Ilya organised our move from Palermo to Brussels in a very efficient and professional manner. He gave the best price, as he already had one of his removal vehicles delivering to Palermo. The crew packed our fragile items, carefully loaded the van and 2 days later our parents opened the door for the crew to offload our furniture and boxes to the house.

Following a research made online, I subsequently received estimates from some removal companies. My choice (to send several cubic meters of plastic boxes with various sizes) was finally confirmed with Legend Removals: the price established was on the basis of the information provided to them.

The first contact with the salesman assigned to me was brilliant: it took place during the Christmas period, which I know is more intense than usual for companies working in this field. I sent him some pictures and a video survey. I noticed from this first step, I was then supported by this sales person very professionally throughout the whole procedure. I received precise and detailed answers about methods and costs options for the service that I was looking for.

Step by step, even other departments, from administration to logistics, all amazed me with the efficiency shown to me.

It is very easy to use their online payment method, and then there is excellent company / customer communication regarding the support for filling out some necessary documents to attach.

The management of delivery times is also excellent (which they have perfectly respected, as agreed on my signed paperwork); this is thanks to those who have always taken care to monitor my order, always providing me with precise indications.

In addition, those who loaded in London and others that unloaded in North Italy my voluminous shipment in the means of transport were very careful, precise and very kind. I immediately noticed the foresight of how everything was handled! They complied with all the safety and security standards for them, and above all by acting with the utmost care and attention (considering the narrow space of practicability of the house in which I lived) in not doing any damage. At the end, all the boxes were delivered to me in perfect condition.

Last but not least: the price paid was absolutely –in comparison with all the other estimates- the most convenient, and "without any final surprising" additional cost: sales workers of this company are precise and correct from the beginning to the end.

The amazing experience offered to me, and which I sincerely immediately recommend to anyone who wants to move their stuff, is considered by me to be a *******7 Stars!*******

Move size: 1 Bedroom Flat Service cost: £1050

Just moved from the UK to Switzerland. OM pick up of goods from the UK the team came with no packing material and said packing isn't included. After almost 6 hours they then agreed it was a mistake and packing was included, lost awhile day but Pol/Paul the mover did a fantastic job

Goods were to be delivered yesterday 26 March into Zurich, despite the agent Nick not confirming the day prior as requested the team drove to Switzerland. The border Co trolley took more than 5 hours (not their fault) so goods could not be delivered as planned yesterday as after 6pm, poor Alex the driver/agent had to stay somewhere overnight. Goods arrived 8am the next day (today) which is fine. But poor Alex said we don't unpack or take away the boxes and packing material (not his fault)

The reason I booked the service of Legend was for door to door service, packing and unpacking

The agent I'd been dealing with, Nick L. soon speaking to him (now two incidents..out and in...said Read your F...ing contract, so I helped Alex with the boxes and I unpacked

E ery piece of communication with Legend, all emails expressly mentioned packing and unpacking and even having some boxes in advance and removal of packaging on delivery, Nick was nothing but unprepared, amateur and unprofessional, even asking me for documents a day before delivery which they already had. Thank goodness for his professional colleague Fidan and both agents Paul and Alex

Found Legends online & contacted Ilya who visited & was very helpful. quoted less than half of what we had been quoted by others so was a little cautious at first but he seemed to really know what he was talking about. He suggested to work around our access issues (big communal area in front of house) by using 2 small / medium vehicles which could get access from the rear of our property.
agreed could get all done in one day where others had said 2.
The 2 vehicles arrived promptly on the day of moving with 3 guys, all very professional & hard working, very quick & with no messing about.
decided that a fourth person would be needed at the other end to keep to schedule so Ilya brought another person to join them at no extra charge.
at the other end they unloaded as quickly & efficiently as they loaded, placing furniture in the rooms where required & were done in no time.
no breakages or damages at all. they were excellent.

cant recommend them enough.
