From the first consultation I had confidence in this company. Of the quotes I received, theirs was in fact the highest, but the questions they asked about specific items of furniture and advice they offered on preparing for the day convinced me that it was worth paying a little extra to have the job done right. Come the day of the move, the team was organised and efficient with a great work ethic and it was obvious they wanted to take good care of all items. We don't plan on moving again soon, but if we do we will definitely use them again, and if anyone we know is planning to move we will be sure to recommend Moving Home Made Easy.

We hired Moving Home Made Easy to help us move and we are so glad that we did. David came out to the house to review how much stuff we had to move and to talk us through the process. When we contacted other companies, no other company offered to send someone out to do this. A few days before the move, David came out again to see how we were getting on and answered questions that we had.

The day of the move was stress free thanks to the fantastic movers who worked quickly and efficiently to empty our house. They had the entire van packed in less time than what was estimated and took care when packing our stuff. The movers were already at the house when we got the keys, and the guys were fantastic putting furniture/boxes where we wanted them. They were all incredibly friendly, polite and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.

All in all, choosing Moving Home Made Easy helped make what can be a stressful day, so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others and if we were to move again, we would certainly be using them again. Thank you for everything you done!

From the visit to assess our needs to the variety of quotes and options to meet different budgets to the conduct of the team on the day of the move everything was done with enthusiasm and care. Our first buyer pulled out of the sale with three days to moving date , our second move date was also re-scheduled twice with little notice. At every step we were re-assured by the team and eventually we moved on the fourth date.

Throughout this stressful experience they were the only people who understood our position and worked with us to find solutions without adding to our stress.

On move day the team were very professional and explained the process in full. We were moving from two floors up to three floors up and the guys did not falter or complain once.

As a few other people have said the quotation includes all the costs with nothing hidden or added to base price like some other companies offer.
