 1st part of the invoice approx. 2000 EUR, additional payment approx. 2000 EUR

The sales person was very courteous until the contract was signed. What followed after the contract was signed was underground!
We booked 4 months before the planned move date, of course with a preliminary list of our belongings. The statement from customer service was: We'll talk about the exact quantities (boxes, furniture, etc.) 2 weeks before the move. In wise foresight, I tried to contact Movinga myself 2 weeks before the move. My emails were not answered, nor was I called back, or if I did reach someone, I ended up on hold after seconds and then got stuck there for hours. And I mean for hours !! Two days before the planned move, I finally had a very annoyed Movinga employee on the phone who promised me 4 times during the day that she would contact the moving company so that the packing list could be compared again. In the evening (5th attempt), the said employee announced to me that she had not yet received any feedback from the moving company, but she was going to finish work now and would try again tomorrow (probably 36 hours before the move, moving route 420 km, shortly before Christmas it is not so easy to find someone to take over this at short notice). Then I burst my collar. At least then I got the phone number of the moving company. A WhatsApp message and 10 minutes later I had the moving company on the phone. The conversation was sobering. The "favorable" offer price came about because Movinga had only reported about half of our preliminary list to the moving company. The moving company was about as shocked as I was, but reacted really well. He organized another truck and 4 additional employees practically overnight. The move went smoothly. Our things were transported over the 420 km punctually and without damage. Conclusion: The fact that the move worked was in no way due to Movinga, but simply to the Turkish entrepreneur and his moving crew. Nothing was damaged, nothing was stolen. In short, we were absolutely satisfied with the performance of the subcontractor. The back payment for the move was roughly double the original bill. So if you're in the mood for nerve-wracking phone calls and unreliable and sometimes even outrageously bad service during your move, you can book through Movinga. Extra bills and sleepless nights included. If I could rate in the minus range, I would do that.

My parents wanted to move from Düsseldorf to Cologne. Actually, we were against hiring a moving company to carry out our move. Unfortunately, we were forced to, as it would be too much for us as a family. My sister and I would be the only ones who could lend a hand. Closets and larger furniture would have to be moved to the other city, that was a bit too much for us.
We therefore obtained an offer from Movinga, discussed everything, how many boxes we would need, which furniture we would like to have transported and what else is needed. Shortly afterwards we received confirmation from Movinga about the move. The day before the move, we were contacted again whether the data were correct and we were informed once again when the team would be there.

It started punctually the next morning and ended on time. The assembly of the cabinets was also taken over. On the whole, everything went well.

My move went quite well via Movinga.
I moved to my girlfriend in Cologne. To be honest, I didn't want to do the stress and effort to myself. I can still remember my last move and it wasn't really nice.
This time I wanted to leave it to professionals. Well, you pay for it, but you don't have to torment yourself with it.

Work started at the beginning of June. The boys arrived punctually with a van, I would have liked something bigger (truck or something similar). Fortunately, since I didn't take all of my furniture with me, everything still fit into the van.
It took the team a little longer to load, but unloading was quick. Fortunately, there were no cases of damage, and nothing was lost either.
Where I only had to swallow something, was the price at the beginning. But in retrospect it was worth it to me.

From my side there is really nothing to complain about. Movinga did a good job and made my move very easy for me. Movinga has the right contacts to moving companies in every area, which means I quickly found something with me. I was then referred and was able to discuss everything related to the move itself! The boss made a very friendly impression, which was only confirmed in the personal meeting. Apartment was empty in no time, you just can't complain. The new apartment was a little more difficult to access, but the helpers coped with it very well. I would have worked for days on my own. The money was really worth it!

After 20 years of city life (Mainz), my wife and I dared to move to the countryside (or near Cologne). It was clear to both of us that the move should be as inexpensive as possible.

After we had discussed the costs with Movingae, the move was stress-free. The partner company did its job well and presented itself professionally.

There were no hidden costs or anything. Movingae guarantees that too!

Everything was great on the phone. A good deal for the few things and furniture. Unfortunately, what I did not check was the relocation list that I received. (my mistake) which was unfortunately very expensive because in the end I paid 150 € more than with a local moving company who looked at the apartment.
Offer to dismantle / assemble 2 cupboards, 3 dressers, dismantle / assemble 1 bed, 1 desk 5km drive 880 €. A washing machine, dryer and refrigerator should be taken along at the same price. Cost me an additional € 300. Moving company from Hamm wanted € 1050. Wanted to save but paid for it. They are also difficult to reach by phone.
An employee told me that it was standard and that they have such problems every day.

