Movinga

As soon as the move request was switched to immobilienscout24, movinga had already contacted us by phone. Within minutes we had a binding promise for a short-term appointment in the run-up to Christmas. The low price compared to offers from other providers made us doubt whether all promises could be kept.

We were very surprised on the day of the move. The moving company worked very carefully, did not damage anything and was very quick in processing the order.

Gladly again with Movinga for the next move.

Movinga was very cooperative on the phone in advance of the planning.
We had set the moving date to the time slot 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and the moving van arrived at 7:10 a.m. At 9.15 a.m., I answered tel. a second moving company with the announcement that they will be on site at 10 a.m. That means our appointment was booked twice. For us, however, this was not a problem. I then confirmed to the second company by SMS that a team was already on site and informed Movinga, so that was it for us.
The move went very smoothly. The two people from Cologne were very careful and careful with the furniture and there was no language problem either - although both were of Arabic origin - as one of the two spoke German very well. I can recommend Movinga because it is very competent at an absolutely affordable price.

These are the two words that come to mind when I move with Movinga. The customer support was a great help and took a lot off my hands. The move itself went as I had imagined. Although I had to communicate with the gentlemen with hands and feet because not all of them could speak good German, that was really no problem. The gentlemen were definitely very careful and orderly. In terms of price, it was cheap compared to other providers. So I was completely satisfied with my move.

After the signing of the contract, nothing was noticed of the efforts to acquire customers before the contract was signed. Emails were not answered or answered too late, sometimes I spent 30 minutes in telephone loops, the previously insured change of appointment was no longer possible, the excess money was not paid back, so that I had no pressure at all with the move and also the arrangements with the "premium" partner were inadequate. The moving partner had not planned to pack moving boxes, had neither packing material nor tools with him. The moving helpers - although tried hard - were not trained in moving furniture. Drawers were not removed, furniture dragged across floors and fragile objects not or inadequately protected. There was damage in the apartment and in the stairwell of the move-out location, a petrol pool and damage to the removal goods. We then organized the move at the move-in location so that further damage to the new building could be prevented. Furniture at the move-in location was either assembled incorrectly, not at all or only with help. The move was an imposition. Although Movinga since December 27th an exact list including photos of the damage is available and a request for repair and compensation by 10.1. was asked, there was still not even a response, let alone an apology.

The Movinga employees are all courteous, friendly and competent without exception. Every employee can help immediately, as there seems to be a well-maintained contact history. You feel very well cared for there. On the day of the move: The moving helpers were already there half an hour earlier and politely asked if they could start. The vehicle was loaded very quickly. The trip to Bremen went according to plan. Unloading and rebuilding the furniture went smoothly too. A move with Movinga is highly recommended!

In my case, Movinga hired an external forwarding agent. The loading should take place at 9:00 a.m., but actually took place at 12:00 p.m. The haulage company did not call in advance or otherwise give notice that it was delayed, nor could the driver be reached. When asked about Movinga, a callback was promised 3 times, but it did not take place.
Slight damage to the furniture but still in the frame for a move. The damage payment promised on and for December 23rd, 2015 has not been made until today, January 7th, 2016, despite multiple contact via email. Nobody can be reached by email or phone. The washing machine should be connected for a surcharge, this was not done with the indication that the connection does not fit. This information was simply wrong. I screwed the connection together a day later.
All in all, the preparation of the offer goes very quickly and at short notice. But after the order is placed, the service decreases massively.

Super fast, reliable and careful!

The guys were hardworking and very friendly. In my opinion, the price was very, very affordable. The transport space calculation was not optimal. But negligible.
Blocking off the loading and unloading zones was also offered! Despite the distance of almost 900 km, the men were on site at 07:30 the next morning! At 9:30 am all furniture and boxes were safely on the 3rd (!!) floor

I would love to do it again.

The support from Movinga and the price range were very good. A nice, friendly contact who was always available for questions. You suggested a wonderful company that did an excellent job.
Even if the dryer has a flaw, something can always happen with such a large move. So that's not bad!
In the end, you accidentally debited the invoice amount twice. That was very annoying because it was just before Christmas and because of a big move and very long distance it was a lot of money. But a booking back and a short telephone contact cleared up the situation.
Gladly again!

