From the initial phone call right to delivery of our possessions to the new property, Ian and team were helpful, courteous and extremely professional. I went with Goldstar based on the reviews as well as the fact that Ian took the time to discuss the move with me over the phone. He also visited us in order to give a more detailed quote. Goldstar also provided a storage solution as we were not ready to move to the new property straight away. Goldstar removals were fantastic for our recent house move and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Ian Swan came around initially to price the removal and gave me the confidence that they knew what they were doing from packing through to delivery at our new house. The team arrived the day before we moved and packed our entire flat ready to be moved the following morning. On the day of the move they arrived on time and worked with amazing speed to have the entire van packed before lunchtime. At the other end, the guys were really swift at getting everything into our new house without a single item being damaged in the entire move. They unloaded boxes into each room and even reassembled the beds for us, making sure that my son's cot was first off the van to ensure it woud be ready for him. The after sales care as been equally as good with Ian coming over within an hour of calling him the following week to collect the packing materials for re-use. All in all, a fantastic experience and they made our house move on the day totally hassle and stress free!

Ian and his team at Goldstar Removals were absolutely fantastic. They were courteous, efficient and very professional and friendly and took all the stress out of moving house. We had an entire house load and they visited us before the move to assess the best way forward providing all the necessary boxes and materials and gave us very helpful advice.  On the actual move day Goldstar arrived on time. We hadn't quite finished packing everything so they just helped us which was great. They delivered a perfect service and actually made the process of moving an enjoyable one. They helped assembe furniture at the other end and removed some old carpets without blinking an eye. The service was incredibly good valus for money, I got several quotes at the time and not only were Goldstar by far the most competitive, they took a genuine interset in ensuring that everything went smoothly from start to finish and were very polite and friendly to deal with at all times. We were massively impressed with these guys. I cannot recommend Ian and his team enough. Fantastic all round service. .

My brother recommended Ian at Goldstar Removals Ltd and raved on about the company's professional care. I witnessed this on Saturday 8th December when I moved to north London. From my initial call explaining how many items I needed to move, Ian responded with a good quote, time and dates were set for the move. Ariving on time, Ian explained exactly how my goods would be transported and secured with ropes and padding etc. I could go on but all I will say is next time I move Ian's number is in my phone. From the very first quoting stage Goldstar Removals (www.goldstarremovals.co.ukor tel: 0208 558 5551) excelled themselves.  They were extremely professional and informative unlike other businesses that came to our house.  Their price was extremely competitive and they took away any worries I had about the move itself.  They provided plenty of boxes, bubble wrap and tape and went the extra mile in ensuring we were ready for removal day.  On the day they arrived early and the team were happy and polite, we had a first floor 4 bedroom flat with 3 quite large settees and two large beds and I could not believe how quickly everything came out of the property.  The back of one of our wardrobes came off and they even fixed it for me.  We left the flat early and arrived to our new property, again a first floor flat though with difficult access, to a completely stressfree move in.  I cannot recommend Goldstar Removals with Ian and his team enough - they are a gem, nothing was too much and they were even happy to assist me in working out room layouts and re-moving furniture into place.  After a long day with plenty of cups of teas and lots of carrying heavy furniture and boxes up and down stairs they were all still smiling, so much so that when my brother-in-law moved the week after he did not even bother to get quotations from anyone else, as Goldstar was the only solution to use for his move - he was delighted with them too!!  Their company motto "small enough to care, large enough to cope" is 100% correct - friendly and very professional - better still not a single breakage FANTASTIC!! .