In the end we decided on Movinga because it was the best offer for our move.
We only paid 1200 € for a move from Aachen to Cologne with a relatively large number of furnishings.
The cheapest price compared to other providers.
Communication with Movinga was also very pleasant.
A date was quickly found using the contact form and the service hotline, a relocation list was created and a suitable provider was found.
The move itself went as smoothly as possible.
The company was with us in Aachen-Horbach early in the morning in order to forestall the rush hour traffic at our destination, Cologne. Everything worked out so well, at 9:30 we were at the new apartment in Cologne and had everything successfully cleared and installed by 3:30 p.m.
I cannot say whether Movinga always proves to be so reliable and is the cheapest in comparison. In any case, it was the optimal solution for us.

Three Romanians came to my place, none of whom spoke a word of German, one at least a little English. I was able to help myself, but I find it very unfortunate if this is not discussed in advance, as there are certainly enough clients whose English is not so good.
All in all, the guys did a decent job, there is nothing to complain about.

The settlement bumps into me. As mentioned several times here, the first contact up to the offer was good. I received a call and little by little we went through room by room and made the move list. This was not changed afterwards by Movinga. However, I already loaded a lot into the car and the workers played Tetris pretty well and it just worked out. However, all my registered flowers had to wait, I picked them up on another day. A motorcycle was also registered. Thank goodness it survived the transport. However, because of this point on the relocation list, I was a little confused about the drive. No ramp or similar It was lifted up and down again. I got a little nervous then. I had given the contact at Movinga the data and thus also the weight from the vehicle registration document, but they probably did not pass it on.

The transporter was also a little late. The standard arrival time is always between 7 am and 9 am. The day before I got a call, they would be between 12-13pm. I was a little annoyed at that. Half a day given away. But I had no choice but to accept it that way. They were actually there at 3 p.m. after I made contact with Movinga. Not the other way around, one could have shown understanding for traffic jams, etc.
Here I was also informed that we could talk to us afterwards about a concession / credit note. I tried that now after receiving the invoice. Called first. Then it always means: Send us an email. Even with a simple change of the phone number. Then what is a Callecenter for? .. Anyway mail written, request number received .. 1 week happened .. nothing. I called again. Yes, I would first have to fill out claim form XY, which I then received. Again, Movinga was not active, but ME. You are like that ..
Claim form filled out, result: NIX is there. The 'damage' is not sufficiently proven.

I am sorry for the workers who certainly only have to do a decent job, but I would advise everyone here:
Find a decent, established moving company in your area. And if it costs 3 marks more.
In my opinion, Movinga is just as much an exploitation group as Hermes or Amazon.

ME? NOT AGAIN !!

Service cost: €1220

We booked Movinga for a private move (around 30 cubic meters). In addition to around 50 moving boxes and various pieces of furniture, a piano should also be transported. Since our house is on a hillside, we specified this fact when we were preparing the offer and even documented it with the help of a photo.
On the day of the move, the subcontractor then refused to move the piano; they had no photo and no special description of the target object. In addition, nobody cared about a solution (e.g. transport to an interim storage facility or similar); Movinga only offered us a credit for not transporting the piano.
The removal company also caused two damage to the parquet and shredded a drawer suspension in our wardrobe. On top of that, he cheekily prepared copies for us to sign for the declaration of acceptance, which ignored this damage. Apart from the fact that the 3 "professional" people paused every 5 minutes and the move of about 30 cubic meters took about 12 hours ..

All in all a disaster !!
- Movinga places orders without in-depth consultation with the subcontractors;
- the subcontractors do not feel responsible for anything and point out that one must complain to Movinga
- Probably the subcontractors are (too) poorly paid and possibly also moderately motivated to provide at least a solid performance.

Never again!!

At the end of September 2015 I had to move professionally from Nuremberg to Karlsruhe (about 250km). I chose Movinga for the move. The low price of 519 euros and the good telephone contact, where all important points were discussed, were decisive for me.

The move with Movinga went very smoothly overall. The transporters (2 men) arrived 30 minutes later than announced (it was planned at 7:00 a.m.). However, I was notified by phone that they were stuck in a traffic jam. So that's understandable and can happen.

The furniture was carefully moved and loaded into the van. There were no problems with unloading either. We were already in Karlsruhe in the early afternoon and were able to unload, which was also carried out without any problems.

Overall, I was very satisfied.

My experience with movinga was very positive ..

Shortly afterwards there was a direct phone call, where you could ask for an appointment and all framework conditions were clarified in detail.
I had a slight skepticism when, as a Kalsruher, I quasi booked my move to Berlin, but ultimately that's just a logistical secondary factor, with Movinga it doesn't matter whether you move 2 streets away or to Italy.
To be honest, I've also checked various forums and read both positive and shockingly negative reviews. Ultimately, however, I handled it like on vacation, you know that planes can crash, but when you get on you assume that something like this won't happen to you yourself. So I oriented myself more towards the positive comments and everything worked out fine for me. The direct phone contact with Movinga was super friendly, I also found the hint that you can deduct 20% of the moving price according to §35a EstG - at least I didn't know yet and I'm curious about the tax return!