Bought a new house and it's about to move. From a 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor to a ground floor bungalow.
After comparing several local moving service providers, I also switched on Movinga. A local provider was a bit cheaper, but the service and support from Movinga was simply better.

My supervisor from Movinga was very motivated and open-minded to fulfill all of my wishes. Moving 3 aquariums and a water bed (with an empty mattress) was no problem at all. I was also offered to provide boxes for the move (but we had enough). My preferred date wasn't a problem at all (it was a Saturday). I also expressed the wish that the moving people should understand at least English in order to clarify things in advance, such as how to deal with the house cats during the move and the caution that has to be taken with some pieces of furniture.

On the day of the move, 3 Latvians without knowledge of German but with very good knowledge of English were on the mat right on time. The 3 gentlemen were very understanding and took good care of cats, aquariums and furniture.
In spite of the caution, everything was raised and transported that was not riveted and nailed down! The entire household was dismantled within just under 3 hours and rebuilt 5 kilometers further in the new house. Despite the Latvians' ignorance of the waterbed and aquarium, everything was transported and set up well.
The Latvians even repaired a massive cupboard, which suffered a minor damage during transport, with tools they brought with them on site.

All in all, everything went very well (and cheap)! I can only recommend it. At least our Latvian crew :).

We were supposed to move from Rotenburg to Weyhe near Bremen, about 46 km away. We promptly received a good offer with the information that we were entitled to a 7.5-ton truck with the specified amount. For the price of 800 euros that seemed like a fair deal - we accepted. By phone we received the information that the move should start at 7 a.m. on the agreed day. In the end, the contract said that the move should start between 7 and 9 a.m. - we could have lived with that. We waited on the morning of the moving day. Shortly before 9 o'clock the first call came from the moving company, with the information that they would be 1 hour late. At 11 am there was still no moving company in sight, after a call to the moving company and another 45 minutes, a CRAFTER (!) With a defective trailer appeared on our yard. At no time was a crafter the subject of the offer. We would have got a van of this size and ROAD-SUITABLE much cheaper and we would not have accepted the offer. I immediately informed Movinga of the problem, with the result that I should write an official complaint. Then my partner had to accompany the moving company and dragged along, otherwise the company would not have finished at all. He had to drive up and down the route 3 times and help. At around 11 p.m. we took the last part out of the vehicle. In response to my letter of complaint that we were at least entitled to the petrol money that my partner had to process, we were answered with incomprehension and with the note that we should follow the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions say that we should have made sure that one person stayed at the old apartment and the other stayed at the new apartment - my partner didn't have to come along. If we had received a 7.5 ton truck as agreed, my partner would not have had to drag it along to finish! We lost 3 hours just because of the journeys, the delay of another 3 hours by your contractual partner was left out! And then we could also have ensured that a person could have stayed on site at each apartment - that's how we thought it was! Dear Movinga team: YOU did not keep your agreements - neither in terms of time nor content and not us! Conclusion of the horror move: Complaint management and complete move implementation FLOP - stay away from MOVINGA!

Dear people willing to move, please do not do this company!
It was a catastrophe! Two men lined up, one spoke and didn't understand German, the other was never seen without a cell phone on his ear. In short: only part of the furniture was transported, the rest (3x Mercedes station wagons). Last but not least, we discovered that our washing machine had been damaged. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this until about 2 weeks later, as we were only able to use it after working on the water pipe. When we asked for a share in the bill for a new machine, we received the answer that we should have reported within the deadline. These people seem to have never moved before.
So, everyone who has come this far, look for another company, even if it costs more.

Good customer service with a list of items to be moved by telephone. Competent moving helpers, but sometimes difficult communication due to little knowledge of German. Smooth loading and unloading. Transportation good. Loading and unloading times very spongy. Some of the box handles have been torn out and boxes with "Caution, glass!" However, so far without any visible damage to the content. Fixed price in the amount acceptable (by far the cheapest of 5 offers), so gladly again.

PS: The move went from Pforzheim to Nordhorn, but was not available ;-).

Overall, I am very satisfied with Movinga's performance, even if the actual move was carried out by a third party company. You can be lucky or unlucky here. Fortunately, the moving company that made my move was very reliable. The main reason why I decided to try Movinga was the significantly lower price compared to other online portals such as real estate scout. The only drawback was the communication with the third-party company and so the actual moving company did not arrive at 8:30 a.m., as agreed with Movinga, but at 7:00 a.m.

