Moved from Germany to Egypt. In Germany it works so well, the Egyptian agents, entrepreneurs from DB Schenker, Movex, squeeze the money out of your pocket and DB Schenker Nuremberg is watching. 6000 € for transport Germany Egypt and almost 11,000 € for customs and costs of the container. In Egypt nobody takes care of the unloading of the container so that high stand costs come together. Items were packed by DB that are prohibited in Egypt. I will bear the costs. E-mail traffic or phone calls were zero. That was the biggest letdown.

Very professional reception of the removal goods. Fast, quick and safe loading on the day of the move (from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.). We were able to hand over the apartment (4th floor) on time.
On the day of unloading, the moving van arrived a little later but still in the time window. Rapid unloading on the 1st floor (12 noon to 4.30 pm) No damage found. No dishes were broken. The staff followed our instructions and arranged everything as requested.
We paid € 2,600 for the entire move about 50 square meters.
We bought packaging material ourselves for around 180 €
All moving goods (60 boxes; 1 living room; bedroom; dining room and kitchen; storage and garage) were packed and wrapped by us beforehand. Only individual pieces of furniture were rewound and packed.
