Um es mal kurz zu fassen die Firma drängte nach Abschluss dann darauf dass die Unterschriften gegeben wurden, woraufhin ich sagte dass ich ja noch gar nichts durchgeschaut habe und erst mal durchschauen möchte. Woraufhin gesagt wurde, das sie los müssten und eine Unterschrift brauchen, ich könne mich später melden wenn etwas sein sollte. Dieses musste ich dann leider auch tun, da einige Kratzer und Beschädigungen an der Anbauwand waren sowie dass die Couch von meiner Tochter am kopfteil kaputt gegangen ist. was man aber nicht offensichtlich sehen konnte, sondern eben nur wenn man sich drauf lehnte. Da merkte man, dass das innen gebrochen war. So beschrieb ich es auch und sollte trotzdem ein Foto schicken.
Ich meldete mich per Telefon woraufhin niemand mehr erreichbar war, also dann per E-Mail mit Fotos. Woraufhin erst noch freundlich gesagt wurde sie kümmern sich um mein Problem und in einer weiteren E-Mail dann aber stand dass sie die Umzugs Träger gefragt hätten und es keinerlei Beschädigungen offensichtlich waren. Und sie somit nicht für den Schaden aufkommen. Auch wenn die Sachen versichert waren, zwar nicht durch eine Zusatzversicherung, aber da die Sachen nicht all zu teuer waren und es mit der Versicherung abgedeckt war, die mit inklusive war, fanden wir das okay so. ich kam der Firma noch entgegen und sagte dass ich die Schäden an der Anbauwand, Versuche mit einem Art Abdeckstift wegzubekommen oder zumindest zu lindern, aber ich gerne den Schaden für die Couch ersetzt. Weiterhin wurde sehr unfreundlich darauf beharrt dass für keinen Schaden aufgekommen wird. daraufhin sagte ich schon dass ich dann aber auch keine positive Bewertung abgeben kann, was ja mein gutes Recht ist. da ich so hoffte dass die Firma nun endlich etwas auf mich zukommt. Woraufhin mir dann noch unfreundlicher entgegen kam, ob ich ihnen denn drohen möchte.

Da wir erst nach 6 Wochen wieder in der Wohnung waren und dies vorher nicht bemerkt hatten, lief die Heizung auf Höchstleistung und Verbrauchte 3,1 KWh.

Die Installation von 2 Geräten hat sich im Nachhinein als fehlerhaft herausgestellt, einen Schrank durften wir am nächsten Tag erneut zusammenbauen, da er falsch montiert worden war.
Einige ursprüglich vereinbarte Leistungen wurden im nachhinnein bestritten und extra berechnet!