Found through Immobilienscout24, I ordered the move from Movinga. Then I saw in rating portals that there are also clearly bad ratings, so I got worried. However, ordered and prepayment .. and appointment!
On the day of the move, a phone call from the moving company (Böhm from Wetzlar) that you are on the move. Punctual arrival, decent and nice people, 1 absolute professional there who had his two helpers under control. They carefully cleared out and he did the puzzles and load securing. I partly lent a hand, so the guys were super relaxed. Although I didn't carry anything heavy - that's why I ordered them. Placing was also extremely quick.
I'm very relieved that it worked out so well.

About the scope:
33m3 from South North Rhine-Westphalia to North Lower Saxony, about 360 km. Furniture dismantled and boxes completely packed in-house. Moving company only carried out, loaded, driven and unloaded again and parked in the new apartment on instructions.

Final price: 1456 euros
no objects broken or stolen, only slight traces of transport on 2 parts, possibly through load securing ..

The professional move from Hanover to Bremen was very stress-free. Although the organization was a bit chaotic beforehand, Movinga saved me the worst. The mediation to a sub-company was quick and I was forwarded directly to a Hanover-based provider who is active in northern Germany. This convinced me that the provider was reputable and familiar with the area. This assumption has been confirmed. The guys were there on time and loaded my things in and unloaded them again later in Bremen. The agreed price was kept and I didn't have to worry about anything.

When I was planning my move, I was looking for moving companies in my area. I also found one, booked a move, actually no problem. However, a week before the move, I got a rejection because I had made a mistake in making an appointment. And there I was ...
Movinga was the salvation. The request was processed quickly, I had a nice phone call with my contact person and everything was set in motion. The men from the moving company were punctually at my old apartment with the van, the move started early in the morning and was then done in the early evening hours. (Mainly travel time) No damage to the furniture, fast loading and unloading of the van. What else could you wish for?

Since Movinga did a good job, I want to leave a good rating here too. I felt that I was in good hands and advised the whole time. At the first contact, my details for the move were recorded and an offer was made immediately afterwards. You could already see that Movinga has a good structure, as all things were taken into account directly. (Household items, planned times, etc.) This is how it was carried out, of course when moving was in the hands of the company responsible. Movinga also sent competent people over to me there who did a good job. Despite linguistic difficulties, one could communicate well and there were no problems. Since it went so smoothly, there is no point deduction here either. Overall very reassuring for me that everything worked so well after some initial skepticism!

We have already moved several times, but luckily we haven't had such a nightmare before. After getting several offers from local moving companies that couldn't be more different, we decided to try again. If only we had known how fatal this would end .. The relocation advisor initially seemed very competent - of course very friendly - and tried hard. He promised us the best team, a smooth process, blah, blah .. the usual sales pitch. At first we did not allow ourselves to be blinded by this. However, the contractual agreements initially seemed serious and convincing to us. Completion in October - move should take place on December 4th. start. A few weeks beforehand, another Movinga employee called and the final removal list was drawn up. Suddenly the agreed dismantling / assembly work was no longer included in the price and should be added. We responded in writing to this surcharge and also asked for clarification regarding the number of moving boxes, packaging material, etc. NO REPORT! For three weeks we tried again and again in writing and by phone, but got no answer. When we became clearer and indicated that the move should be in two weeks, the whole thing started to move. Another employee took care of our "cause". Now everything should be clarified and the moving partner should be given to us as soon as possible. That happened two days (!) Before the move. When contacting the "partner", it became immediately clear that not all agreements made with Movinga had been discussed with them. Everything had to be clarified again. On the day of the move - as expected almost with horror - a group of a few people met one with TWO transport vehicles (18 cubic capacity each). Two more should be added in the late evening. The removal goods (I meticulously labeled and sorted and arranged them) were put in various boxes. Sometimes bottles, china, glasses etc. were placed in the boxes without transport protection, boxes were not labeled, everything was mixed up. The people were all very polite and tried, but anything but professional and qualified. Since they were not finished as planned on the first day - it was also to be expected that the vehicles would not be sufficient - they stayed in our living room - since there were no sleeping places in the vehicles. The next day we continued packing. We should have been on the way to our new home. After a long back and forth, we had to rent another vehicle, which wasn't enough. The rest of the removal goods had to be picked up 3 days later. In the late evening of the second day of the move, the group set out for Westerstede. On Thursday morning the completely exhausted and meanwhile stinking to heaven (no shower for 4 days !!) dragged themselves through our house with the furniture. Mondays were out of the question that day. Nothing was finished as agreed. We too were exhausted from this horror of the moving house. Two more people were then sent on two more days to assemble the furniture, lamps and curtain rods. I don't want to go into details about assembly at this point. We'll still have to do some things ourselves. Finally, it should be said: the moving partner only received the information two days before the move. He did not want to make such a big move, but was downright begged by Movinga! The fact is: Movinga planned badly, completely lost sight of our move and only looked for a solution as soon as possible due to the fact that they would have had to pay us 200% of the agreed amount in the event of cancellation. Miserable planning, even more miserable customer support! The second half of the agreed invoice amount was collected on the 3rd day of the move (despite written withdrawal of the direct debit authorization) WITHOUT sending an invoice, despite a clear breach of contract by Movinga. Movinga is of course no longer available for us. No feedback on our emails !! We will now have to take legal action. We can only advise everyone to turn to local moving companies, which are definitely not more expensive.

