The Transporter Removals Midlands Ltd

I booked the Transporter Removals again as I have used them two times in the past for removals. They moved me once from County Galway, Ireland to Birmingham, UK. The owner Ryan has always been so accommodating, professional with a pleasant friendly approach. He has always helped to take the stress of moving out of the whole venture by advising how to pack my items from advice on ways to protect my more fragile items.

The Van’s and staff provided are so professional and I could see how well the lads Lee, Carl and Mark were such a pleasure. I must say I had quite a laugh during such a stressful time. Van’s were spacious and nice smelling. They used covers and loading in strategic ways to protect the more vulnerable furniture I had to move.

My recent move was from Selly Oak to Acocks Green. The whole move took no more than 4 hours. They arrived promptly with 2 Van’s and a 3 man team. Ryan provided me with boxes and fragile warning tape. The guys communicated with me throughout the moving to check what items needed to go in what rooms and how I would like the items placed.

Mark and Lee took apart my bed for me and put it back together at my property at no extra cost. I never even had to ask them to do it. Lee also plumbed back in my Washing Machine. I have used other companies in the past. I used Pickfords once and they were expensive with poor customer service from booking to the move. Boxes were left in rooms where I ended up having to move them.

I used Whites of Birmingham and they were awful. They broke several of my items included my large TV. They moved me to Ireland and one mover had to leave his colleague at Holyhead as he felt ill. That left one mover to drop all my furniture to Ireland. I had to get a friend in Ireland to help him unload. When I complained to the owner, she was quite abusive to me and took no responsibility and they overcharged me.

When I compare The Transporter removals to these companies I have used in the past, they offer a 5 Star friendly service. Sandra who handles the bookings has always been such a pleasure to deal with and she even moved jobs around to fit my last minute move in as this is the third time I have used their company.

I cannot express my gratitude again to Ryan and his team and their prices are competitive and reasonable.

Moving home is one of the most stressful things you will ever do. I can’ thank the guys enough for helping to take the stress out of this. Thanks Ryan, Sandra, Lee and Mark xx
