Uns war es bei unserem Umzug wichtig einen seriösen Anbieter zu finden, liest man doch immer wieder von Nachverhandlungen vor Ausladen etc. Wir haben daher mehrere Angebote eingeholt und auch die Bewertungen der Anbieter verglichen.
Single war hier der Anbieter mit der schnellsten Reaktionszeit, einem sehr guten ersten Telefonat und einer angemessenen Vorlaufzeit zu einem möglichen Termin.
Entsprechend vereinbarten wir kurzfristig einen Termin zur Bestandsaufnahme, wie auch mit zwei weiteren Anbietern.
Im Gespräch erhielten wir, neben einer ersten preislichen Einschätzung, einen sehr positiven Eindruck von der Firma Single (so positiv, dass wir uns schon fragten ob wir hier nicht misstrauisch werden müssten).
Nachdem wir dann das schriftliche Angebot erhielten (was wertmäßig unwesentlich von der ersten Kalkulation abwich) und dazu auch nochmals mit Single telefonierten, entschieden wir uns letztlich aufgrund des guten Eindrucks wie auch des besten Preises für Single.
