Our move with Movinga deserves the top grade: VERY GOOD! The moving car was promptly in front of our house at 7 a.m. After an initial inspection of the removal goods, the three furniture transporters immediately got to work. They worked with great care and care and you could tell that they understood their craft. Despite a lot of very heavy furniture (oak), they were in a good mood and were always friendly. After the relocation goods were loaded without problems, the destination address was compared again. The moving team completed the travel time to our new home in "best time". Unloading went just as smoothly as loading. A particular challenge awaited them with our side-by-side refrigerator combination. This had to be carried to the first floor via a very narrow staircase. When the fridge was in front of the stairs, our hopes faded to zero that it would ever be in our new kitchen. Our moving team was not put off by this. After various approaches, the first six steps of the cantilevered staircase were dismantled and this logistical foreman management was carried out with great effort. Finally, we can only say a big THANK YOU and unreservedly recommend Movinga. Price / performance - TOP.

The move itself worked very well. The two moving helpers were on time and also fast
during loading and unloading. The complete move from Berlin to Dresden was already done after 9 hours.

The stress only came after the move. The first phone call came two days after the move, trying to raise the bill.

Experiment 1: I was accused of having the

Experiment 3: The walk was supposedly longer than
specified. I entered the information truthfully and correctly on the Movinga website. Then an employee from Movinga called and is
only went through the list of belongings with me. All other information was not asked again. Even with the second call, where everything was clarified again, nobody asked for directions again. Now I was told on the phone that it is my duty to point this out again. As
I pointed out that it is not my duty to control the Movinga employees, I was threatened.

Among other things, the following statement was made:
The moving van drives back and unloads everything on the street. At this point it was two days ago.

I have to admit that I was very nervous before we moved because I read some reviews of Movinga and their moving companies. Some of them weren't exactly positive. But after all of our furniture and boxes had safely arrived in the new apartment, the initial skepticism turned into pure euphoria. We have moved from Tuttlingen to Freiberg in Saxony, unfortunately you cannot specify exact destinations here. Everything went really smoothly, the moving helpers were in a good mood and did a very good job. There were four of them with 2 small trucks. Our 82 square meter apartment was cleared within 3 hours. The boys then had to drive back to Saxony from southern Baden-Württemberg (and that with Hurricane Friederike) and unload everything in the new apartment the next day. Here, too, they were super fast and all without any damage. The support from Movinga was sufficient and good. So I can only recommend Movinga and especially the moving company.

In my experience, Movinga employees can be relied on. When I moved, it was very important to me that everything went exactly according to plan, which is why I made several phone calls to Movinga to make sure that everything was going according to plan. Of course, I was skeptical at first because you don't always hear good things about moving companies. In retrospect, however, I have to say that, apart from a few small things, I am very satisfied with the implementation. The work of the employees was punctual, fast and meticulous. So I can only say: keep it up!

I have already moved with other moving companies twice before and have never looked back. Until now! The move with Movinga was a disaster! You book a 7.5 ton truck and it comes with a Sprinter plus trailer. None of the 3 men spoke German, they didn't pack furniture, so almost all of them are dirty and some are really badly damaged. As soon as I reported the damage to Movinga, I should notify them in writing by email. No sooner said than done. Then a Wile did nothing. When I asked again, I was sent a form that I was asked to fill out. I found bills and took pictures. But the pictures were too big, made up over 53 MB and could not be sent. So I reduced the pictures to 800x600 pixels and printed them out as PDF and sent the file. The next day the shock: The regulation is rejected because the deadline is exceeded, citing their terms and conditions. I pointed out the contact and email correspondence with customer service, and yet Movinga remained stubborn - they don't want to compensate for the damage! Deadline? According to the German Civil Code (BGB), claims for damages regularly expire after three years. I will not take it up! I am currently having legal resources examined. NEVER AGAIN MOVINGA, that's for sure!

