  A stressful move made simple
  
  I genuinely could not fault either the lovely lady who organised everything for me initially and kept me so well informed at every stage and put my very frazzled mind at ease to the wonderful 3 man team of super smart efficient and friendly guys who turned up and wrapped and packed all our belongings with such care. My only job was making tea. It was a breath of fresh air in what had been an extremely stressful move due to major work being required at our own home. I am very happy to be using the same company again in 6 months or so when we need to move back again.

  House move
  
  We were moving from Dartford to Suffolk. Bonner's was the most expensive quote we received. However, they were the only company in which we felt confident. Their office was experiencing a problem with their telephones which necessitated emails when a quick telephone conversation would have been more helpful. The guys who did most of the loading, Dale, Graham, and Darrell were excellent. Dale was in control and dealt with all our concerns during what is always a worrying time.

  5 Month WAIT!!!
  
  After extensive research we choose to use Doree Bonner based on the great reviews and some assuring chats with their consultant. However, everything I was sold on has not been delivered. I received a quote from the company during the height of COVID in the UK and was told that in normal circumstances they average 8 weeks but during COVID we should expect a 12 week delivery time from door to door.
  
  The problems began when our flight was cancelled last minute. We called the company as soon as we found out (9 days before the move) but as it did not fall within their 10 day policy, they were unwilling to delay the move without a large fee. So we went forward, resolving that at least we would have our shipment when we arrived in Australia. The move itself was wonderful and the removalists were kind, courteous and did a fantastic job, however, we were promised three movers and only 2 turned up with no explanation. We finally arrived in Australia 9.5 weeks after our things had been collected and were shocked to find out our shipment hadn’t even left the warehouse in the UK!!! There has been no apology, no explanation and no transparency whatsoever. We are now looking at a 5 month wait…

  They arrived on time. were highly professional and very efficient. Everything was extremely well packed, the boxes well labelled and made unpacking easy. The chaps deserve a well earned pack on their backs. They were brilliant. Would definitely use Doree Bonner again. They come highly recommended, They covered the carpets with strips of film and the carpets were spotless when they had finished. well done

  I chose Doree Bonner based on the positive reviews. It definitely wasn't a low quote compared to the others but it was definitely the right choice. Everyone from was fantastic. Responsive and helpful. Movers on the day were punctual, quick and took great care with my items.Everything was properly tracked when packed and with no mess. Most importantly there were absolutely no additional or hidden costs.
  
  Really friendly and professional team. I would absolutely recommend and use again!

  We recently moved house & we were very impressed by the service provided by Doree Bonner. The three moving men were cheerful, courteous & helpful throughout. They packed the house efficiently and had us moved into our new (local) property by 4pm. They called by to collect the empty boxes after a few days. We would highly recommend Doree Bonner - professionalism and care from our first contact with them to completion.

  We used Doree Bonner twice in the process of buying a house which we have refurbished and belongings went into storage to begin with. Both days of moving were efficient and stress free. We were well informed via email and telephone conversations regarding times and the plan on the day. The guys who came to do the move both times were friendly, efficient, professional and respectful of our house and belongings. Would highly recommend and would use again.
- The crew came in, assessed what was needed and proceeded to carry out a fast, careful packing and removal of my goods.

  I recently used Doree Bonner for my move from Bromley to Taunton, Somerset. The crew came in, assessed what was needed and proceeded to carry out a fast, careful packing and removal of my goods. At the other end, they were equally efficient and careful with my belongings and after unpacking have found no breakages. They are a company that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I could find no fault. My only advise to anyone using Doree Bonner is to make sure there is plenty of coffee and sugar to keep the lads going!

  Excellent service. This is the second time we are using the company to ship from UK to Canada. The admin team was efficient and clear in communicating all the options. The packers were polite and helpful through out the process. They completed the packing efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring that each item was well wrapped and boxed for shipping. I would highly recommend this company for anyone moving personal effects from the UK.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Really flexible when exchange and completion dates kept altering, and the Bath team worked hard to find an available vehicle to carry out the move at relatively short notice. All goods packed, loaded and transported efficiently and with good humour all round, whilst getting on with the job. No hesitation in recommending this company.

  The removal day eventually arrived, and honestly could not fault the removal team. Friendly, polite movers who were very careful with all of my furniture.

  Our 7-months ordeal.
  
  Let me start by saying that my partner and I have had a successful Ombudsman claim against Doree Bonner, after they essentially defrauded us.
  
  Brief summary: Doree Bonner drove our possessions to our new address in France, then decided they couldn't deliver and took everything back into storage in the UK, hence breaching the contract we had with them. They then sent us an extortionate bill for a second delivery that we had to pay in order to get our possessions back. We opened a claim requesting they reimburse the second delivery, but after ignoring us for weeks, they eventually dismissed it claiming they had no responsibility in the failed delivery. The Ombudsman eventually found in our favour and ordered Doree Bonner to reimburse us. They ignored the ruling, even after TFO's aftercare team chased them. Eventually, some 3 months after TFO's ruling, it took us involving the BAR and the press for Doree Bonner to finally pay the settlement.
  
  If you are considering hiring them, I strongly advise you take the time to read the full story.

  Stolen items, missing boxes, damaged our home.
  
  Problems from start to finish. Boxes missing which suspiciously include high value electronic items. Damage caused to our floors when bringing items in. We were quoted one price and then told we had to pay more as the estimator had made an error. We reported a missing box and missing items from a box which has been opened and tampered with, and asked to file an insurance claim. That email has been ignored. Avoid this company.

A 5 star professional job from beginning to end.They were flexible in approach and dates for shipment and extremely efficient on the day of removal and throughout the whole process. Great value.

We used the full packing and removal service. Very fast, very tidy and accommodating. The guys were great and couldn’t do enough to help us. They were also great fun!

Hidden Charges.

Moved from Australia, Gave all the information to the Australian Firm (Grace Removals) and now Dorree Bonner want to charge me £100 to take a few peices of furniture up 2 flights of stairs.

Very annoyed having already paid an awful lot of money.

Overall very pleased with the removals move, the team were hands on and got everything packed one day one and listed. On day two it was loading the container and handing over the inventory list. So far so good, hopefully this should continue on the other side!
