I couldn't recommend kingdom removals enough, no words can give enough credit to the service I received, but ill definitely try. From start to finish they were absolutely incredible. This was my first time ever needing or using a company for removal, storage and delivery. I had absolutely no idea about anything and truthfully I wasn't very helpful with giving them any information about what i needed. The patience and understanding i received was unbelievable. Everything was explained to me perfectly, it didn't matter how many times I asked the same question each time I was answered with the same care and patience as the first time. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally. I was contacted on the morning of the removal and let know the men where on route and the time they had given was the time they would arrivein the granton area. I wasn't kept waiting around not knowing. 3 men turned up they came in and Got the job done quickly and professionally. They're was alot more things to be removed than i had first thought and they had expected, I think with my stress and anxiety levels I maybe made things a little more difficult for them. However not once did they complain I was reassured and met with nothing other than kindness, care, patience and understanding the whole way. They took everything that needed to be taken including the extra things, what made a difference for me regarding my situation was the men who turned up to do the job where all happy and smiling and genuinely loved they're job, they worked as a proper team and they brought alot of light into a difficult situation. When the things arrived at the storage unit. I was kept upto date and sent a picture of the belongings in the unit.

When it came to arranging the stuff to be taken out of the unit and delivered somewhere else. It was a bit of a difficult situation however again I was met with nothing other than patience, care and understanding. Unfortunately the first delivery date fell through due to issues on my side the night before the delivery was due to happen. Again It was handled professionally with patience and care and another day was rescheduled efficiently.

My personal situation was filled with alot of emotions, stress and anxiety And having a company handle things with such care patience and compassion with massive understanding really helped in ways I cant explain. They went above and beyond to remove as much stress as they possibly could from me. I was treated as a human being and not just a burden who was needing a job done. In my personal opinion I find that a very rare quality that alot of company's removals or not could really learn from these guys!!

You can tell these guys don't just care about a wage they genuinely care for what they are doing, the people they are helping and eachother. And I personally feel that makes all the difference, the laughs they provide along the way definitely helps aswel. Thank you so much for absolutely everything!

I cannot praise Kingdom Removals highly enough. From the outset , from prompt quote to follow up and then to actual removal day, the whole experience was first rate. Even although we added quite a bit more to the load quoted for ,Craig was able to accommodate that with adding a second and bigger van but in the end only charging for the space used in it. From the outset, having had other companies quote, I was reassured by the realistic and helpful advice given and also by the swift attention to our changes as move day approached.The team who moved us were fantastic, taking time and care with all our things and not one item was broken or scratched. They worked as a happy team too.

The company is growing apparently and Craig is building a great team , all with attention to customer care , taking one stress away at a very hectic time in life. Thank you.

Amazing, leave it to the professionals they say and wow Adam and Richard were certainly that. The morning was so stress free as the guys just handled everything at either end of the house move. Text sent first thing to say estimated arrival, then text 15 min before arrival. We didn’t get into our new property until 2.30pm and it was not a hassle, no worries was the reply, we are here ready for when you do. Just helped relax our day. Couldn’t even make the guys a proper coffee as packed the sugar…sorry guys.

Craig was great when I first got in-touch, we did a video call around the house, within a day Laura had sent an email with quotation. Quote was a little more than others we had, but due to reviews we read, and Craig’s response to everything I asked and how he made us feel at ease I knew this was who to book. Very Professional

Wow, I have been thrilled with the two times I’ve used Kingdom.

From initial contact through to completion, it all worked fantastically well.

I had a WhatsApp video walk around with Craig in order for him to price up the job. I found this much more reliable than filling in an online form, and it gave me peace of mind.

The first job I used them for was packing up books and some furniture to send down (400 miles) to my elderly parents. Everything went smoothly and they handed over all the stuff to two separate addresses.

My second move with them was much larger and again they didn’t disappoint. Kitchen was packed up the day before, and the next day they arrived promptly at 8:30. There was a big team on it and they just swung into action. They are tough and strong, tackling some reasonably heavy sofas up and down flights of stairs. The guys worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble.

They also disassembled three beds, including a complicated four-poster and then reassembled at the new house.

Dealing with the office was also first rate. Laura sends detailed and easy to understand documents and is always on point.

Kingdom Removals really are absolutely super, and I’ve been so pleased with both experiences.

We’ve booked them again for a short trip from Edinburgh to The Borders, and I have no doubt everything will go swimmingly this time too.

If you decide to give them a go, you will not be disappointed.

Another great experience. This time the boys were taking a few large and heavy bits of furniture down to the Borders for me. They arrived on time (a courtesy phone call 45 mins out) and did a quick walk around to check the pieces that were moving. They handled two heavy sofas and an extremely hefty walnut sideboard with ease, being very careful to avoid my wall lights with the sofas. Everything was packed up within half an hour and off they went. A good trip down to the Borders and another courtesy phone call before arrival. Reports from there were excellent and our friends were delighted with Ally and Adam’s care and attention.

This is the third time we’ve used Kingdom and the communications really are superb as well has having neat, courteous and professional staff. Nothing is a problem for them and we’d use them again even for small jobs. Thanks again to all.

We honestly can't thank Kingdom Removals enough. After being completely let down by a well-known company in the middle of moving day, we were left in total panic mode trying to figure out what to do. We called Kingdom Removals, and from the very first conversation, Craig was absolutely brilliant — he was at our house in under 10 minutes (!), gave us a quote on the spot, and within no time had two vans and a cracking team ready to help us move.

Despite the long distance between our old and new home (over an hour and a half drive each way), nothing was too much trouble for them. The team were incredibly professional, worked so hard, and honestly didn’t stop the entire day. They moved quickly, efficiently, and somehow made what started as a nightmare of a day feel completely manageable.

