Moved from Central London to Liverpool. Move including living room furniture (including an upright piano) and personal belongings (including rugs, plates, pots, clothes, lots of books etc but no bedroom furniture or white goods). On-time, courteous, good communication. There was heavy rain and traffic, including parking restrictions, but everything went smoothly. Nothing broken, nothing damaged. The guys were great and I would definitely use them again. The comms were mostly with Ivelin, but the in-person service was led by the team leader Filip.

We had to move over Christmas and New Year due to a very bad leak. We literally gave these guys 2 days notice and I was amazed they were able to fit us in and help with everything. My house was an absolute state and they showed nothing but professionalism. The team of 3 came in packed everything up, disassembled beds, tables, baby cot etc and moved us and put everything back together by lunch time! I was honestly amazed. Couldnt recommend them highly enough. Would never think of using a different company.

I am very pleased I chose Best London Removals for my house move. They came on time, in fact 10 mins early and were very careful in handling my furniture. The big items they covered really well before loading them into the van. I was asked to check once everything had been loaded that everything I wanted to go had been taken so that nothing was left behind. Friendly and professional guys. Everything arrived at the destination and nothing was broken/damaged. Despite the pouring rain they were very careful in unloading and taking everything into the house and also having to go down some difficult steps carrying everything. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is moving.

I have used Best London Removals twice, the first time when I moved 4 years ago and again just last week. They are professional and efficient. 3 men arrived first and started packing and 1 more man arrived later with another van. They pack everything so well and carefully. They ensure that the furnitures are not damaged and the floor is not scratched. I could not have asked more and we were absolutely happy about the service. I would highly recommend their service. Best London Removals were the first company to respond to my request for quotation on a comparison website and sent out a team member to my house the same day to provide me with an accurate quote. They were prompt and courteous and on the day the two movers were absolutely brilliant. They were focused, professional and polite and did a fabulous job of both packing and moving. We moved a two bed flat to the other side of London (about an hour's drive away) and haven't had a single breakage in the move. Their packing was excellent and the invoice at the end was exactly what was quoted to me, no hidden costs. Can't recommend highly enough, I couldn't have done this without their help!

I approached this move with great trepidation as I had a previous terrible experience with an International Removal Company who damaged 150 items and then acted dishonestly.
I need not have worried, Best London Removals were completely brilliant. The moving team arrived early and proceeded to pack efficiently, quickly and most importantly - carefully.
Instead of the usual standing around wanting to drink copious amounts of tea moaning about how tough their job was, this team got straight into hard work and were finished before I knew it.
I cannot recommend Best London Removals enough.

If you live in London, don't look for another company. Best London Removals are aptly named. We had to move house from London to York with an 18 month old baby, bang slap in the middle of the Beast From the East. The team worked tirelessly to pack our flat up and then load the van in sub-zero conditions. I had a long phone conversation with the owner, Ivelin, the night before about how we would play it if weather conditions were too bad. This was after his office had closed. The three men they sent to do the move were efficient, careful, respectful of our property, flexible, polite, hard-working and friendly. And they were the most reasonably priced. Ivelin was far less keen to caveat his price with things like parking problems. He just said they'd find a way. And they did. When the weather looked like an issue, he was quick to point out his price was fixed regardless. It all worked out well in the end, but it was a very stressful process made far far easier by a company that I cannot recommend highly enough. Don't look anywhere else.
