The movers arrived in good time and worked efficiently. It turned out we had significantly underestimated the amount of stuff we had to move, meaning they were on site a lot longer than they anticipated, but they got the job done with only a little complaining. They successfully disassembled and reassembled some complex Ikea furniture. There were one or two breakages, but nothing worth getting upset about.

Move: Cardigan to Eastleigh March '21.

On the whole, very good and highly recommended. I would have given 5 stars but had one small gripe in that we'd been scheduled for an 8am start for the move out. That changed on the day before to 9am (which we were told about) but on the day, it became 10:30. There were good reasons apparently but we weren't told and had to find out why we were being left standing around. Having said that, the following day's move in went like clockwork.

Fantastic service from survey being carried out within 2 hours of making enquiry to move on the day. Opted for packing service which was really worth the extra. Can’t praise the team enough nothing was too much trouble for the guys. Amazing service and cannot recommend enough.

The team arrived on time, introduced themselves by name and kept calm throughout. They were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Bristol to Bristol house move.

The team arrived on the Thursday and did all the breakable packing. They were prompt, polite and worked really hard all day.

On the Friday, the team got us packed up, moves to new house, unpacked and rebuilt the stuff they'd taken apart.

Team made a few unecessary comments of our relocation destination. Company could benefit from better packaging materials (ie:quality of boxes supplied and the amount supplied) as well as improvement furniture protection.