They genuinely saved the day and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, hardworking, and professional removals company.

I phoned Kingdome removals for emergency help with moving, Craig was super lovely and helpful while on the phone and the guys that came were an absolute god send. I can't thank the guys enough for everything they've done for me and my family. Incredibly friendly, supportive and sympathetic to my situation. They remained in communication the whole time. During such a stressful time the guys really made the whole thing alot less stressful. I highly recommend this company.

Craig and his team moved two large wardrobes from a farm house in Perth to my flat in Edinburgh. Although it turned into a bit more of a tricky job as they had to dismantle the wardrobes, the team took it in their stride and did this so well. They were friendly and hard working and Craig even reassembled the two wardrobes once in Edinburgh - he did such a good job!

They are also very communicative which made the process even easier.

I'd definitely use them again and recommend their services.

Craig, Paul and the team moved us up to Edinburgh and that was such a good experience that we've just used Kingdom Removals again.

They really helped us out of a tight spot after a flat fell through suddenly, they were able to move us within a couple of hours and were as ever an absolute joy to work with.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and they're always positive, careful with our contents (so many boxes) and great with communication.

These guys saved my life !! When calling round for a removal company I ended up going with the bigger company thinking that was the better option.. how wrong was I !! I was let down on moving day by ‘Anyvan’ an hour after they were due to be with me .. so I called Kingdom removals and these guys were an absolute dream !! They got to me within an hour of my call and 15 minutes later my 3 bed house was loaded onto the truck by the most amazing team of friendly reassuring guys I’ve ever met ! They effortlessly packed up our 4 bedroom home & transported it up into storage, locally in Edinburgh. My friend and I decided to move into a flat on the other side of Edinburgh. She’s been stuck in Canada with the Covid travel restrictions, and so I had to arrange the move for us both. Craig and his men packed up all her stuff from her flat and put it into a safe storage facility while I looked for a flat. Craig and his team then helped me pack, and brought over both our things from two different flats into our new flat. Courteous, timely, and professional. Will use them again!

Craig and his men were absolutely wonderful. Craig communicated very well with me and was able to price the move within my budget as a student. Even when my circumstances changed, Craig was able to accommodate my needs. The movers were also friendly and helpful. They came on time and were efficient. They made sure to call when they arrived so I could prepare. They even carried up all my stuff up 5 flights of stairs even though there was no lift. They didn’t complain and instead made jokes which lightened the mood. Not only that they were super sweet with a can do attitude. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with people so sweet. I’m very thankful for all the help from Craig and everyone at Kingdom Removals. Thank you guys!

Fabulous service from this friendly, reliable, professional, courteous, trustworthy, patient and conscientious company. Craig and his team are some of the nicest people I have met. I big thank you to Craig for holding my removal slot in indefinitely and for turning down much bigger more profitable jobs. He could easily have said "not prepared to hold any longer" but he did not and stuck by my. Always answers phone or calls back same day. I highly recommend.

We were moving from a smaller cottage to a bigger bungalow and we found that we didn’t have any space to pack. We had Kingdom Removals do a partial move of all our bulky items to buy us some breathing room. Craig and the lads took all the worry out of the process, they had tons of banter but were also total grafters, we let them know what to move and didn’t have to lift a finger after that.

When they were moving our double reclining electric sofa they realised it wouldn’t fit through our new living room door and they had the expertise to know where it could be broken down and they reassembled it and tested it for us too. Honestly couldn’t ask for better service and the fact that they’re so busy says it all really. Highly, highly recommend them.

Kingdom Removals are an incredible company. We had a difficult move, during a pandemic, a couple of weeks from the end of the stamp duty holiday, and no exchange date. We were moving from London to Edinburgh and every major long-haul company had either dropped or couldn't take our booking. We contacted Kingdom in a bit of a panic and from minute one Craig assured us he would move heaven and earth to make our move work. Daily we had phone calls with updates on their plans, I never once had to phone them.

Even with only two weeks notice Kingdom somehow managed to arrange a multi-van pick-up, overnight storage and delivery. The removal team were amazing, extremely hard-working, focussed, utterly professional and super friendly.

I've never known such dedication to customer service. Every part of our house house move was stressful, but the one part that wasn't was the removal, as Craig and his team made it clear that they took total responsibility and ownership of the removal, and no matter what happened, they would make it work. Even on the day of delivery to our new home, when there was a hiccup with the money transfer Craig was on the phone making back up plans and making it clear that it was not a problem, he'd fix whatever problems there might be.

I would without hesitation recommend Kingdom Removals. House moves are stressful, so do yourself a favour and let Kingdom make the removal day the one part that you don't need to worry about.

(Also, they were cheaper than Pickford, Britannia, etc!)

This is the second time I've used Kingdom. I had such a fantastic service the first time they were my automatic choice for my move on 24 October. It should have been a simple job - a 2 bed flat to a 1 bed flat. But, a neighbour had blocked access with her car, then gave the Kingdom team significant verbal abuse at the flat i was moving from. They dealt with this professionally and continued the move. However, it disrupted their day and they moved crews around to make sure all customers were still moved on time. My door was too narrow for my sofa and it looked like it just wouldn't fit. Craig was very innovative and removed the door and sofa legs. I'm pleased to say I'm writing this from my sofa. I had 2 crews, and they were both quick, organised and there was no damage to my goods or either property. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. They were recommended to me by a repeat customer, and while I have no plans to move again soon - I'll be calling Kingdom if I do. Moving home is stressful enough - let Kingdom relieve some of that by handling your removals. I have absolute trust in them.
