Flexible Movers

The drivers are pleasant, courteous and helpful but your company's lack of ability to get drivers on time to agreed collection points is an abysmal failure of service. The van was 15 minutes late for the first job. For the second job, despite confirmation by email that the job was 11pm not 11am a driver was dispatched to the wrong postcode and clearly had not checked the address. We discussed this the same day by email and telephone and you assured me that the job would still be ok for collection at 11pm. When I contacted you to ask where the driver was you told me at 23:20 that he would be there shortly. He arrived at the correct location at midnight. I do not consider 40 mins to be shortly. It was clear that you had no booked a driver for this job and he had only allocated when I informed you that he had arrived. And arriving an hour late is unacceptable. It was clear that you were not able to fulfill this job and you should have either not accepted the job. You could even have told me on the day and we would have made other arrangements.

-My move was local- less than a 5 minute drive
-I am 1 person and have belongings for 1 person, although I moved out of a 2 bed flat and into a 1 bed flat the only furniture in the 2nd bedroom was a bed and mattress
-I had already dismantled the furniture which required dismantling
-There were lifts both in the building I was moving out of and in the building I was moving into

I am horrified that it took 9.5 hours for this move to be completed. I expected paying a rate of 55/hour I would have been sent 2 men who were experienced with moves. These 2 were clearly not at all experienced! In addition to this, the glass table top of my dining table is completely chipped from 1 corner. I can understand mistakes happen but at the very least I should have been told about this. Instead, this was actually hidden which is quite dishonest.

I booked Flexible Movers for a Sunday house move (today!). On Friday we rang to see if we could move earlier - Friday afternoon- and they sorted it. 3 lads arrived a couple of hours later - they were polite, friendly and professional. An hour to load and unload as per the quote. The price was competitive and they certainly lived up to their name in terms of flexibilty! The only negative comment I can think of was that they trailed a fair bit of mud into the house - but the British weather probably has something to do with that. Overall a great service - would definitely use again. .

Move from London to Aberdeen, arranged at short notice (about a week).
The pick up was slightly later than expected (40min) and I would have appreciated they let me know they were late, otherwise they were perfect.
They handled my goods carefully and quickly. The movers were very nice and professional to deal with.
The costing was straightforward without small prints or limitations on the goods that could be carried in  the van, and the overall cost was low.
Very good value for money.

I was a bit worried by the look of the website that seemed a bit amateurish and somewhat lacking in details. For instance there is no mention of the possibility of overnight storage, which I made use of after enquiring.
Don't be put off by the website.

I found this company to move from London to Bradford and I found out that they are a nationwide Movers, so I chose to use them. Three movers came and loaded all my stuff into their truck. They were very professional and polite. In 5 hours they called me that they are in Bradford. I was a bit stress since it was a long distance move but found them reliable and smooth moving provider. I was asked to leave a review, so what I have received from this company is absolutely outstanding and professional service. I would recommend anyone want to move from anywhere in the UK.

I am so pleased to leave this review for this company. I rang them 2 days before my move as it was an urgent move and I was panicking to find a reliable moving company. I found their service reliable and professional. Everything was packed the day before our moving date. Three movers arrived with a big truck and all our items were loaded with extra care. The truck was new and clean and everything was delivered on the same day and unloaded at my new property in Solihull. I can say that I was very pleased with their service and I can recommend them to anyone in need of a professional moving company in London or Birmingham.

It was my second time moving. Last year I used Aussie Man and van and they charged me 3 time more than what Flexible Movers did. I found them nice, friendly and hard working. It was easy to book them. I called the number on their website and booked the job. They were on time and did the whole moving within 6 hours. Packed and unpacked all my stuff as well. They brought a large Luton van and 3 movers. I thought of leaving this comment after receiving this excelent service from Flexible Movers, so no complain from my side.