After getting a quote from a couple of moving companies, I stayed with Movinga because their price was the best and I was impressed by the quick response time. The service was sometimes very good, especially the advice and customer service, and sometimes a bit backward, especially when it came to the move. The two moving helpers were relatively slow and didn't speak fluent German. Whereby knowledge of German is not essential for a move.
However, the move went well in the end, even without any knowledge of German, so that I am in my new apartment with my belongings undamaged and a relatively cheap bill.

Booked the wrong moving date and wanted to tell me that everything should take place 3 days later. It's like calling a telephone company, employees are poorly trained and you never have a permanent contact person. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Movinga NOT TO ANYONE! I do not think that Movinga has its own moving company, but rather passes everything on to service providers, here you are lied to! Please do not worry about another company if it is to be resolved properly and competently.

I have booked a move with Movinga. The promised services were not performed in any way. The only thing that was achieved in terms of performance was that my furniture only reached its destination at least once. Other construction and other services were only partially done. Nobody feels responsible for the rest of the work or promises the blue of the sky. Despite the promised feedback, nothing more happened, except that Movinga had the impudence to send me an invoice that I paid long before the move. The work that has been done on what was not done is ridiculous. If you don't want to end up on a construction site, you shouldn't book this company. I will definitely claim damages, because it cannot be that this company can get away with their scams.

I can only agree with the positive reviews on this site. The moving helpers did a great job for me and were really quick and hard-working. Since I've heard horror stories from friends, I actually always wanted to stay away from these companies. But this time it had to be and I haven't regretted it! Movinga looks after you when it comes to the move and actually takes care of all arrangements. All you have to do is specify when what should go where! Very simple thing and it also works.

I am still thrilled! We had to move at very short notice, but everything went smoothly, except that the partner company came a little late, which is due to the traffic in Hamburg. The booking was very uncomplicated and yet very professional. What really impressed me, the partner company had the ambition to bring the late 40min back in and really stepped on the gas.
We also used the additional service for a no-parking zone on the day of the move, which really saved a lot of trouble with the old neighbors.
So if we should move again, which I hope not, we will fall back on Movinga.

Our move should take place on August 12th, 2017. The planning in advance was great, but then the moving company came along. Truck defective and only borrowed one Transporter XL. The driver said right at the beginning that he could only drive twice because he had to return the car. So the rest of the things stayed in the apartment. Only after pushing at the Movinga company, the rest was transported to the destination a day later. Our furniture has suffered a lot and the walls in our newly renovated house were given only flaws. The carrier said when I pointed out the damage to him that nobody pays for it anyway. I found that very inappropriate. We are now checking whether the act was deliberate. We had to point out several times that the men should please be careful with our things. Very unprofessional. The claims settlement did not take place because you only have one week for it. Unfortunately, I don't get an offer from the companies that quickly. So we are left with the damage.

In our case, the price was the decisive factor. Local moving companies were at least 1/3 more expensive compared to Movinga. In retrospect, it would have been better to spend the money.
With Movinga itself, communication was not a problem. On the day of the move itself, a four-man squad arrived - so far, so good. "Everything" was also invited zack-zack. But questions, hints, etc. better not have it. At least our four moving helpers hardly spoke a word of German or English ..
In addition: according to Movinga, you can possibly transport more than expected, but you would then have to pay more. That would have been necessary for us. Only: The subcontractor only "delivered" the number of cubic meters calculated by Movinga. It was just not possible to take more with us, so we had to drive again ourselves. Fortunately, our car is reasonably large. Still no fun with a 400 km move .. In addition: The people packed like private moving helpers. E.g. The bike is now slightly battered ..
Sure: The helpers are poor pigs who certainly didn't have a hard day for a lot of money. They came from HB to FL, from there they brought our stuff to Südniedersachensen and then they had to go home again to HB .. in one day. Not enviable.

Ultimately, a good offer for a tight budget. If you don't have to pay attention to the last penny, think twice though.

