Seine Offerte haben wir angenommen. Am Ende war er unehrlich, handelte dubios, litt an Gedächtnisschwund wenn es zu seinem Nutzen kam und hat den Vertrag verletzt. Höchstwahrscheinlich führt er Schwarzarbeit und deklariert seine Aufträge nicht um die Mwst einzukassieren . Mein Rat: Geben Sie diese Firma den Vertrag nicht!

Ich hab für meine 3.5 Zi Wohung 5 Offerten eingeholt. Jede Firma hat die Gelegenheit gehabt die Wohnung zu besichtigen, um eine genaue Offerte zu machen, mit Kostendach. Folgende Offerten habe ich bekommen:
- Mobilar Umzuege: 4 Leute, 2 Wagen, 6 Sunden. 2170.- ohne Verpackungsmaterial mit MwSt. (waren unfähig die Offerte richtig zu aktualisieren. War ein Zeichen von Unzuverlässigkeit)
- Umzug Zürich 5-6: 4 Leute, 2 Wagen, 5-6 Stunden, mit Verpackungsmaterial, mit MwSt: 2148.- (waren unseriös, wollten ursprünglich nur 1 Wagen mit 2 Leuten schicken)
- Top Umzüge: 4 Leute, 2 Wagen, 6.5-7.5 Stunden teilweise mit Verpackungsmaterial ( einige Plastikboxen, kein Seidenpapier, kein Luftpolsterfolie), mit MwSt: 2334.-
- Weber Umzuege: 5 Leute, 2 Wagen 7-8 Stunden. mit Verpackungsmaterial, mit MwSt 2693.-
- 1A Umzuege: 4 Leute, 3 Wagen 10-12 Stunden mit Verpackungsmaterial. 3931.- (nur Barzahlung ohne Rechnung = Schwarzarbeit)
Mobilar Umzuege und 1A Umzuege wurden sofort ausgeschlossen. Top Umzüge schien seriöser als Umzug Zürich. Weber Umzuege schien uns realistischer mit dem Aufwand aber wegen dem Kostendach dachten wir es ist die Verantwortlichkeit der Firma die Arbeit richtig abzuschätzen. Top Umzuege wurde ausgewählt.
Als wir die Offerte akzeptiert haben, bekamen wir eine E-mail in welchem Stand 'nur Barzahlung'. Ich habe sofort zurückgeschrieben zu erklären, dass ich nicht bar zahlen würde. Wenn Sie dies nicht akzeptieren können, nehme ich eine andere Firma. Herr Vatansever ruft mich unverzüglich an, um mich zu versichern, dass dies kein Problem ist. Sie machen eine Rechnung für mich.
Beim Umzugstag waren die Umzugsmänner um 9 Uhr pünktlich da. Ich hatte alle Bilder abgehängt und verpackt, alle Lampen und Wandregale auch (wir haben viele Wandregale) und geplant die Leute nicht zu fragen die Velos zu transportieren. So spare ich sie eine gute Stunde Arbeit. Jedoch um 12 Uhr konnte mann schon merken, dass sie nie nach 7 Stunden Arbeit fertig sein würden (um 17 Uhr hätten sie fertig sein sollen). Ich habe mit 19 Uhr geschätzt. Um 19 Uhr waren sich noch am Kartons und Möbeln hoch in die Wohnung zu bringen. Sie hätten noch Betten und Schränke montieren sollen. Ich vereinbare mit den Umzugsmänner, dass sie nur die Kinderbetten montieren und dann gehen können.
Ich haben zwischen 19Uhr und 20:30 5 Anrufe mit Herrn Vatansever gehabt:
1. Der sagt ich hätte war während der Besichtigung verbergt und muss bar zahlen. Er sagt wir haben keine Abmachung gemacht.
2. Ich soll die hälfte per Twint auf seine private Mobilnummer übertragen
3. Ich soll den vollen Betrag per Twint sofort zahlen
4. Der fragt was der Status. Wir vereinbaren, dass die Männer noch die Kinderbetten montieren und dann gehen können.
5. 10 Minuten später kommt der Teamleiter der auf Befehl vom Chef stoppen soll. Ich rufe den Chef an, der sich komplett widerspricht und lehnt weiter Arbeit wenn ich nicht 700.- mehr zahle. Dies ist ein Vertragspflicht, da ich einen Kostendach habe. Der lehnt ab, und sag ich soll noch die MwSt zahlen (habe ich vergessen). Aber wieso Mwst zahlen, da er die Arbeit nicht deklarieren wird? (bestimmt wir er nicht!!)
Freunde haben mir gesagt ich hätte mich verweigert zu zahlen, da der Vertrag nicht erfüllt wurde. Ja dies stimmt, aber ich hatte Leide für die Mitarbeiter, die sich so viel Mühe gegeben haben und ihr Lohn sonst bestimmt nicht bekommen hätten.
