Appalling

Our experience with this company has been very upsetting. We used Careline for a move from Ireland to the UK. It is doubtful that they could have caused any more damage to our property if they had tried. Scratched furniture, dented freezer, smashed plastic boxes, torn and crumpled cardboard boxes. We noted as things were unloaded several boxes which were marked 'this way up' had been packed into the lorry on their side (and there was a reason why they had been marked 'this way up'!). Worst of all though has been the fact that having told them that there were problems the 'operations department' (Stuart) have neither answered our calls nor phoned us back. Should be called 'Don'tcareline'. A horrible experience.

Outstanding customer services and moving personel.

I moved my entire house contents from Calfornia to Ireland.

Cliona Collins was my coordinator from the beginning and she was exceptional.

Responsive, professional and an excellent communicator.

It took the worry out of the whole process.

The moving team who brought the goods from port in Dublin to my home were also outstanding.

Ger, Stephen and team. Professional, Intelligent and hard working with a sense of humor!

I highly reccomend this company for the excellent service that I received. Many thanks.

Aughful terrible experience.

Aughful terrible experience they LEFT some of my stuff behind and are not trying to CHARGE me AGAIN to ship the goods they left behind them. Disgusting.

Horrible Service.

Disgraceful service. They promised us that our stuff will arrive in 3 weeks- of course nothing happened. We were asked to wait another 3 weeks however they still not sure if they arrive. Lack of responsibility from sales person. Promise you something different, just to get the money.

Careline very poor service

I would not recommend this company. Careline lost a number of boxes when moving from Ireland to Scotland. At any moment they apologised, even the things I lost had a lot of emotional value for me. They also provided a very slow service. For me the worst part was the lack of compassion and customer care.
