Teppich Transport von Schweden in die Schweiz. Fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben bei der gesamten Abwicklung inkl. Zollabfertigung. Konnte meine Anliegen einbringen, diese wurden berücksichtigt und es wurde mir bei Fragen auch zeitnach eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Einziger "Wermuthstropfen": Da der Transport "nur" einen Teppich beinhaltete, war der Mindestpreis eher etwas hoch. Wäre bei mehreren Stücken natürlich nicht mehr ins Gewicht gefallen. On November 21st, 2022 my move was carried out by the company Ute Paech. Among other things, a high-quality filing cabinet was severely damaged by the employees. My damage report was made after 19 days, 5 days after the deadline, because I was only able to be back on site then due to work. The Paech company refuses to settle the damage, resulting in a loss of over 400 euros. I find this behavior very unacceptable and not customer-friendly. The workers also damaged a wall and left other minor damage to the walls and floor. So I cannot recommend this company at all.

From the first contact on the phone to the inspection of my old apartment to coordinate the move to the end of the moving day, consistently professional.

Two days before the move, I was called again to discuss the final details.
The moving team was on time, very well organized and also had fun at work. My things were handled carefully.
At the end a corresponding protocol was filled out with me, in which everything was listed in detail, working hours, breaks, etc.

My last-minute request with the request to postpone the move by a week could also be considered.

We are very satisfied with the moving company Ute Paech! We moved about 650km from Cologne to Flensburg, which meant that professional planning and implementation were very important to us. We received very friendly and competent support with the planning in advance, and we were able to clarify changes quickly and easily by phone or email several times. The move itself went without complications and very, very quickly. The employees were very friendly, technically absolutely competent (dismantling and setting up cupboards and tables very cleanly and quickly) and were also able to adapt very well to my disability (blindness). they explained a lot to me and regularly asked where exactly they should put furniture and boxes. The offer was absolutely appropriate in relation to the performance and competence and also completely corresponded to the agreements in terms of performance. Should we move again (which we don't hope for at first), we will definitely ask the Paech company.

We chose the forwarding company Ute Paech for our move to Finland. The offer for an additional cargo was great, in fact it was the best offer. We are super satisfied and were able to move relaxed. The employees were all really nice and our removal goods arrived safely in Finland. Everything just worked out fine.

Unfortunately, I couldn't select the exact location of the move on the evaluation form. We moved from Germany, Angermünde to Finland, Lapland.

..that could be the motto for our move from Denmark (Copenhagen) to the surrounding area of Berlin!
From start to finish, from relocation advice to implementation, everything was great!
Friendly staff, always ready to listen to this or that request, a perfect team leader with the packers and also cheerful and super nice guys at the packers themselves made the move as easy for us as a moving company could do.
We can recommend Ute Paech fully and without reservation!