Fortunately, I had enough time to move and it wasn't extremely far - about 20 km. After the new apartment was completely renovated I wanted to move in as quickly as possible with a priority 1 charge. Local suppliers with an on-site inspection let themselves be put off by the 110 square meters and thus made very high offers even though I only wanted to have the furniture listed on a packing list transported. Movinga then calculated a super cheap package deal for 40 cubic meters for me, which I then hit straight away. In addition, a prompt move date was possible 6 days later - with a local provider I would have had to wait 3 weeks.

The commissioned company then contacted us by phone shortly before the appointment and agreed the timing details. On the day of the move everything went as agreed, 3 highly motivated men cleared everything away and were also super helpful and courteous and then also tackled the last elements to wrap up with blister foil. I myself was at a point where I couldn't see the stuff anymore - whoever wrapped an 8 square meter couch knows what I'm talking about - but the men then also wrapped the oversized mattresses and the slatted frame themselves, so that nothing happens here or gets dirty.

The 3 helpers were super friendly and couldn't be stopped despite torrential rains. If I had made a private move with FB friends like the last time before, my friends list would probably be significantly shorter now.

To cut a long story short: I was really happy about the quick, problem-free processing and super happy that I was able to move into the new apartment 6 days later thanks to such a timely appointment. I would book movinga again and recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

A very short moving distance and manageable removal goods but an enormous price difference to several local providers. We didn't think about it for long and decided on Movinga.
Great communication and planning on the part of Movinga, we had our personal contact who took over the entire organization. Even bringing our move forward by almost a month didn't cause any problems.
Although the moving team had an enormous journey (450km) due to a defective vehicle, they were over-punctual and motivated. They made the move themselves routine and very quick. Respect to the team and Movinga, moving is almost fun.

The first contact was online, and the conversation that followed and the service on the phone was very professional and informative. Even when I wanted to add to the relocation list a few days later, this was not a problem: the relocation team had called the evening before and given the approximate arrival time (time corridor of 1 hour). Everything went according to plan on the day of the move. The moving team consisted of 3 people and was punctual, professional and very friendly. Despite the heavy duty furniture, nothing was damaged. The assembly and dismantling of the furniture was easy. The only negative was that the movers didn't have the current moving list. This was quickly clarified after a phone call. Overall, I am very satisfied and the company is good value for money.

The preparation of the move was preceded by several contacts with changes to the order, which were carried out quickly and in a friendly manner by a Movinga employee.
The move went very well. The moving helpers were there before the agreed date and were therefore able to start on time. The removal goods were stowed safely and professionally in the transport vehicle. There was no damage. The only downer was that a man was missing and thus loading and unloading took a little long. Overall, I am very happy with the move. I can recommend Movinga with a clear conscience.

The process in advance was good and by then I had a very good impression of Movinga. Then came the moving day. At first, the moving company came a little too late, but that was still possible. Two people came, a man and a woman. Called Movinga directly, what is that about! It was only about heavy pieces of furniture that should be transported. The telephone contact was also satisfactory. The move was carried out with the 2 people (man and woman), which surprisingly went very well. Nothing was damaged on the furniture itself. Unfortunately, the move in the elevator of the new residential complex caused damage. The damage was reported directly to Movinga and then the trouble started!
Around 16 months have passed since then and there has still been no regulation! Although Movinga would just have to report the damage to its own insurance company !! Instead, the ostrich technique is used! Incomprehensible! With a moving company on site, it would probably have been settled long ago! Therefore, NEVER book through MOVINGA! Just DISASTER! The way it looks now we have to COMPLAIN!

It all started very well. Unfortunately, there was a cancellation at very short notice. Now the company insists on paying the full 100% of the original invoice, as stated in their terms and conditions. However, this point of the terms and conditions does not stand up to German law. Movinga is not allowed to demand the diesel for the truck for the route between my old and new place of residence, because it never had to be bought due to the cancellation. So these costs did not arise. If you move a long distance, you get a decent amount of money.
The annoying affair has been dragging on for several months and I've experienced a lot with Movinga. So I received automatically generated emails with incorrect content, I was threatened on the phone and now it was claimed that my registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt had never been received. However, this can easily be refuted on the basis of the return receipt. My actual point of criticism, the overcharged travel expenses, is not really dealt with.
In the meantime, I can't help but question the professionalism - that is, technical knowledge and ability - of the company.
