Prompt and professional service

Manny and his team were amazing, they provided us with a really professional service throughout the entire move. The team of movers were dedicated, paid close attention to detail and treated all our furniture properly - I would highly recommend this company if you need a to move home.

Move from Flat to Storage.

2 movers with a Luton van moving from a 2 bed flat to storage facility. I have moved several times in London and sued storage services before. These guys charge by the hour and worker incredibly slowly to pack and wrapped items they were not meant to taking even longer. I move that has never taken more than 4 hours and I was charged 9.5 hours. I had packed most items and only large items were left to pack with only a couple of large items to dismantle. I was also told items would go into containers on site but this was not true. Would not recommend as I find their practices dishonest.

We are sorry that you have come away from this encounter unsatisfied, the last thing we want at Happy2Move is an unhappy customer. We pride ourselves on our high-quality service and transparency in our pricing. We have thousands of happy removal and storage customers, but even one unhappy customer can be cause for concern.

Our storage site and removal vans are two separate services - you received two separate contracts. Storage containers are loaded once the goods reach the storage facility, we have never offered the option of containers being loaded at a client’s removal address (nor is this advertised anywhere on our site), so we’re not sure where you might have gotten this idea.

Packing services were provided at your request. Our staff packed the items you previously requested in your email correspondence. Of course, had you changed your mind about what specifically should be packed on the arrival of our staff, you were well within your rights to amend the packing list at the time. No such amendment was made, so our staff packed exactly what they had been instructed to.

The total time of a removal job is measured from when our staff arrive at the removal address (and begin packing, dismantling or loading) until the last item is unloaded from the van and set in place at the destination address. Yours was quite a sizable removal job; with a large inventory, complicated access as well as added packing services. The journey from your address to our storage facility was around 40mins, then the items had to be unloaded at the other end. We are satisfied that 9.5 hours is a competitive time-frame for completion of this job.

Again, we are very sorry that you’ve come away unhappy, but we must be firm against your accusations of dishonest practices.

Amazingly efficient and on time!! A.

Hired 2 man and van for a 430pm job moving from a 2 bedroom apartment in westminster to a 2 bedroom apartment in mayfair - these guys were on time and efficient, and precisely what I needed. This despite them already having done 3 jobs on the day! Having dealt with numerous other moving firms, this is the best one I've encountered and will be coming back for future business! Highly recommended for moving in London!

House Move.

Manny and his team did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Very professional, efficient, flexible and friendly to work with. Arrived on time and did a great job of moving us from our flat to a new house. Manny was also happy to arrange a second smaller job at very short notice. Thanks again - took a lot of stress out of the experience.

Happy2Move.

The 2 brothers were most helpful and accommodating as the flat and house we were moving from/to were rather small.  They were professional in their approach, and nothing was too much bother.  The cost was comparable to the other quotes for a reasonably small job (we did our own packing), and what I feared would be a very difficult job was made easier by their friendly and helpful attitude.
Items were properly packed into the van, and nothing was damaged despite our own packing.  A job well done, and I would certainly recommend them.

No stress!

Let's face it - moving is stressful!
Well - please can I introduce you to Manny and his team. You can tick this worry off your list when moving!
Not only strong (guess they have to be!), but have a good eye for what is going to fit in the space your stuff is going (this time I had to shift stuff into storage space so was limited. They could have sold me more space and I wouldn't have had a clue!)
They are good guys - genuine and so helpful - Manny is not only friendly, but flexible to the needs of the day!
Book them!

Happy2Move experience was happy!

  The booking process was simple which was great.  An intial phone conversation and e-mail booking request and confirmation. On the day they arrived on the alloted time and worked like trojans but always with a smile. We had two pick ups, and 2 drop offs just to make things uncomplicated, but nothing was too much trouble for the team.  I am so pleased we followed the recommendation, they made it all so easy.  .

Moving.

We used Manny to move the contents of an 100 sq ft storage unit from Horsham to Middlesex and then a month later from the storage unit to our flat. Manny was very good and very helpful and even stayed after he'd finished bringing the stuff into our flat to help us take the door off to fit the sofa in :) We were very grateful to him for his help and I would definitely use him again and recommend him!

Review.

I have used Manny for 3 or 4 moves now and always received a great service for a great price. I have made him carry some very heavy items and he has never complained! Prompt arrival and down-to-earth and friendly service. The service has always been quick and painless - nothing broken! I would highly recommend, and have to many friends who have also used them for their moves. The last move was £40/hour and that was for 2 men and the van.

Great service, great price!

I was very pleased with my experience with this company. They were professional and friendly when I called them for a quote, and I was very impressed by the honest pricing! Most importantly, my items were handled with care, which in my personal experience with previous removal companies, this kind of service has been hard to find.

Very friendly.

I contacted Happy2move because it had very good reviews online and I can confirm that I had a very good experience. First of all, they offered me the best deal out of three companies that I contacted (I requested 2 men service). Secondly, Manny was very friendly and very professional, something that I appreciate very much. My friend used this company as well and she was very happy too. Very recommended. Removal.

Manny was a very polite, calm individual who went out of his way to ensure our move happened smoothly! I am a difficult person to please and I was very happy with him and the service that they provided. Things were wrapped well and care was taken to load the van. Great price and both men worked very hard while on the job. Cost of bubble wrap was 50% cheaper than comparable prices that I had seen on the market so if yo ucan use this man!

