Craig and his team were super , so organised, professional, friendly, conscientious and nothing was too much trouble so helpful and all the guys had great attitude towards their job I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely be in touch anytime I need any removals in the future . Craig was really good with his quotes very thorough and everything clear and itemised with options to add or not have certain aspects of the service.

Having lived at same house for 24 years. Did not have clue who to use.

Called Craig and the team, he came round and accessed the job, I had a good feeling that they would be reliable. I kept them updated on the progression of the sale.

The day itself, by this time we were pretty stressed. The team arrived on time, they were friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and had my 4 bedroom house and garage, packed and loaded by 12pm. Arrived at the new house by 1.30. The day went so smoothly, we had a good laugh. Which helped calm the nerves. I am not one to post reviews, as most of the time I just can’t be bothered.

But I was so happy with the service from this company from the start to the end. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars from me.

Craig and the team moved us last week following a postponement in move date which they accommodated for us and kept in regular contact.

Jodie responded really quickly to any questions we had and arranged for boxes etc to be dropped off prior to the move.

The move itself went extremely smoothly and the guys all worked extremely well as a team, playing to their strengths. We paid extra for the furniture to be dismantled and reassembled which was a massive help and relieved some of the stress and saved us so much time. The wardrobe boxes were also amazing - simply fill at one end and empty at the other again a massive time saving genius idea.

I cannot rate the team highly enough and would happily recommend them to family and friends (I’ve already given a recommendation to a friend who has just accepted an offer n her house). The whole team were professional, polite, careful, helpful and friendly at all times and appreciated the drinks, bacon butties and chocolate biscuits we provided - which were more than well deserved as they worked extremely hard (in very hot temperatures). We are so glad we used Craig Atkinson to help us move into our new home. From the start of the process getting our quote, right through to the move it has been the easiest process ever which is just what you need after the stress of buying a house. Ste, Corey and Connor were an absolute dream team we couldn’t believe how quickly they managed to get everything packed up! They were super friendly and professional and at the end of what has been an incredibly stressful house buying process, it was an enormous help and relief to have such a friendly and professional team to help us get moved in. It is by far the best service and money we have spent in the house buying process (and the price was super reasonable) and we would recommend Craig Atkinson Removals to anyone we know who is moving. If we ever move again (which after the house buying process we don’t think we will be doing anytime soon) we will absolutely be going back to Craig Atkinson Removals for their help, and next time we will also use their packing service to save us even more stress!

If you want a professional and friendly removal service, then I would use Craig and his team every time. Efficient and reliable. They took care of my belongings, even when in storage. I had quite a few false date, but Jodie was understanding and accommodating. Even when I could not move into the house I bought on the same day, they arranged storage and moved my belongings the next week. I had a couple of teams move me, all worked hard and took care of everything. I didn’t have to do anything myself. Nothing was too much. Five stars all the way. I recommend them to my Aunt and Uncle and they experienced the same excellent service, especially as they are in their eighties and needed a lot of hand holding.

Andy, Steve and Cory were utterly brilliant during my move. I was a bit stressed in the morning worrying about the move, but they were so reassuring and nothing was too much trouble.

They took every care with my belongings and furniture and were very pleasant to spend the morning with.

I was very impressed with how quickly they worked and everything with this company has been easy from initial contact with Craig and Jodie through to contracts and the move itself.

Booked Craig Atkinson Removals to relocate my elderly brother from a first floor flat to a ground gloor flat.He had a fall and broke his hip and was in hospital for the whole process.

Craig Atkinson Removals packed every single belonging carefully the day before moving then it took a whole day to make the move including very heavy items.

The staff are very friendly and empathetic to your situation so it is my pleasure to highly recommend them. They do a great job and their gratitude is well deserved.

Craig and his team have been amazing. They made moving house actually enjoyable, and the 3 days just flowed with ease.

Prior to this move, I had not needed a full house move. I contact Craig Atkinson removals to complete a full house move.vfrom the very get go, I knew this was a really professional outfit. I was able to do a ten minute video walking around the house giving the guys an idea of the items that would need to be moved. The communication from the team was exceptional. Once completed, I received a very reasonable quote for the house move. Just prior to the move date, Craig and team were in contact to see if we needed any support. On the move day, we had three polite, courteous, respectful and genuine guys arrived bang on the time they said it would take place. The removal guys were respectful of both properties and all of our possessions. The full move was completed in around 6-7 hours which was brilliant. The full team have been brilliant and I can't stress enough how easy the team have made this house move. I would recommend Craig and his team to anyone who needs any removal completing.

Craig Atkinson Removals carried out our house move late November 2024, they arrived on time on the day and the three guys were absolutely fantastic, within two hours the house was empty with all our items neatly and safely packed into three vehicles, at the other end our items were promptly placed into the rooms of our choice, the guys were not deterred even when we had to take out the front window to allow access for the sofa, the guys were very friendly, polite and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I withheld posting a review until I had unpacked our boxes; but needn't have been concerned as the only breakage was of my own doing, all our items were put into the house with no damage to either the items or our house, its highly unlikely that we will be moving again however, I have no concerns about recommending this company to anyone wanting a hassle free move.