The company was brokered by Movinga-my work was extensive-the Movinga employee exemplary-an answer to every question-offered fixed price corresponded to my expectations-move took place within one place (Treuen a small town in Vogtland) -the client provided everything- The company cleared the house - carried out the transport and brought moving boxes and furniture to the spot within 4 hours - I can only recommend the company from Schleiz, simply Spitze-Movinga and the moving company.

Badly organized company. The moving day was on February 20th, 2016, did not come. Only after several calls did I find out that this company had forgotten the day. Then in the evening at 5 p.m. a van was finally there and that on Saturday, when it would be finished wanted. I then got in touch with the company. But I just got rid of it. Nobody was guilty at once, no apology came from the company, they didn't do anything like that. After half a year they sent me the bill, and after a conversation they excused themselves. I would not recommend the company to others. I have never had such a bad experience with a moving company. Not reliable. Just stay away from it.

I hesitated for a long time with my review, in the hope that someone from Movinga would get in touch with me because of my complaint. Posted on 06/26/16, I still haven't got an answer to this day, despite a phone call. 3-4 and 3 mails. Now to the actual move: The move was planned from 02/16, from Wohlen AG, with Movinga. Planned start 06/13/16:07:00 - end was 06/18/16, around 9:00 p.m. The truck who was supposed to come, had no permit for Switzerland after request and was looking for Wohlen in DE (embarrassing) Then in the late afternoon other colleagues came. I don't want to write about the small damage (too late anyway). Additional work, hotel costs, rent a replacement truck, and food, the customs formalities were done by my wife and I, although Movinga and your contracted professionals should do this with a surcharge, etc. I have not received any replacement until today. Although the price for loading-unloading and transport is IO.1742.00 Euro. This forwarding company, which Movinga has commissioned, did not know anything about papers, customs formalities, compliance with loading weights and the like. If I, as a professional chauffeur with 50 years of experience, would not have this coll pointed out that the vehicles are overloaded when loading (then unloading a part again) these two would have paid much more buses at the CH customs, police, and we would have stood at the customs yard for much longer than 7 hours! pouring rain, I had to rent a replacement vehicle on foot across Konstanz from Sixt, as they were not allowed to do this (for whatever reason) and take a hotel because on June 13th. Customs was already closed. If that's normal, then I've done everything wrong for 50 years in my professional life. Everyone can dress how they want, but the appearance in public for Movinga was shameful for us and Movinga to say the least I still have to say that all papers (customs declaration, removal list, inventory list, order confirmation, number of boxes and other items at Movinga were available. The 2 x drive was clear, if only two or 3 tons want to drive the move, for a 3.5 room. Apartment for 2 people What both of us annoys the most is the fact that none of the customer service staff at Movinga think it is necessary to talk to me, there was no more than an excuse, a rose , actually a shame. Our conclusion, there will certainly be good moving professionals at Movinga, but unfortunately neither of us felt anything about it. My contacts with Movinga from the beginning to the beginning of the move were good, only then did the drama begin. Recommend? if you are lucky, d ann YES! Our price-performance ratio, OK for us. Unfortunately NO.
