Dai and his team recently moved us into our new home.

Dai was very clear and helpful throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. The team moved a lot of items for us, some of which were sentimental. They did this with care and consideration. They were also able to remove our new living room window, to accommodate our sofa. It was impressive to see such a hard working and friendly team, showing such care for our belongings, during a long day of work. Huge shout out to Callum and Josh - the most polite and considerate young men we've met - an asset to the team. Thank you!!

Dai and the boys moved our offices from Swansea to Port Talbot last weekend. Our business is paper-based so we had over 7 tonnes of boxes of books alone apart from shelving units, desks, furniture and really heavy map chests. At no point did the boys moan or groan, and laughed the whole time as they carried hundreds of boxes downstairs then back upstairs. They were totally professional, super-pleasant, and made us feel as if we were special customers and nothing was too much trouble. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and treated us as friends. I would highly recommend them, and would also recommend not wasting your time looking for quotes for removers, just use Dai and the team as they are the cheapest AND the best! Thanks again boys. What a brilliant removal team Dai and his crew are! Totally superb from start to finish - can't recommend them enough. 5+ star service - from smiling through the heavy lifting, coping brilliantly with our chaotic packing up, the tricky bed and coming back at the weekend to ensure the trampoline did get moved after all - Dai and his team went above and beyond to ensure our move went smoothly. They really cared about our belongings took pains to ask where everything needed to be put in the new place and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much Dai and co - you were all ace!

I had to do two moves in quick succession, into storage and then out again a few weeks later to a new property. Both times the whole process was smooth and stress-free and Dai was able to fit me in on my preferred dates both times. Jamie and the guys doing the moving were friendly and helpful. They loaded everything up swiftly and then managed to pack it into a single storage unit thus saving me money. Everything was moved out again into the new house promptly and accurately, the washing machine connected up and furniture carefully manoeuvred round obstacles and into any awkward locations.

Overall, an excellent job and I will definitely use them again next time I need to move. A friendly, flexible and reliable locally-based company.

From the initial contact with Dai to the move completed by Jamie it was faultless. Initially we thought we could move the stuff ourselves and Dai was not pushy with the sale but said to contact him if we changed our mind. A couple of months later we changed our mind and from initial contact to moving date was within a week. The service was much cheaper than any local courier either in Bournemouth or Pembrokeshire but the service was brilliant and worth every penny.

Jamie arrived at 11am and within an hour everything was loaded from the 3 bedroom bungalow onto the lorry. A great deal of care was taken with every item and everything strapped down safely which was a priority to Jamie. None of the items were damaged in the move which is a credit to them as a lot of the items were old and fragile.

When he arrived in Pembrokeshire he unloaded the items into their new locations within the house. Nothing was too much trouble and Jamie went above and beyond what we would expect from experiences with other couriers in the past.

Jamie was incredibly friendly and his customer service skills were excellent. It was a stress free removal which is great when trying to sell a property.

Two days later Dai even rang us up to check that the move went well and if there was anything further he could help with. This is amazing customer service and I recommend Dai and his team to anyone whether its a big move or small.

Found Logan Removals through this site of good reviews. Needed three bed house removals 14 miles away to new home. Dai and his men turned up day before to empty shed and garden items as arranged. Used three vans in total so house contents went into two vans. Dai and his men were punctual, friendly and happy to be doing their jobs. They all put my mind at rest and took the stress out of a very busy day. Not one item was damaged or lost, not even a box was squashed! They took all items to relevant rooms for me, they even dismantled and reassembled my double bed! Very reasonable cost for three vans and four men. They were professional to the very last minute of the job. I cannot recommend this company highly enough…trustworthy and reliable is an understatement. Thank you Dai, Adam, Jamie and Robert! ?

Dai was fantastic through the whole process. Had numerous conversations prior to move date. A very stressful situation was made stress free but their professionalism and knowledge of moving process. His expertise around leaving time after exchange before completion to prepare properly and discussions around sofa removal to ensure know damage and could safely remove from old property was invaluable. Extremely competitive pricing. I recommend and would certainly use again - 5 stars!

They were incredible, they moved us from wales to the middle of England! Everything was manage by them! They were so kind to my family and supported is with the whole move! They provided page and safe containers for our items so nothing would break and then placed all items into correct rooms into the places we needed them so the rooms were laid out for us automatically! Anything they dismantled they support putting back together!

I couldn’t be more grateful to them, or recommend them enough! I would 100% use them in the future! They were incredible and amazingly priced! Thank you for helping us move and supporting us in the next chapter of our lives!

First: the quote. I had several open ended quotes, depending on how many trips were needed. Dai quoted me £450 for two men for the day, regardless of trips. Dai called to inspect the job and impressed me. He was also the best quote by far.

On the day, Dai and Callum turned up on time with a clean, well equipped van. They were both so helpful and kind. They were careful with my belongings, and worked incredibly hard. They had to dismantle furniture, and reassemble it and they did this with skill. Not one item was marked in any way, and one bed was reassembled better than it had been in the first place! I had a lot of stuff, and all of it was transferred neatly and carefully and very efficiently.

Dai and Callum are really lovely, caring people who take great pride in their work. They are the best removal firm I have ever had. I am disabled, and I had so much help and consideration from them. They actually made moving house enjoyable!

If you are moving home, I can recommend Logan's Removals without hesitation. You will not find a better firm.

Dai and Callum moved me from a flat to a house within Swansea with only 2 days notice. Emptying the flat they worked super hard as everything had to go down two or three flights of stairs. They dismantled a recliner sofa, a king size bed, and a large wardrobe, and rebuilt them better than they were to start with. They happily put everything where I needed in the new home, working 3 hours overtime to get it done. I can't fault the service they provided. The were on time, polite, worked hard, and were extremely careful with everthing.