We asked Movinga for help with our move. Since we were going to a different city, we didn't want to try ourselves and carry out the move ourselves. Especially because our two offspring were with us ..
Establishing contact with Movinga was quick and easy - (09.08.2017).
The day of the move was two months later on October 19, 2017.
The move should start no later than 10 a.m., unfortunately the helpers were only there 45 minutes later, so the planned time was postponed a little further in the end. The move itself went off without any problems. :-)).

All in all, I can only recommend the company. The contact was friendly and helpful and the process went without any further complications. The customer service was always available to me and also asked on the day of the move whether everything was going to my satisfaction.
Unfortunately, the helpers themselves were late on the day of the move, so that the entire moving process was delayed. In return, however, they were very careful with the removal goods, which made up for the delay.

Although I was skeptical at first, the move went well. A week before the move, I was informed by email that you had to check whether the scope of the order was actually commissioned to this extent, although the order confirmation was actually clear. Since I hadn't heard anything until the day of the move, I wasn't sure if someone was coming. But on the day of the move, a team came punctually in the morning and carried out the move to my complete satisfaction. The price-performance ratio is very good compared to some competitors and I can definitely recommend Movinga.

Friendly support - competent handling

From the first telephone contact to handling the move, everything went well and the furniture arrived undamaged at its destination. The moving helpers in particular were friendly, competent and punctual - perfect!

The moving boxes that were also ordered (in my opinion smaller than the standard moving boxes) were initially insufficient, but more boxes were sent to me immediately and without any complaints.

We moved with Movinga on July 1st, 2016. The guys rang our bell punctually at 7.00 am.
Overall, everything went relatively smoothly. The moving helpers made an experienced impression and worked quickly. After 2 drives (the apartments were only 3.5 km apart) everything was done (damage-free) at around 3:00 p.m.
Strangely, the washing machine and dryer that had been recorded by telephone were not on the general cargo list, which initially led to minor discussions. In the end, everything was taken away without any problems, including the majority of the previously specified moving boxes.
Furthermore, the moving team was missing some useful little things that a moving company should actually have on board, e.g. (Wood) glue for minor repairs, stepladder, sufficient bit selection for cordless screwdrivers. All in all, however, material that you have in your household when you move. Therefore a remedy could be found at short notice.
A total of 4.51 stars (-; with a very good price-performance ratio.
Recommendation guaranteed.

The move went smoothly. The very heavy washing machine wasn't a problem either. Everything had been packed and taken apart beforehand, so it was all about transportation. The telephone contact made two days before the move revealed that the demand was far too high when asked which goods should be transported. We left it with the old offer and our own calculations / experiences. Unfortunately, the communication regarding the suggested route did not work, with the argument that we were using a GPS.
The truck was then stuck in a traffic jam at the Leverkusener Kreuz for over an hour.

Our move should start between 7am and 9am,
but on the day of the move we waited in vain for Movinga's forwarding agent. At 10 o'clock I called Movinga to ask what was going on and got the answer that one would "ask".
An hour later the callback with the information that nobody at the shipping company answers the phone. Period - and that's it, no more information, no call, no apology - nothing. At 1 p.m. we threw in the towel and drove to our new house without our large furniture (which should be transported).

Movinga's only reaction the next day was to send the invoice. Thank you for moving with us..haha. I was able to correct that with a rather angry phone call (hopefully)
Thankfully, I then did without a new move date and thank God I found a regional moving company that moved my furniture at short notice. A bit more expensive, of course, but who knows what Movinga hired for a backyard haulage company. Conclusion: never again!

My daughter experienced a smooth and very professional move. From the very pleasant first conversation with Mr. Jürgensmeier, to the very quick planning and clear processing to the first-class screwing, packing, loading and transporting to the 3rd floor of an old building without a lift at over 30 degrees Celsius, there were no complaints.
The moving staff was very friendly, committed and extremely helpful e.g. when installing the washing machine. All pending work was perfectly managed with an overview and great commitment.