Excellent service.

Hi,
I have used Happy 2 Move for a number of jobs over the years since they were reccomended to me by a friend and have been very happy with their services. Whether small jobs or large house moves Manny has always been able to meet promptly and deliver my property in excellent condition.
The rates we are charged are always very reasonable and they are able to provide additional movers for the bigger moves.
I have since reccomended their services to many of my friends in London and all have been most satisfied.

Professional service.

Moving house is a stressful time but we found that this company minimised  our stress. Ours was a move from a packed 3 bedroom house with young children. An impressive and professional service- patient, careful, diligent efficient and honest. Excellent!!

Manny and his team were extremely professional and were very, very competitively priced. The service was excellent  and throughout the entire process he was a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend Happy 2 Move enough! !! They made a stressful day pass without incident and everything went smoothly!! Nothing was too much hassle !! ! Even when we had to do another trip on the van late on a Saturday night everyone was all smiles and very helpful!

Great service and great removals.

Manny and his team helped us move from angel to stoke newington.  They were incredibly helpful and did an excellent job in helping us move houws.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for a man in a van service.  The move cost gbp 70 altogether and it was very quick and effcient.  Manny was very helpful in organising and easy to get into contact with.  An all round excellent service.

Friendly, efficient, excellent.

The guys handled a really rough job (5 flights of stairs - no lift) in a brilliantly professional and light-hearted manner. all of our possessions were treated with a great deal of respect as were we, the price was really good value (£180 for 4.5 hours work) and manny and nick were really good company too! I was properly impressed and would recommend them to anyone unreservedly.

Removal Guys Really Helpful.

I used Happy 2 Move when I moved house and I was really happy with the service I got. Prior to the move my questions were answered very quickly and honestly. Happy 2 Move were very flexible and I ended up only managing to give them one day notice before needing their help and they managed to somehow fit me in. I got a call from the guy prior to his arrival to let me know they were finished with their previous job and asked if I wanted them to come earlier which I did and they moved my 3 bedroom house in no time at all. Well it took 3.5 hours to move everything but that included time stuck in heavy traffic which accounted for at least 1 hour, the time it took to dismantle furniture and putting the furniture in the correct rooms in the new house. We also had to do two trips. Very heavy rain did not speed things up for us either. I hope I never have to move again, ever, but if I do move I would definitely use this company again.

Super friendly and goes the extra mile.

Manny is a legend; so pleasant and friendly and easy to deal with. He was extremely accommodating, even when we caused some trouble for him and he had to shift his schedule around - he went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful! A Highly Recommended Removal Service.

Just over a week ago, Happy2Move assisted me in my relocation from London to Newbury in Berkshire.  The 2 movers arrived a little earlier than planned (which worked out just fine).  They moved my numerous items with speed and professionalism.  I had some furniture in another location enroute to Newbury.  I had to pay extra for this additional service - the charge was reasonable.  A 3.5 tonne Luton van was used. The lads seemed to have superhuman strength as they cheerfully and carefully transported my goods up one flight of stairs to my new flat.  The move took a total of 3.5 hours - from their arrival at the London property to their departure in Newbury.  I was very impressed with the attitude of the movers.  They treated my goods as though they were worth millions!  I would use the services of this company again and would very much recommend them to anyone who desires a totally professional removal service.

Professional Service.

I was extremely happy with the service when we moved house. Manny was excellent to deal with, making sure he understood what was required and offering advice about what would work for us. He said we would need two vans and was absolutely right. The team on the day were professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was packed up and unloaded quickly and with great care. We could not have been happier with how the move went and felt that Happy 2 Move offered excellent value for money. We would happily use Manny and his team again.

Fantastic Removal Service.

Happy2move helped me with 2 moves in London in the space of 6 weeks and I was extremely impressed with the service provided on both occasions. I got a few quotes from different removal companies but chose to go with Hapy2move as the price was very reasonable. They removal men were friendly and professional and took care of my goods ensuring any valuables or fragile pieces were wrapped securely. They took the stress away from my move and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Short Move. Next Day. Perfect!

We were moving less than two miles, from storage into a home. We had a window of opportunity so we called - could we get it done the same day, a Friday? The answer was no, but the next day was possible.

They arrived at 8 am Saturday morning and moved our possessions from a packed garage to our home in three hours. Excellent service, careful handling, prompt and courteous, and a quite reasonable price. We are so grateful and very pleased!

The name is true: Happy2Move!

- We moved half a mile down the road. The 2 movers came right on time (8:00am). They were cheerful, polite and carried out their work with no fuss and complete sincerity. They also disassembled a few big items such as bookshelf, bunk bed and a double-bed. They reassembled the double-bed in the new place (we were disposing the bunk and the bookshelf so left it at the old place). Everything was handled very efficiently and the whole move took around 4.5 hours.

- I would heartily recommend Happy2Move for removal services.

Excellent Service and Price.

Easy and friendly booking process with Manny. Driver arrived exactly on time, very helpful. He helped us carry items throughout, especially carrying all the heaviest items (which was particularly great as my partner has a wrist injury). Household items taken care of with securing ropes and cushioning blankets during transit. Very good value for money given that we moved a lot of items (including several "two person carry" heavy ones) from two different locations in London..all in under 2 hours! Highly recommended.