Craig Atkinson was not my obvious choice as they were based well away from my area but I followed up their flyer and was impressed by the excellent reviews. Their quotation was very competitive with others I received and I felt confident in the company when I met their rep who assessed the job, which was to "pack and move" from Cheshire to Yorkshire. Good information was supplied ahead of the day and reminder emails about the dates and times they would arrive were confidence-building. The packing team arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. Likewise the removal team. Everyone was friendly and considerate. The result, a low-stress move, no losses and no breakages (including some very fragile ceramics). A good experience and a company I have already recommended to two friends.

Great service, made the whole move way less stressful than we thought it would be. Craig and the team emptied our old house quickly and safely and even went back afterwards to pick up a few items that we had forgotten when doing the initial survey.

Well worth the money! Everything was stress free from the moment we enquired to the survey and then the day of the move. All of the team always helpful on the phone when arranging the move around solicitors and exchange dates.

We chose Craig Atkinson Removals because of their great reviews and we are only too happy to now be adding to their list of very satisfied customers. We had a two bed terraced and a 3 bed bungalow needing to be packed up, some contents then had to be stored safely before being brought to the new house. That’s two houses, two different requirements for storage and two different dates for delivery at the new house all the way down in Wales. We had the full packing service because it was priced so reasonable. Unfortunately, we had to keep changing our removal date due to unforeseen circumstances, but it never seemed a problem for this firm. Their communication was excellent throughout the waiting period and the calls and emails we sent were answered so fast you’d think they had a hundred lovely Jodie’s behind a hundred computers and phones. Corey and Stacey packed up an entire terraced house in just a few hours, spread across two days. The team also packed up a 3 bed bungalow in the same fast time. Just how they managed to pack everything so fast and yet so carefully is astonishing. This time speed does equal care and caution. Our move was over a hundred miles away and yet the vans arrived within minutes of their ETA. Once again, they proved that hard work is in their veins because it did not take them long to unload all boxes and furniture. They also did an excellent job of reassembling furniture and beds. Nothing was too much trouble, they put boxes exactly where you wanted them, and if you made a mistake, no problem, they would lug all the boxes somewhere else. Like I say nothing was too much trouble and the whole crew was so friendly it was like having your family move you. Except there would have been more arguments with your family. I think during the course of our move we had everybody in the company working for us at some stage and every one of them gets a perfect score of five stars. I would list them all here as I did write them down, but I’ve lost my list. This is because I didn’t hire Craig Atkinson Removals to watch over that piece of paper! If only I had, it would have been nice to mention them all by name, but I can only remember: Jodie, Stacey, Craig, Corey, Matt and Lee. All in all Craig Atkinson Removals performed a brilliant job with the full packing service on two houses and ensured that all our contents were looked after and handled with care when they were all brought together in our new house. Craig ensured throughout that we got the best price for what we wanted and helped us work out a schedule that would save us money. We made use of the storage facilities that saved us a giant headache too. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can ever do, but once we handed over to Craig Atkinson Removals, our move became a holiday. There was NOTHING to worry about, infact this firm WAS the only reliable and smooth thing we encountered when moving. Do take my word for it and believe me when I say that they are brilliant. Their great reviews and awards do speak for themselves, this is a company you can believe in. Fantastic.

What an amazing company. They were very helpful throughout, answering the phone, any questions and put our minds at ease. They fully deserve to have a review written. Moving is such a stressful time ,they made it go so much easier and if you are thinking of hiring a van and doing it yourself, don't bother , it's really not worth it. On the day of moving, myself and husband were sat, very unexpectedly having a cuppa, while the two lads took over completely , with an awful lot of respect for ourselves and belongings. We had no damages whatsoever and bearing in mind the the Rd to our new place is very narrow and bumpy, they did fantastic. We were in our new place by 2pm , which again was unexpected , and getting unpacked. They never once stopped for a cuppa themselves and worked like troopers. I can't thank the company enough, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would not hesitate to recommend Craig, Jodie and their team. They went above and beyond to make our move across the country as stress free as possible. From the word go they were responsive and professional, answering emails out of hours, dropping off extra boxes and generally just being there for us at a difficult time. I have nothing but praise for the lads that loaded and unloaded our belongings, they were friendly, curteous and efficient, taking great care to get everything in the right place, and still smiling even after working non stop for hours in the freezing rain. We had serious difficulties with our house sale & purchase. Owing to the incompetence of our solicitors, we were led to believe that the exchange would not go through. In the event, we did exchange and complete on the same day. With a moving distance of 90 miles, and a late start, this caused problems for the removal company and ourselves. However, Craig, Jodie and the team pulled out all the stops, and around 80% of our goods were successfully moved that day, with the balance arriving a couple of days later. The whole team were courteous and helpful, working tirelessly without complaint to complete our removal, and still had a long drive home when they left us at about 8.30pm. A huge 'big up' to Craig Atkinson Removals for their efforts, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic job, the lads meant that our move went so smoothly. Craig was really reassuring when he came for the quote and the lads arrived promptly and worked so hard getting everything ready for us to say we could get in to the new house. There was never any pressure on time and once we were in the new house they were careful and tried to ensure that everything was put into the right room. It was an added bonus that they were a great bunch of guys and made what could have been a very stressful situation very easy. Would recommend Craig Atkins removal to anybody.
